We just move here from a different state and got our kids enrolled into one of the schools that this uniform store provides uniforms for. I needed to find their address so I had to google it and I decided to start reading their reviews and quite honestly some of them were not so good. Since this is the only store I can get uniforms for my children i honestly was expecting the worst customer service. As soon as I walked in there a younger lady greeted me and assisted me with all my needs, she helped me figure out my child’s size since they had never worn uniforms. Of course they didn’t have all the items we needed in stock and that they had to put them on back order. To my surprise they called me back within a couple days with the remaining items except for one that is currently sold out, they offer me a different brand and even offer to upgrade my item at no charge! I really appreciate all the hard effort in making sure that I at least had a couple items for my kids to start school. I honestly can’t blame them because of extended back orders sometimes they don’t have control over that.

09/29/21 - I appreciate the response. We would do what we could to help find you employees during this time. We understand how difficult it is for so many companies, but that isnt the issue though. The issue was the rudeness of the employee who helped my wife. Thats the only problem. No matter how busy, short staffed you are, it doesnt excuse rudeness to customers. That is an employee problem, not a problem of the pandemic. Like I had mentioned at the end of my review, the person who placed the order was incredibly helpful and nice.This is our only option to order through for our daughters school. They are incredibly disorganized and rude. My wife had to go in twice to pick up polos for our daughter and both times the employee came out and asked, could it be under any other name? My wife then told her no, its only under her name or our daughters. The employees then snapped back at my wife saying it HAS to be under another name cause they couldnt find it. My wife said no. The lady huffed and went in the back, found the bag with the exact name my wife said and handed it off to another employee to not deal with my wife. We wish there was another option.I will say when my wife ordered over the phone, they were very pleasant. Its just the pickup that was horrible.

Waiting in line in the heat and sun for an hour to pick up 2 shots. I had ordered over the phone and asked and paid for school delivery. They hardly pick up the phone and had the wrong pages in store and online for ordering. Its fine if you shop and order October through June, but expect to wait FOREVER in July and August. They need a sign in and text system or separate lines for ordering and picking up. Anything would help... bigger store, more employees, useful telephone, shady exterior. Order online if you can and ask for school delivery. Beware, their sizes are odd and usually kids need to try things on. There are fitting rooms, but dont bother going unless its an off- season month!

THANK YOU CAMPUS CLUB SCHOOL UNIFORMS FOR FULFILLING BOTH OF MY CHILDRENS SCHOOL UNIFORM NEEDS DURING A PANDEMIC. THE STAFF WAS PATIENT AND COURTEOUS AS MANY PARENTS IN LINE WERE COMPLAINING OF THE COVID RULES AND BLAMED IT ON THE STAFF. I WAITED AS MOST PARENTS DID UNTIL THE WEEK BEFORE SCHOOL STARTED. IN YEARS PRIOR I PURCHASED THEIR UNIFORMS IN JULY. I WASNT SURE SCHOOLS WERE GOING TO OPEN. I AM SURE THEY WERE OVERWHELMED WITH LATE ORDERS. THANK YOU AGAIN TO THE STAFF DURING THESE DIFFICULT TIMES.

Campus Club School Uniforms is a fabulous place for you to order your childs school uniforms! The staff is very well trained, efficient and attentive to your uniform needs. I have visited both locations and have had great experiences at each one!Thank Goodness for CCSU!

Crowded, hot and had to stand outside. They said 5 customers at a time, it was so many people! My business was quick and I got the attention I needed! It was just hot 🥵🥵

We paid for items never received. On 7.24.21, we ordered two (2) sets of uniforms for our child/student as he lives in two (2) homes. We purchased 2 large orders totaling $415.14; $172.34 for Order 1, and $242.80 for Order 2. On or about 8.6.21 we received most of Order 2 but are now still without Order 1 for $172.34, missing many items including, but not limited to:V-neck sweaters-2Navy Fleece jacket -1White long sleeves -2Performance polos for summer -2Navy classroom pants -1With school starting on 8.16.21-We have called and left multiple messages to no avail. Please kindly help us to resolve this matter as we would hate to escalate and file a fraud claim )under regulation Z) with the bank for Non receipt of items/services not rendered but funds issued or paid in full.

I’ve been trying to pick up an order and I understand due to covid they want us to stand out in the hot sun which I refuse to do, but maybe organize it better for the parents who are there to pick up orders so that they’re not waiting in the heat. Maybe set up a system where you take their number and text them to come to the door to grab and go and strongly encourage your online ordering process and suggest having uniforms delivered to the school and also suggesting parents bring the kids measurements if the child is not with them when placing a new order.

