I love this location! The fact that they have a software area and such a large selection of other items. Definitely my favorite one to go to. Associates are always very friendly and helpful.

I dont even know if 1 star would be a valid answer. I was embarrassed, I was passively talked down to like I was stupid. And even more so treated as such was an everyday thing for them so it doesnt matter how customers such as myself are treated. I will never go back to this goodwill again.the employee named Mary. Was the root of all of the commotion today . She was rude, one of the worst customer service personnel Ive ever came in countered with.. between her and Fred Myers on Q st in Springfield Oregon .. Ive definitely have enough ammo to start a reality show called Resentful Employees they will never get my business again .

Goodbye thrift stores. Please boycott this rip-off of a store.I used to like the computer/electronic department here, but holy heck, do they charge a lot. Goodwill went from being an affordable thrift store to just another corporate money taker. Their prices here are so overpriced; seriously, they charge around 150- 200$ for used game systems, $50 - 100 for DVD/VCR players, 100-150$ for TVs. This store is awful, and I will no longer shop here.Moreover, their clothes and furniture are way overpriced.Basically this is EBAY THE STORE. Goodwill is about money, and nothing more.

You might occasionally find an outlier of something that isn’t absurdly priced but good luck with that. I found a cute mirror and I thought “hey, i’d buy that for $20” IT WAS PRICED $100! They are charging obscene prices on things THAT WERE GIVEN TO THEM FOR FREE! and then they have the nerve to ask you to round up to the dollar on your purchase total so they can line their pockets a little more. AND now there are no returns so if you buy something and take it home and find that it has a problem, a stain you didn’t notice or something doesn’t work, you are out of luck! Not all Goodwills are this bad but I think this one is definitely corrupt.

The prices at this location are preposterous. The selection is usually a bit nicer than Springfield but Im not paying 3x as much for a dress. Whoever decided that hardback fiction should be 10$ is out of their mind.

I got some good things but had to put back the top that was 14.99. I dont put that much on tops.

I love this Goodwill because it has the Electronic section. They clean and test everything. I would much rather come here than a used game store even though theres currently a no return policy here. Some of the prices on the used games and devices are outrageous, but I always come back to see what they have :)

I went to donate a TRUCK load of clothes shoes a rack chair a d a couple household boxes . 2 young men ...no help unloading ( even w handicap plaque ) guy looked at items like I was trying to sell to him . Ive worked at ST Vinnies ..never allowed that service or attitude

Parking good. Always greeted, helpful staff, have fitting rooms and bathroom (*locked) but clerks allow easy access to shoppers. Clothing by type, sizes and color organized. Shoe selection also by size. Household, housewares, small kitchen appliances, desk,office school, and craft supplies, home decor, plastic ware, glassware, dishes, pans, utensils, bedding, sporting goods, toys, small electronics section, tools, paintings, wall hangings, frames, lighting/lamps, Seasonal decorations. 50% off color tag of the week rotates every Sunday.

This goodwill is huge. It has a fully organized electronics shop built in, and the staff is always knowledgeable and ready to help. Ive found some really good items at this store. If you like treasure hunting, or just need an extra monitor or a spare mouse for your computer, this is the place. If you need a particular cord for a device, check here before spending a fortune at a retail store, chances are they have it hanging on the wall, organized by type. Plenty of parking. Must mask up to enter.

Goodwill is the closest thing to a hobby that i have. I go looking for plates to match mine at home. I go there to find glasses to match my glasses at home. And. Best of all, I go there in search of treasure !! The thing i never knew I needed until I found it there. The thing I cant believe someone would let go of. The thing I am going to donate back to the good will next year when I look at it and say I dont need that. I love it.

Guy behind the counter told me the electronics were so expensive because they have to test everything BUT then the controllers i bought didnt even work so something in what he told me was a lie. Went to epic seconds instead and found one thats actually tested and works for half the price.

Now open 10am to 7pm. I love to go thru the computer and electronics department that is separate from the rest of the store. The tech guys have always been friendly. They are happy to help with showing me anything in the display cases.

Always cool stuff to be found. Sometimes they seem to try and price things as if they were new items, but it is what it is. This location has all the electronics and computers at it, so that is cool!

Convenient location right at the corner. Also the computers in the electronics department which are as functional computers actually work as computers.Also, this Goodwill will work on computers.

My favorite Goodwill store. Excellent customer service, the only Goodwill computer store, and always clean and well organized. Ill be shopping this store since they opened. They even, occasionally, are willing to batter over the price of some items. Of all the goodwills in the city, in my opinion, they are in the best location.

