If we could give more stars we would! From the moment we came in Pamela and Leslie were so kind and friendly. I was looking for a wrap/enhancer for my engagement ring. They made every effort to figure out what king of wrap I wanted. Michael himself came down and went through a bunch of choices one by one to help me narrow down what I wanted. He really made an effort to make sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for and that I was happy with my selection. He even offered to size the wrap, polish my ring, and re-coat the white gold to look like new. To top everything off, he noticed my husband’s band was cracked and he offered to fix it for free. They have excellent choices where you can’t find anywhere else. If you can’t find what you are looking for, they will make it for you. They have a lot of knowledge in their work and patience with customers. I am not from Vegas but would fly down here for any future jewelry needs.

My wife and I went to Michael E. Minden Diamond Jewelers to have her wedding ring fixed, it was catching on her clothing. We met Michael and walked us through taking the stones from the original ring and manufacturing a new ring. From the second we stepped into the store, we were greeted with smiles and attention from very friendly staff members. It was by accident that I stopped by this store. I was looking to get a few stainless steel watches polished. I never heard of this store before but when I walked by I was warmly greeted by the sales women and made me feel very welcomed. They invited me to take a seat and wait for the owner Michael. I had brought my daughter along with me and the women were so nice and helped keep her entertained while I was negotiating with Michael.Michael is a very nice, well dressed, business man. I really believe he gave me his honest opinion about my watches that I wanted to get polished.I didnt sell them to him but I did have a few other jewelry pieces that he did end up buying from me.I left content and I will be back, hopefully to BUY next time.

Went to his establishment two years ago and everyone there was polite, helping and knowledgeable including him, went back and nothing changed, wonderful experience, treated like a king and very happy with outcome.

The absolute worse jewler in Las Vegas. My finance purchased my engagement ring on 12/22/2019, this morning I woke up and my diamond was missing. So naturally we came into the store. Everyone was pleaseant but they are ridiculous on their maintenance. Absolutely no fault of my own and less than 6 months they want him to spend $800 to replace the diamond, when he has already spent thousands. Absolutely not!! Id rather go to Zales, Jarred or Kay Jewelers in the future. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ITS AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF THEY DO NOT BACK THEIR JEWLERY AND OFFERED NO SECOND OPTION TO HELP REMEDY THE SITUATION. We belived this was a high end jeweler, especially after the amount of money spent. We would have been better off getting a ring out the bubblegum machine.

I was at Fashion Show doing some shopping so I thought Id drop in and ask them if they did trade-ins or bought jewelry. I have a ring I want to get rid of. The blonde woman who helped me was SO incredibly condescending. She had such a bad attitude and made me feel AWFUL. She acted as if I was an idiot and talked down to me, I left feeling horrible that I even went in to ask anything. Teach your sales staff not to be such horrendous human beings.

I want to start by saying that even one star is too good .my fiancé bought a very expensive engagement ring from the store located in the fashion show mall.after less then a month, diamonds started falling from the ring for apparent reason.i couldnt wear the ring during the day and resorted to wearing in only when i left my house for special events.diamonds were falling off even when i was only wearing the ring on rear occasions.after the fifth time, during a four month period ,that diamonds kept on felling. i decided to return the ring.the owner of the store refused to refund us and added that from that point on we will need to pay $300 every time the ring needs to be repaired .he also say that the ring is an eveningring and is not meant to be worn during the day . what a ridiculous excuse for a poor quality ring!!!i suggest people to stay away from this store !THE WORST QUALITY EVER!!!

My Husband bough my engagement diamond with Michael E. Minden 20 years ago this May. Over the years we have taken my ring into his store when it was across from the Palace Station and to his new location in the Fashion Show Mall. That is how faithful we are to him and his staff. But this last incident left a very bad taste in our mouths. About the 1st of Oct on 2017 I broke a prong on my engagement ring. I immediately brought it to Michael store. As soon I walked in I didn t feel right. The Store Assoc. turned to the other Assoc and put her had up in front of her mouth and said something to the Assoc standing with her. they both just waited for us to walk to the back of the store. I explained what happen she took the ring and noted it gave me a receipt stated about a week and would call me. I stated sounds Great. Thanked her and left. the quote about 100.00 I thing. That was ok. When we go home I received a call and the Jeweler stated the ring now needs all the Prongs replaced. Thats 12 Prongs on the whole ring now. That now about 375.00. Well for the safety of the stones I said ok. About a week to repair. the called in a week. When to pick the ring up and I checked all the prongs and the one prong that was broken off looked like it was still ruff on top and could catch a piece of material the side looked like a 5 year old soldered it. I asked them If they even really replaced all of them. Because when we first arrived the ring was not even ready they asked to give them about another 2 hours or so. we just drove from N. Las Vegas. and they called us and stated the ring was ready. and now they needed more time. Sounded like a rush job to me. Well I work from home and in Dec. I was Very Sick I have Barely been out of the house. I dont wear my rings at home. I have worked from the year 1997 to 2008 in the casino as a slot person when they floor people used to put their hands in the machines to fix them for the Customer with my rings on. I never has a issue all these years. But I know I did break the prong the first time! but on this repair job is and Customer. if just very poor workmanship. I just people to be aware and make smart decisions. Michael E. Minden store if not the same Quality as it used to be. This is Sad. Very Sad.

We are going to stay at one star until I get the certification from the diamond back from GIA. Colleen and Leslie sold my boyfriend an un-certified diamond. We returned to the store but they would not refund his money. The ring not being refundable was never mentioned. Fine... so they offered a credit for a store in Las Vegas even though we live NYC. So I picked out a ring and kept the original diamond and asked them to have it certified.Here is where all the excuses begin... it will take two weeks, it will cost another $100...etc. When I asked Colleen to have it GIA certified she stated No, we use our guy in LA. Feeling really apprehensive about her guy I could do nothing we were leaving that night for NYC and who the hell wants a 6k credit for some bootleg jewelry store in a Las Vegas mall?In any event, we receive the ring they had it EGL certified the problem with this is EGL inflates their grades. We have taken the ring to be GIA certified and we were already told that it was not and color and grade that EGL certified. Jewelers use EGL as a way profiting more on their diamonds. Please BE CAREFUL when dealing with this particular jeweler, they are just dishonest. I will post both reports that I receive once I get the completed GIA report so you can be educated on their scam. All of their diamond prices are inflated if graded with an EGL certificate.
