My son got two hats and his father one last year. So this was a go to for them when visiting Las Vegas They are always getting compliments for them.They always are asked where did they get them. Friendly personel .So many styles to choose from.

Small shop with the widest assortment Ive seen ever. Good quality, wild options as well as best classics. Service is very nice even in busiest times. prices are fare: what is costly it is and what is not expensive comes in a affordable price, product determines price not location (like in many cases in Vegas). We got a cowboy hat and it came with a lifetime warranty. They also have a return policy of 30 days. They also provide hat pads for better adjustment of your size. It is a fun shop even if you are not interested in a hat right now, youd not resist one or two try ons. Have fun, dont miss it.

This store had the best selection of unique hats and the friendliest staff. The manager was the best and put up with us coming in almost daily to try on hats and take pictures (unlike some of the other hat stores in town). We did buy a few hats and they are great quality!

Check it, I never liked hats (probably because my hair has so much volume and I wanna show it off) but anyways, compared to any hat stores its not just the diverse very rare exclusive fairly products they have. But their service is cough cough is authentic. They dont.push you to buy they just have fun with you. Trying on silly hats. Dancing to swing music which I would suggest adding in some more MODERN music. The manager jaque is a trip. She has the talent to find the perfect hat for anyone. If you walk in there and say im.not a hat person you just challenged the hat queen..the rest of the staff I dont know but Im sure there good. Highly recommend

I was more than ready to purchase a hat before I even walked in - headwear is my personal weakness. Found this store on the Strip through Google. Ventured out to the Venetian prepared to expand my Bailey collection. When we stepped in, the sales associate was helping another group, which is fine. She was encouraging them to try on more hats, which is cool. When they were paying, she joked about how she could have gotten more money out of them, which didnt jive well with me.Once they left, neither my partner nor I got a greeting or a glance. I was ready to purchase the Bailey on my head and my partner wanted to ask whether they had a smaller size available in a Brixton.The sales associate stared pointedly at her computer for longer than was comfortable, so we both put our hats down and left.Huge disappointment. I now plan on getting a Stetson from Kemo Sabe over at Caesars instead, after getting some amazing customer service on a hat band there.**EDIT** Shortly after I posted my review, the store manager and regional manager reached out to me via email with an apology regarding my experience. They also offered a discount and free shipping.I didnt take the offer, having purchased a hat from a local shop in Boston instead. However, I appreciate and respect businesses that reach out to unsatisfied visitors. Therefore, Ive increased my stars in this review.