It was unusually crowded, and between that and the place being pretty picked over I was only there long enough to regret my life choices. Unlucky day. Felt bad for the staff, they had to go over the intercom and plead with customers to use their masks. Thats about when I noped out.

My first time at this location. Large store, Good selection. More furniture then most.

I love this place! On this trip I found this amazing hand painted Chinese fan in an excellent frame, an authentic tribal rug, a Japanese teapot, a beautiful coat from Banana Republic, and more! The friendly staff and manager helped me unroll the two rugs I bought in an out of the way place. Also, the clerk wrapped my breakables well and with a smile. They always greet everyone who comes in. When I peruse the jewelry case, which can take me an hour sometimes, theres someone to patiently assist. Oh, and I always buy my computers here, too!

My husband, who is a disable veteran , his service dog, Niko, and I were visiting Eugene, Or when we decided to check out the local Goodwill at 1010 Greenacres. While in the store, Niko became ill and vomited. My husband apologized profusely to several employees and offered to clean it up. Shortly after that, the store manager, Ed approached us and stated that we need to leave the store because our dog made a mess and he wasn’t completely trained. My husband explained that Niko was trained but that he had gotten sick, which is not something anyone could control. We attempted to continue our shopping, Ed was never far behind us. At this point it felt as if he was following us. The store was crowded and my husband stumbled stepping on Niko which caused Niko to reactively bark. It was a quick bark and was not directed at anyone other than my husband. Shortly after this, Ed approached us and very loudly began berating my husband. Ed stated that our dog had barked and growled at a customer and must leave the store. My husband attempted to explain what happened but Ed continued to berate my husband stating out dog wasn’t trained. Niko is very trained and was doing his job. My husband was humiliated by Ed causing such a scene and we left the store.I called the store and asked what the mangers first and last name was. The lady who answered wanted to know why I wanted the information. As I was explaining to her that I wants to file a complaint she hung up on me.We will NEVER visit this store or would we recommend it to anyone. For a store that claims to support people with disabilities you would think they would provide better training. Thank you Goodwill and Ed for humiliating my husband. Your support means so much (sarcasm)

Very good Thrift Store. Contains a Microsoft Certified refurbishment shop. If you dont insist on having the most recent technologies, this is a good place to pick up a reasonably priced computer and reduce electronic waste.

Their computer shop is what I go there for. Very good buys on used PCs. I also like their reasonably priced books. Its cool to have a place you can donate to for a tax deduction.

Some stuff is priced way too high, but most things are fine. Tons of clothing. This specific location also has an awesome electronics department set aside from the rest of the store, that offers computer repair services.

I think this is the highest priced Goodwill in the area. Selection is good, but not the place to get a blender, ironing board or extension cord ... Walmart is same price or less. Nice people, but line to check out is always long.

I think they take the colored tag ones and put them away when they are about to change color of the week so that they are not bought at half of the price for some of the products especially in the electronics department. I wanted an item-several of them and it was Saturday. I knew that it would be the color when Sunday arrives, thats when they change color for a half off. Ive been checking for those particular items for almost a month, a MONTH! that is. Then I keep checking and checking almost every other day and they were there untouched until the time they were close at 9pm Saturday night. Then the moment arrives, the morning they were open at 9am and I waited in the parking lot and when they open the door I went straight through the electronics department and to the section of where the products were that I always wanted to buy for half of the price. Then when I got there it was gone and ask the lady about what happen to the item that was here yesterday and she said, it was probably have been sold. BS!!! It was there yesterday and I didnt leave until it was time for closing and I was so sure that it would be there the next morning. Unbelievable!!!

The largest Goodwill in the area, this is the main Goodwill. Always clean, fairly well organized given what they sell. Some of the employees can be rude, but I hardly blame them for that - theyre overworked and underpaid. This location has the computer store separately, so if youre looking for computer stuff or video game stuff (hardware, software, cables, etc), come to this Goodwill.

Super nice staff. Jam-packed store. Got some really nice clothes and its slightly cheaper than Salem or Portland. Biggest caution: Check for stains, holes, rips and other flaws. I saw multiple items with major problems. Unlike Salem and Portland, they will not reduce prices for clothing that should have gone straight to the Outlet. Despite that issue, I will return.

