I had the Dulce something or other on a waffle cone I can’t pronounce nor remember the spelling of it but anyhow it was so good. Melts quick in the Vegas heat. It was $9.68 for a 2 scoop cone not sure if that helps you any in making your decision on weather to eat it or not.

The staff is friendly however the ice cream is horrible. Its not fresh at all and tastes like expired heavy cream! Super flaky and much worse than the store bought ones.

This place is hardly accessible for non-MGM guests. First, you have to go downstairs from the lobby to a place called underground. Its at the far end.Most important, Google reports it closes ar midnight. They closed on me at 10:45.

We were searching for dessert after exiting the Excalibur, and when I stumbled across Haagen-Dazs I absolutely couldnt resist. I went to another location in this same casino and was told that the system was down and they only accepted cash. Thinking it was only a problem at that specific location, we came to this one and the exact same problem was present here. Although it took awhile to get our orders in over the loud background noise of the nearby casino, the guy working there was very friendly and patient. The ice cream was incredibly delicious and creamy but extremely overpriced. Almost 10 dollars for a small sundae! For three people that adds up quick, so if youre looking for fast service but lesser-quality food Id recommend heading over to Dairy Queen instead. However that was my only problem. I got the Oreo sundae and was pleased.

Oh this ice cream really hit the spot. Lots of flavors too for a small space in the MGM Hotel food court.

Nice location located in the MGM casino. Haagen Daz is always a good treat for my children. They dont just have ice cream they have smoothies as well. The pomegranate berry smoothie is a must try.

Over priced but tastes amazing

10 dollars for the most watery milkshake. I went back and had them remake it, told them it was too watery. Ice cream itself was perfectly frozen. The guy made it exactly the same way and I am very unsatisfied

I just happened upon the store yesterday. They have some of the very best ice cream. I love their coffee ice cream.

Nice girl at the counter and pretty quick service. Shake tasted great too.
