Came in looking for some help with nutrients and a few little things. Chris immediately came to my aid and explained the differences and the details of the available options. I had attempted to do some research beforehand to see what would be best for me, but I had a difficult time finding the information I needed online. Chris ended up pointing me to Advanced Nutrients as well as getting the other items I needed. I am incredibly thankful that I was met with such a helpful and knowledgeable employee!

DO NOT GO HERE!! If there was negative stars that would be appropriate. I went in last week and was “helped” by Bri and Charles. First of all they knew next to nothing about the products I requested. They acted as if i was ignorant for even asking questions or trying to help me was beneath them. Secondly, this is the most unprofessional place. Those two were too busy on their phones to actually help anyone. & lastly to top it all off they were talking about someone and called him a “fucking idiot” under their breath and for all I know, they were talking about me!! Right in front of me! I WILL NOT be returning. They might have decent products but those two definitely ruined my experience. Shop at your own risk.

Bought 3 bags of roots organic lush soil. It’s almost gone dry. Guy on the phone offered a sample of wetting agent. Eh nice try I guess. Overall, not happy. Shop at your own risk. Other than this the experience there was good.

Grow Gen has been great to me while I have been Growing in Nevada. They have a friendly staff that always takes care of me while Im in the store.They have a great selection of most any grow supplies that you could need and can get bulk sizing and pricing when needed.Jack has been great to work with, he is very knowledgeable and keeps me posted on all of my orders and products. I would highly reccomend shopping here for all of your commercial and non commercial growing needs.

Grow Generation will be the only hydroponics/grow store in Las Vegas that I ever visit again (unless they are out of something I need crucially). The vast majority of the other reviews I read were accurate, this place has some of the BEST customer service Ive EVER experienced in my life. The prices WERE a bit higher than I expected them to be but I cant say that wouldnt be exactly the same at other retail stores. Although I know you can definitely get cheaper pricing online for some things, the amazing customer service, help, advice, product knowledge, and grow-process insight that comes along with shopping at Grow Generation is invaluable and absolutely worth the slightly higher prices.I bought a Bluelab PH Meter here and, to make a long story short, the PH Probe had problems calibrating correctly. At that point I decided to contact Bluelab online through their website and then take my PH Probe back to Grow Generation and they replaced it immediately, no questions asked. I am extremely happy with the products and service I receive at this store and I am now a lifelong customer because of it. In fact, Grow Generation and Bluelab product support were BOTH extremely helpful and I might never buy another type of PH Meter other than Bluelab EVER again. I was treated so well online through the Bluelab website and also in person at Grow Generation that I will recommend both companies to everyone.I appreciate this hydroponics store, their advanced product knowledge, incredible selection, and MOST OF ALL their amazing customer service. I will definitely be recommending Grow Generation to anyone and everyone I come into contact with regarding ANY growing matters. If you havent yet, you should absolutely check out Grow Generation. Tims pretty cool, i used to work down the street trimming at a place. they were very helpful when i came in, and hooked it up on some new coco i never tried and now its my a staple in the garden!