The employees themselves are nice but prices and policies are beyond stupid! I found a used womens collared shirt that had been drawn on with a marker BY THE GOODWILL EMPLOYEE WHO PRICED IT. Unsure about if it would wash out, I asked if the $8.99 price could be adjusted based on the damage, but its against policy. Ok... so you sell employee- damaged, donated goods for $9... got it. Stupid policy, wont be returning. Like St. Vinnies better anyway.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The lady I spoke to was named GINE (Im not sure how to spell her name) she hung up on me after I called to talk to them about how they treated my girlfriend. They refused to honor a %20 off coupon because they could not read the date. We just recently moved to roseburg a few weeks ago and donated several trailer loads of stuff to this location both personal stuff and business related items, in return they gave us several coupons for our donation. Three weeks later my girlfriend decided to take a trip up to eugene to do some shopping for our kids. She tried to use one of the coupons and thats when the staff were very rude to her and even said thats just the reality and then had the nerve to ask if she would make a donation to help with their job program. We will never donate or shop at goodwill ever again. We will be taking our business to saint vincent de paul as they have never treated us like this. When I called to talk to the manager GINE was more worried about getting written up then talking to me, she said she would send my call to the manager and hung up on me. Unbelievable!

I got two pairs of snow chains brand new in the packages Les Schwab quick fit chains still in package used for original owners $99 a pair I paid $31 for two pair Les Schwab quick fit change the numbers were 2323 on the bag thats the size love Goodwill who wouldnt you should always check their first and things like that over there at the Goodwill Delta Oaks Goodwill out in the very back of a around the building. Towards the highway dry cleaner around the building you cant you think youre lost you would think youre lost no just keep driving around the building way in the back way in the back way in the back youll see the freeway behind the building thats where the chains are under a cover or car cover like thing they have lots of tire change and Ill tell you the most for small cars and low profile chains Ive never seen more low profile change in my life in the last few days you guys are all over the place.

Generally like most Goodwill stores, but this one has a computer/audio-video/video games section that is pretty awesome. If youre into retro game systems you should check it out, or if youre a computer or AV geek who likes to scrounge for components.

All my life the Goodwill was a place that poor people could go to shop at cheap prices and still help the community. It came in handy when you didnt have the money to get by. Now its like a high-end second hand shop for the rich and trendy. So overpriced. I saw a pair of jeans for $40??? St Vinnies is no better. Its just sad.

This store does have a nice separate technology area that is well stocked and worth a visit.

I visited this store yesterday. I live in Drain, so I am traveling from WAY outside the local area to shop here. I found some very nice brand new salvage air filtration units for a great price. Here is the reason for one star - When I went to check out, I forgot to ask about the 55 and over discount that is USUALLY offered and prompted by the cashier, at every thrift store I have ever shopped at. That is when it occurred to me that the cashier did not ask if I could take advantage of any discounts. I was informed by the cashier that they were now not ALLOWED to ask if a customer qualifies for any discounts, senior or other wise. When I pressed her further, she explained (with an obvious look of embarrassment) that because 1 person complained because she was OFFENDED that she was asked if she wanted or qualified for a discount. What total BS this is. Because ONE person was VAIN and IMMATURE they had the ability to change the standard of service for the rest of us by complaining to the management? Well guess what? I AM OFFENDED THAT I WAS NOT ASKED, AND I AM COMPLAINING! This is a huge disservice to your customers, senior and otherwise that are on limited incomes and my be unaware that they could take advantage of that benefit. UNLESS..... This is some back handed way to appear to be Politically Correct in uber-liberal Eugene while laughing all the way to the bank? I would not put it past you folks to use this strategy, all the while claiming to help the community. Exactly what community are you helping by doing this? My conclusion is yourselves and your corporation by increasing your profit margins. JUST SAD AND HYPOCRITICAL. Like with any thrift store, you have to sift through the junk. But there is a lot of great stuff here. Paid sixty bucks for what would have been well over three hundred dollars of clothes and shoes.But it seems likethe store is short staffed. There has always been a wait, and the counter people have been reluctant to cash me out

Very organized unlike a lot of the Goodwill stores out there. My reason for 4 stars.....they are WAAAAAY OVERPRICED!! this store in particular had a pair of Gucci shoes used (not even guaranteed to be authentic) for 99.99! A TV stand for ONLY 99.99! Many things are overpriced and its kind a shameful they do this with DONATED items. Portland has some great stores with GREAT pricing but this , this is just leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I know its for a cause but honestly, some items can be bought in a department store for a few more dollars if you are at least half witted in the shopping category.