This is the worst establishment I have had the displeasure to deal with. They are completely unprofessional and ineffective. I placed an order in person almost 5 weeks ago, paid the extra fee to deliver to my home and still have not received my sons school uniforms. They had 1 shirt when I was there. I had to order everything else. What? One shirt in his size, really? I received some more shirts but still await 3 pairs of shorts. He has 1 pair from them. How can this be okay? They will not return my many voicemail messages and do not pick up the telephone. They are the absolute worst. Stay far away from them if you have another uniform supplier option.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. What a joke...does the school get a kick back from this store? Did the school even look at reviews before picking this joke of a store . I think the news should be notified about how ppl are forced to buy uniforms that are over priced and not even on time . I ordered 7/16/21..still waiting for a pe shirt ...plus its so over priced. I ordered 5 shirts a month ago and NO ONE will even contact me back about when or if i will ever recieve my order. School started weeks ago and my son is the new kid who has no uniform. I want to cancel my order and get a refund but even after calling and emailing NUMEROUS times i still am unable to reach someone to help me. This place is unprofessional and I HIGHLY reccomend NEVER using them, EVER!!!!

Great place for school uniforms

This company was very helpful, the online ordering is very easy and even when our order was delayed due to Covid, they were very helpful in getting our uniforms in before school started. Even when I ordered a wrong item, they were quick to help me resolve the issue. Staff was very friendly and professional!

I so appreciate campus club! I owned a uniform store many years ago and I know all too well what a difficult business it is to run. Many customers do not understand that it is impossible to pre-embroider every size for every school and actually impossible to keep mass quantities of any logo-ed uniform. School names change more often than you would expect, enrollments change constantly, schools change brochure items, manufacturers sell out and have delayed back orders. So many factors come into play and often times they are unforeseen by a business owner. Campus club is the best in the business. Truly! Although I hear customers complain about a 7 to 10 day turn around on back ordered items, this is actually quite quick! My shop used to sit empty in June and early July and then the HUGE RUSH would come all at once in late July and August. The demand became so great that the machines couldn’t keep up. My turn around time was over a month. I actually gave up my business because the stress was so overwhelming. I am so incredibly impressed with campus club! I love that they offer high school students their first job. I wish I had done that. Because the students only work the busiest 5 or 6 weeks of the year... mistakes will be made. I have heard adult customers treat these working children with vulgar language, incredible rudeness and impatience beyond words. I’ve actually had my stomach turn over the antics of customers in that store. I have always been treated with the utmost kindness and respect at campus club but I also offer kindness and respect. I visited today to pick up my children’s uniforms. The quality was nice, the embroidery was beautiful, the employees were friendly and I left happy and appreciative of the hard workers at that store. Thank you for your hard work, many of us out here truly appreciate ALL that you do!!!

Just wanted to say Thank You to the staff at Campus Club. They went out of there way to accommodate my order and get it done fast. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I cant say enough good things about the staff. Thank you all again for such a wonderful experience. You can count on my business again !

I’ve never reviewed anything before and actually just happened upon the Campus Club School Uniforms reviews as i was searching their store hours. I read Lori’s review and felt compelled to post an evaluation of my own. Lori you are right on! I use Campus Club School Uniforms for all of my uniform needs: my son’s school, my staff, my son’s football team. I stopped in today with a colleague and we left shaking our heads at the way the employees were being unnecessarily treated by two different customers. A woman had a reaction to a back ordered polo shirt greater than any reaction to a health diagnosis my friend and I have ever received. The absolute anger over this shirt. The young lady behind the register handled herself with the utmost decorum. and continued to treat the rest of her customers with a friendly smile. We also observed an employee handling herself with grace as a potential customer screamed at her over the phone about a delayed stock check. Instead of visiting the store, like the rest of us, she insisted everyone stop what they are doing to tell her if a particular uniform was in stock. Can you imagine doing this at Macy’s? Or anywhere? You would be hung up on immediately. Campus Club School Uniforms has always gone above and beyond for me. Lori, I appreciate that you took the time in this fast paced world to put yourself in someone else’s shoes. We are all so filled with anger and impatience. Let’s all take a moment and a deep breath before betraying hard working employees who are doing everything in their power to get us our uniforms. Please think how you would feel if that was your mom or daughter getting demeaned and shamed all day over a polo shirt. A little kindness can go a long way.

Horrible customer service.

