I love Stewarts market. Steve and his son are always a great help. The owner is very kind gentleman . They have lots of liquor they have great machines to play I love the deli sandwiches they also cook some authentic Mexican food . Love Stewart market. As all places Lock your car doors and be ready for the people asking for change. If they bother you Steve will take care of that. I never feel threatened at Stewarts market however I am always aware.

Really love this store. it was my first real job as a kid .before that I bought all my comic books there . Its still one of the best butcher shops in town even though the clientele in the neighborhood dragged down a bit its a not pretty sight but it is a shining beacon in the neighborhood. Got to love the place. You have to trust me on this, Im on 52 years of shopping there.

Stale bread! Place is full of low life bums! Prices are ridiculous. Pan handlers out side asked me for money. Dangerous area too. Stay away, especially if you value your safety!

Okay place for snacks and beer for produce go to Albertsons or grocery store. Heads up, things are pricey. If I could give half a star I would.

Well,this medium size mini mart &meat market plus a to-go style hot food ordering window is very convenient to the surrounding area,neighborhood as well. The staff and owners are very nice and helpful people are running a nice place to visit if your in need of a few things in a hurry.They also have a nice clean gaming area with about 8 to 10 loose paying slot machines for pleasure. I visit the Stewart ST MARKET on a daily basis for one thing or another. Remember when your in the neighborhood and your in need of something chances are they will have what your looking for ( silverware, pot,pans,alcohol beverages,team hats and accessories key chain lanyards also with pro team logos plus to top it off they cash payroll checks of all kinds,coldest beer in town with a nice selection of wine to boot. I even had a couple of keys cut there. Stop by and say hello to Mr.Steve,Mr.Matt and the beautiful ladys cashiers their the best in town.You cant go wrong!!!!

Pay your bills here. They have very good fresh bread. They also serve a variety of meats. They also make key copies for house and cars. Baseball hats and they have slot machines but its out of service for now. Parking is decent, kinda small so be careful when backing up, people have a tendency of driving by real fast.

If you are going to force masks on people, be fair and leed by example. Stop extortioning the clients who make the business trive.. This is theft.

I love this Mom and Pops store! Stewart Market has been around ever since I was little. I go shopping there at least once a day. They have fresh baked bread and also freshly made sweet breads and cookie. They offer fresh meat, located in the back of the store. They even have a little taco stand inside the store to the right. They have slot machines in the store in case you want to gamble. The best part of all, you can pay all of your utilities there and pick up money at their western union. For such a small store, they sure do offer alot.

Right around the corner from my house. Friendly clerks, fresh bread, produce, and more.I ordered from their little kitchen, and the Chile Relleno are amazing, for only $5, with rice, beans, lettuce, and tomato!

I go here a lot its good store but last 2 times i went for bread i found a roach in the bread i did tell the lady but it happend again 😞 the staff members here are nice except this one girl she has atittude with me even dough my husband does her car wash she seems to mix things up

Dirty store... Store is not staffed with good employees... Staff is rude and seen to be just counting down there paychecks... I could feel them watching me constantly and yet not offering any help what do ever to me... Homeless are everywhere in this area and bring down the area... Understand hard times but can find a better place to hang around... Wont go back to this place at all... Not worth it better off going to another store down the street honestly....

This place is in a pretty tough spot. Be careful walking through the streets if youre headed to this place theres some shady people in the area. Outside was dirty nasty there was a guy pissing on the wall. Another weirdo standing outside begging for money

I love Stewarts Market. I have fun playing thier machines which i have won on. Also they cash all my checks for me. They have a meat counter. The prices arent always as low as La Bonita but they probably dont buy as much as La Bonita so their prices wont be as low. They also have a counter where you can order tortas. Beware the meat was rancid there. I bought 4 different times and the fourth time i returned it where they corrected the problem but now Im leery about it. Now i have bought meat from the meat department and i have never had a bad experience. Also you can get sandwiches here made to order they have always been good. Each time the meat was spoiling when i got a torta. They have parking here. I recommend locking your vehicle. Although Ive never had a problem with my vehicle being tampered with. They also sell hard liquor and little miniture liquors here. I pretty much go to Stewart Market on a daily basis. More or less. Their bakery items are good and you can get 4 Rolls or four sweet breads for 1 buck. Now the cashiers here are all friendly and helpful. The guys that cash the checks are great guys. Very helpful also and being at stewart market i feel right at home. I remember Stewart Market when i was growing up. I was just a kid and Im old now and its still standing evolving with time. Good work Stewart Market. O Btw you can pay your light bill water bill right at the check cashing counter.
