Went here to shop for my niece who graduated and going to college to pursue her artist skills and to my amaze I couldnt find anything for an artist painter. I figure we could of found a glass painters palette and had it etched and ingraved for a graduation gift. Oh well...

Placed an order online for pick up at the store located in Meadows Mall. I went today and the box of the gift was damaged in the corners, so I asked them to please exchange it for another one. The store manager (Michelle) then said that it was the only box they had. I asked her if she can give me the one from the display, and then she said the threw it away, so she offered me a smaller box and told me that I could take that one if I was able to fit the gift in that box. I checked online and they still have two of those items available in the store, but the sales lady told me one was mine, and the other one was the diaplay while the store manager told me they sold those two today. Even though the product was in good condition, it is a gift and you dont want to give someone something new as a gift with a packaging in bad condition. Just realized the put the engraving on the back. So no only a horrible service, they dont know what they are doing.

This is the worst place, with the worst customer service everI made my order online on 4/30/21 to be pickup on 5/1. I drive to the store, and surprise! The order wasn’t ready and it will be until 3pmSo i went home, and come back on 5/2 at 11:45am, and for my surprise the store is CLOSED!I call the customer service line and they told me that they don’t know why is closed.So guess what, i have to ask for a refund that is going to take 4-6 days!Thank you for ruin my gift, this is definitely a “Thing to remember”

Great customer service

This location deserves ZERO stars. The customer service is definitely lacking. Walked into Things Remembered on a Sunday afternoon 03/03/19 to be exact. I inquired about getting two bracelets engraved. First I was asked how much the engraving would be, only to be asked how much did I pay for the item. I gave the price that was paid for and then was told the engraving would be $19.00 for 3 words and then $3.00 for each additional word. That wouldve been fine, except the sign near the register stated $10.00 and then $1.00 for extra wording. I asked the young lady why the pricing was different and she stated that it was for items that were purchased in the store and was then told it would take 2-3 hours for the engraving to be completed. Number 1. The pricing should be very specific in store for the guests. 2. When someone has a question about pricing, because it is UNCLEAR , the service associate shouldnt be upset and RUDE 3. 2-3 hours with no customers in store? Needless to say I wont be back. IF I decide to continue to patronize Things Remembered, it will definitely be ONLINE as the customer service associate clearly lacks the service, and obviously didnt want any customers because that way she could go back to talking on her PERSONAL PHONE instead of servicing your guests.

Any time I want to get something really special for someone I come here. They always do a great job and my things always come out perfect!

Absolutely outrageous customer service.To say you cant break a hundred dollar bill when Im purchasing something for over fifty dollars. Are you profiling customers based on their appearance? I call to purchase the item via cellphone and am told I have to come in person. I have patronized Things Remembered many times and can assure you my business with you is over.Shame on you for your lack of competence Things RememberedRespectfully submitted

On point for my sons 21st birthday

For a company who only specializes in engraving, you think they would hire staff that could read, write, and spell correctly. Alas, no. My motorcycle club recently had custom made some challenge coins for our members with an area on the coin left blank so everyone could get their names or a small message engraved in it. We filled out the forms and the girl working there kept insisting that we misspelled Lightning (one of our biker names). Are you sure you want me to spell it with the extra n in the word? she said. We had to go back and forth with her and explain that by removing the n it becomes LIGHTING, not LIGHTNING. After arguing she finally agreed. On another coin, we wrote out on the paperwork that the engravement was to say, In Brotherhood and she screwed it up by engraving, My Brother. When I pointed out the mistake, she got very defensive and immediately reminded me that she is not responsible for screwing things up. I asked for a refund on the engraving at least and she very reluctantly gave it to me only after I pointed out to her that she was the one who botched the job...a very simple one at that! I will NEVER return to this store. EVER.

Hoping to go in and pick up an order that was place on Tuesday for pickup on Thursday turned out to be one big mistake. The engraving was incorrect and redone after waiting 2 hrs. The second time the date was correct but the name plate was scratched and yet redone again! The 3rd was the winner. All was fixed and outside the 2 1/2 hr wait the task was done. Very disappointed. I will need to give some thought to decide if I will return.

Staff is very very miserable. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Aside from their low quality fashion jewelry they sell here it’s a rip off and a terrible place to shop. It is very unfortunate that they do not properly train these imbeciles they have absolutely no customer service skills.

Awful. Somehow it was my fault that they couldnt break a 100 dollar bill. They had (4) 100 dollar bills and that was their limit. My purchase came out to $71.44. So I was told by the woman that had zero customer service to take my 100 dollar bill to another store and break it. I tried twice. Both shoe stores roght next door and across, neither would break it. So im out of my purchase because I carry cash. Awful.
