Bruce came out and fixed my built in grill after it not working for 16 years. I had amazing service and he is completely professional. If anyone needs anything done , I recommend him highly. He’s also very friendly and easy to talk to. He took his time explaining every detail. I wish I can give him a 10 star rating!

Love this place! Like a candy store for adults! Love to go there to touch and feel the out door appliances Im considering for my back yard. Thats the only way to guage the built-in quality. They have a great selection and prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Owner Bruce Spangrud is absolutely great to work with. He assesses the customer’s needs and makes suggestions accordingly. The average person truly needs the expertise of an experienced dealer/designer. We would have made many costly and regrettable choices if it were not for his attention to details.

Five star customer service, and products! Worked with Bruce who is very outgoing and other staff were also very friendly. I purchased the Kamado Rocket about 6 years ago and have enjoyed many great meals. I recently had an issue with the top and needed to be replaced, They made me a new one and I am back enjoying the Rocket. Bruce, the owner and his service department has been excellent and do quality work. I highly recommend them.

What a wonderful experience I had at Galaxy. I had an idea of what I wanted for my backyard, but had a hard time explaining it. However with lots of patience the sales person asked question of likes dislike, what types of things I wanted to be able to do, and together we came up with a plan. The owner Bruce, came over and wow so much knowledge he has. He showed me where we could cut some cost so I could get some additional things I wanted such as a Kamado Rocket for smoking ribs or brisket, ect….gas fireplace pit, and maybe even one of those EVO Griddles. The selection they had was amazing. So many choices and their were the displays in the shops were beautiful. I can’t wait to see my backyard when it’s finished!! Family fun time ahead for sure!

The owner Bruce is experienced and highly knowledgeable about Glassworks and how to set up as well as what to expect and be mindful of. He and His staff are very personable as well as helpful with my needs when I was building a fire over water pit. The only place I will go to in town for my outdoor gas needs. Thanks bruce!

So the company i work for purchased 3 fire pits from this company, from the start i was told that for delivery & install of the fire pits we would need to pay $1800 and i would need to provide 4 labors to unload and place the fire pits (if i provide the labor what was i charged for) once the fire pits where placed in the location they left and i was to finish the install myself, I.E. connect the gas line and connect to the electrical that we had run. once all of this had been done we go to start the fire pit and it will only run for a couple of minuets and then shuts off. i of course call and email Galaxy outdoor and was told that they are only a vendor and cant service the fire pits i bought from them and that i would have to call 2 different companys to try and figure out with them what the issue was.after 3 months of going back and forth with these people i ended up having California pools come out and fix the issues with these fire pits.so in summery if you plan on buying anything from this place please know that once you leave the building they will not help you unless you want to pay them $150/hr for a service call that they will more than likely tell you that they cant do anything for you.

Checked the place out on the suggestion of of they guys at Concrete Accessories. Thought the place was going to be way out of our budget. But Bruce was awesome, and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted on our budget.

Great place to setup an outdoor bbq patio but not as many grilling accessories as I was expecting. They carry some amazing sauces and smoking chips/blocks as well.

Biggest cheaters and liars in town. My 8 month nightmare began with a contract and a deposit of $8,000( 50 %). Galaxy built me a kitchen that would not fit into my existing space!The owner, Bruce then said I need to tear down the existing kitchen and start from scratch. When I told him, he needed to pay for his mistake and fix the problem with no additional cost to me, the owner chose to hold my deposit and do nothing for months. He didnt answer calls or emails.I finally went into his store where he charged me $5000 more to finish the kitchen to where his already built piece will fit. I paid him!He then took months to finish building the rest and would keep lying about timelines. When he finally finished the kitchen, he wouldnt work well with my granite guy. ( initially said he would work with anyone).Now that the kitchen is finished, he left out the trash and doors I purchased and that are in the contract. There was no manual or burn guard on the smoker and my husband got burned.The owner says a gas line was in the way and I need to pay to move it. Why didnt he design the kitchen around the gas line??? This is a design problem. Its not my job to check where appliances would go. There is a huge gap between the appliance and wall. He didnt build the wall high enough and is blaming the stone guy . The stone or stucco has to sit against something. It cant float.Save yourself and never do business with this store! Im taking him to small. Claims court!

Dont even know where to start, took two months to finally get a simple fire pit insert and propane cover. I hate giving bad reviews but damn, its was ugly, showroom looks nice, owner seemed nice, very apologetic, but beware. one of the worst experieneces i have had in vegas.

DONT USE THIS BUSINESS! Awful customer service and jacked up prices on everything! You can find better prices and customer service elsewhere in the Valley. Bruce, the owner, spoke rude to me and threw his sales rep under the bus instead of standing behind his employee. When I called him on it he lied and denied it all. We ordered a special made fire pit lid for $225. What we got was a square sheet of metal with a hole in the middle....no handle, nothing! Bruce claimed these are the firepit covers. The contractors he uses are not reliable or timely. GO ELSEWHERE and save yourself money and stress.

Offer quality products. A little expensive for outdoor products but the quality seems to be there and the variety is vast. Designs are on display and help with planning ideas.

My back yard looks amazing!!! Galaxy did a great job with my island and fire pit...We always have parties at our house and all our friends always say how great everything looks.

I called to see if they sold a certain item and they said they did but I would have to come in to get a price quote. When I went in, all they did was look up the price on Amazon and add 10% to it. They then tried to tell me that the product was from China and was crap and that I should buy another product that they sell, which was around 50% more. When I told them that I wanted to stick with my brand and wanted to know when they could get it in, they said they would have to contact the supplier and call me back. They never did. I guess they only wanted my business if I went with their higher priced item.

We chose Galaxy because they had the best products. Our job was completed a few months ago and have been using our outdoor kitchen regularly despite the cold weather. Its so much fun, that weve been attracting all our neighbors over for a regular breakfast on the weekends. We wanted a big island and BBQ so that we could entertain large groups and this has made that possible. I chose to go with the Kamado Rocket and the Evo, which I was not to familiar with, but too the advice of Bruce. He was spot on with his recommendations. The Kamado is amazing with smoking meats and the entire process is quite fun if you like to cook. It does take some practice, but the rewards are plentiful. The Evo is my favorite. We really enjoy cooking breakfast on it. It can accommodate a whole package of bacon, which then fills the yard with the smell. I cooked 20 pancakes at once followed by a dozen eggs. I felt like a hibachi chef and the food was spectacular.Bruce, was great. He was honest and reliable. He answered his phone and returned emails in a reasonable time. I felt well taken care of and would recommend them to anyone looking for a high end outdoor kitchen.

I bought 30,000 dollars worth of appliances had them installed they couldnt keep a schedule but they did the job and was very happy .Until i had a problem with the grill electrical . i have tried for two weeks to get them out to look at it .I spoke with Bruce the owner several times and he treats me with disdain and arrogance .i cant imagine treating a customer that way and staying in business for much longer . I dealt with Tim originally and he had to leave for another job , likely because Bruce is a jerk .
