Ive always found it an easy experience shopping with Schoolwear Inc. whether Ive bought from the shop, or collected from my childrens school.The staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.I recently had reason to return a couple of items (nothing to do with the actual items; everything to do with my childrens sensory needs) and customer service was so accommodating.Especially in these current strange times, this type of kind and understanding interaction, simply on a human level, is priceless.Thank you all.

So i was buying my 4 year olds first school uniform, and the lady in shop showed me all the things Ill be needing, she was very helpful and polite. Even told me about the iron on school name stickers for him.

Online purchase was smooth. Customer service called us to help and facilitate delivery on time. Uniform is excellent quality. Polo T-shirt cotton is good quality and soft! It looks like its going to last a long time. Thank you!

Friendly, good turnaround time with regards to answering Emails and delivery of clothes. Plus really simple to exchange unworn items that were too small. Highly recommended.

I rarely give reviews but really felt this place deserved one - fabulous service with friendly and helpful staff. The ability to order online and collect from store really took away some stress of going back to school!