Called to see where to purchase my granddaughters uniform. Person on the other side of the phone said i could go SW location. So we get there, was greeted awesome by Alex, waited, then was told we have to go north location because my granddaughter school is north side. Okay. Fine, So Alex calls north side, tells me they have her clothes on the side, cool we leave go north side location. Waiting again. Then finally get help, the young girl said theres nothing on the side, okay. We chose her uniform, they bring me another schools uniform let alone she has it written down what school. Okay. Then i tell her size 6 or 7, she brings me a 4, really another time she didnt listen. Then she comes back says dont have this & that. Okay bring me what you got for my babys school. No more this, no more that. Ugh all that time & driving we finally come home with only 1 jumper, everything else i have to drive all the way back there in 10 days. I ask can you send it to the other store because its closer to me... nope they cant. I dont get why you cant. Your willing to charge me $2 more to send it somewhere, let alone your own dam stores. Senseless

I was at first upset that I couldn’t get refund because I found out that my kid isn’t physically going to school I have to admit I was a little bit harsh in words I used but they treated me with nothing but kindness through the whole conversation, my kids are growing so I just exchanged sized just for the futures sakes

Today was my first time buying uniforms here for my kids. I was welcomed with a nice hello and helped. I was very impressed with the store because it was cleaned and organized. I was also impressed because they have the uniforms already made. I will come back and be a lifetime customer. I will also refer this location to all the parents at Doral Red Rock.

I ordered my kids shirts for school weeks ago before school even started. I had to call them to see when is my order ready for pick up. Well they changed my pick up date 2 times the and my kids had to go to school without uniform which mean my kids risked being sent home since they didn’t have the uniform on time. So I finally get my babies shirt yesterday and they still messed up my order. I told them they gave me the wrong size shirt and she said we can order it again but it will take almost two more weeks just for one shirt. No type of help or anything to fix there mistake. Plus my kid would have missed school due to their uniform mess up. How hard is it to read a paper, fill the order that already has the sizes on it. No type of remorse or attempt to fix order. Smh NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Holding my order invoice in their hand and they still manage to screw up my order! A little baffled on that one.

Bought a stethoscope from here TWO days ago. Didn’t use it. Opened it at home to see how it worked and it sucked. Could barely hear a heartbeat. Just went in right now to explain to them that what they sold me doesn’t work and that if I could exchange it for a better quality one, I wouldn’t mind paying a difference. The girl tells me they are final sale and that that’s the only brand they sell and she wouldn’t refund me. I tell her I literally bought it two days ago and ask her if she even tried to use it so she could see what I’m talking about and she just said “no”. So not only did she not care enough to see that the products she sells don’t work but wouldn’t even refund or give me store credit. Never coming back and will tell all colleagues in the medical field not to buy anything from here.

Horrible wait time

Worst experience ever, went there to buy a couple of shirts for my daughters. I entered the store at 10:00 am and left at 12:00pm . 2 hours of total frustration!!! The sales associate didn’t know what he was doing writing down the shirts and sizes I wanted and then going to the back for 15 min and coming back with the wrong shirts! And that happened at least 4 times!!! I understand that he might be new but he better ask other associates for help and don’t let me wait and then bring me wrong shirts, and it happened over and over again!!! One time I went to look for him cause my girls were in the fitting room and he was assisting other costumers! After an hour I gave up and asked for another associate! I have never felt so frustrated in my life ! Next time just go to the south location they are nicer there!!!!

This place has everything you need! Sweaters, jackets, pants hairbands, and they also carry scrubs. The employees are really nice.

First the attendant doesnt pay attention on the school name, almost sold to us the wrong uniforms. Secondly price its its high comparable to Walmart, target etc a pants there is $17.00 the same pants is $12.99 in target

The first time I came here it was baron and no one helped me, I helped myself and I couldve just waltzed right out of there with a whole box and no one would have cared with 5 employees walking around. They also got my order wrong, so I had to wait another 2 weeks on back order when they could have told me that they got a new shipment in of the same size during the first weekend.The last time I went, it was in the morning, no one manning the counter, no one helped me for 15 min, and I had to go to the warehouse to get someones attention, and the girl had an attitude with me after apologizing for my frustration, she didnt even let me finish my sentence.These people are rude and a disgrace to customer service, especially in Las Vegas, the city of raised customer service teens that dont do their job right because nothing is expected from them. They have no bar to meet and that makes me disappointed in management.Your whole team sucks. 2 out of the 30 are good. Thats an awful statistic.
