Our Precor elliptical machine got misaligned during our move to Henderson. Rusty quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the machine. He is very knowledgeable about the exercise equipment and was responsive and on time. I highly recommend One Day Fitness Repair for any home exercise machine issues.

Great service! Had a Precor Elliptical that stopped working after we moved it. The console was the issue and he was able to send it off for refurbishment. He was upfront about cost and very reasonable compared to other companies I have used in the past. Will definitely use him for all future needs.

Very happy with repair service on the treadmill and putting a Sole elliptical machine together. First, Randy called to see if I wanted an earlier appointment. I was so happy to know that I did not have to miss a full week without treadmill only a couple days. Secondly, Randy and his assistant were very respectful of the flooring and the equipment which meant a lot to me. I’m probably a little more particular than the average person touching my stuff. I just like my stuff well taken care of and appreciate Randy and his assistant respecting that value. Huge thanks to the assistant. I apologize for forgetting his name but every mother would be proud about his manners and organization. He carefully unwrapped everything and tucked all the garage neatly into bags. It has been a very long time since I have seen someone his age so neat. He properly put things together while Randy followed behind to tighten the part. It was a well-tuned system. Very pleased. Rusty is professional , reliable, and knowledgeable. He was able to point out the defects in a few pieces of our gym equipment. He did not try to sell or up charge us for things we do not need which is very UNCOMMON with other fitness repair companies. Rustys services and prices are the best in town. Highly recommended.
