I clearly explained I am the home owner but have a tenant living there. After taking the deposit I didn’t hear back from them. When I called they said they’d call me as soon as they get the glass to set up an appointment. A few days later my card got charged again. When I called to ask why and inform them that I didn’t authorized that second charge they informed me that the job was already done. Why didn’t they communicate with the owner of the home, the person paying, and the person who gave initial authorization for them to do the job. Instead they stayed in touch with the tenant because that’s what the tenant wanted. Also, I was NOT going to use that card again for the final payment. I was never told that they would automatically charge me.

This company is WONDERFUL! They had the best price for our new frameless shower door and they service was AMAZING! The guys showed up right on time every time and when they did the install they cleaned up very well after themselves and were extremely polite and accommodating! I will definitely use their services again!

The service at Cut Rate Glass was excellent. Starting with the emails, the phone calls and then the technicians who installed our glass. They were all respectful, professional and did a wonderful job. We had four windows replaced, the tech arrived on time, completed the job and cleaned up. You would never know he was there, except for the crystal clear glass he installed. Then we had a shower enclosure installed. They were reasonable with the pricing and once the glass came in, they were able to squeeze me in and installed the same day. The two techs did a fantastic job installing the shower enclosure, again neat, clean and very professional. We will definitely refer these guys to our friends and use them again if the need arises. One of the best contracting companies we have found since moving here a few months ago.

This review is long overdue. Every time I get in our new shower I tell myself to write one. We could not be happier with our shower doors installed by Israel. We got a few quotes and even if your company hadnt been the best price, we still would have gone with you because of Israel. He came by to measure our shower and he was so professional and pleasant. He informed us that our tile installer had not put a slant on the threshold of our shower which would cause us problems with leakage in the future. None of the other estimators had even mentioned that. We got that corrected and scheduled the install. Israel was so meticulous. He was finished and packed up when he noticed an area he wasnt happy with. We probably wouldnt have noticed, but he went out and got his tools and fixed the issue. The doors are so beautiful. You have a terrific employee in that man. He deserves a raise! Thank you so much for finishing up our bathroom remodel.

Amazing great customer service

Having used Cut Rate Glass recently to replace a broken 2nd. story window I could not be more happy. The cost was reasonable, service was prompt and I was very surprised by their integrity. After replacing the broken dual pane window they returned the next day to replace it again. Unknown to me at the time apparently the seal / spacer between the panes of glass of the 1st replacement did not quite meet their quality standard. Thanks for coming back and doing it better. I will use Cut Rate Glass for all of my future window work.

I would never use this company for anything after my experience. I called a day prior to needing service and was informed that someone would stop out the next day between the hours of 1p-5p to repair a dual paned sliding glass door. The technician would call me approximately one half-hour prior to arriving. At 3p on the day of service, I had yet to hear from the technician, so I called the company to verify that we still had an appointment. The office staff was a complete mess.They couldnt remember me, and had trouble verifying if I was still being serviced that day. Eventually, they found my information and said that they were still keeping the appointment but that the technician would only be able to give an estimate. They asked me if that was good? No, its not good! I wasted my entire day sitting around the house waiting for nobody to show up and now you can only give me an estimate because theres not enough time remaining in the day. I need the window FIXED not just estimated! Thankfully, I called them at 3p and discovered this instead of at the end of the day. At least now I can spend some time to find a professional company who will keep their appointments and wants to work.

Amazing! I called at 6am to have 4 large bathroom mirrors removed ASAP and Dennis had 2 professionals at my home before 8 am! 20 minutes later all the mirrors were safely and efficiently gone! No breaking No cracks No mess.I will definitely recommend this company to others and use them again in the future to install new mirror and enclose a new shower.

Great company to do business with. One of my windows broke on a Thursday. I called that day and they sent someone out to do an estimate the next day. Window was replaced that Monday. All other companies I called either did not return my calls or offered to come out 2-6 weeks later. Will work with again if services are needed.
