Martin, the Assistant Manager was excellent and understood my anxiety. In a short time the problem was resolved, he was able to match our sample with the exact shade of Gray.My Contractor was pleased, and I was relieved.We all had a good laugh about me referring to the Master as The QueensQuartersThe crystal and silver accents in the room demanded the perfect wall color match. This store is amazing! The customer service was top of the line, helpful but not pushy, offering me ideas that were perfect for the rooms im painting. Im not a think outside of the box creative person, so i welcome the creative ideas with various tone-on-color thats apparently the rage, rightfully so! The cost was also half the amount i expected compared to other estimates i received and thats a welcome surprise. Im 100%+ satisfied, outstanding in all respects.

Excellent service. They take their time with each and every customer to answer all their questions and help them as best they can. It may seem slow to some who are waiting, but when you get to the front, you want to be treated the EXACT same way. I went there to have them match some paint that L***es messed up and they did an excellent job. I will never buy paint anywhere else except Sherwin Williams from now on. The whole staff is so well trained and professional. I am kicking myself for not going here sooner. This is a REAL paint store with trained people unlike the big box stores. If you want paint and quality service, shop here.

Martin and Heidi who assisted us were exceptionally knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions and make suggestions for products to help us make the job easier for both painting the fiberglass entry door as well as the entrance gate.

I went in and asked for untinted or neutral paint. They seemed very confused. Apparently, they call it ultra deep. But they have it and they should have known.

Worst store to pick up paint from. They take forever even if you called it in before time. The female assistant there has the worst customer service Ive dealt with in the years Ive been getting paint from Sherwin Williams. I recommend another location.

Most of the other SW stores around town are fine, Ill drive out of my way to go one of those next time.

As usual when I arrived and went to purchase blue painters tape that was labelled $15.99 on the shelf I was told that the sale had ended 2 days ago and they forgot to take down the sign so the cost would be $23.99. That happens all the time so either the staff needs to remove sale price signs or honor the price shown on the shelves.

Dated building but easy location to get in and out of. Stock can be more sparce than some other stores for specialty products, probably due to size.
