I’m going to echo everyone’s sentiments here in my disappointment that they moved locations and were even closed when I showed up to get some jazz shoes for my daughter. The 9a-1p warehouse hours with now storefront (pre-order and drive thru pickup) we’re less than disappointing. Especially after a 45 minute drive across the city during rush hour. Website isn’t updated and the photo on their site IS NOT their store anymore.Bottom line . . . call ahead, but don’t expect them to be open.

Called and told the guy what I needed. He brought out curbside for us. Great service, even though they don’t have the big store anymore, they still provided what we needed.

Not a big store but a great selection as far as ballet clothes goes. Thats all we went in for this visit so I cant speak for other types of dance, but Im sure if you check their website itll help.I should also mention one of the main reasons I gave them 5 stars was the great customer service as we walked in the door. The lady was very nice and knowledgeable. And they also have a good size sale rack, which helps when you have a beginner on hand. Plus, a fitting room which is a life saver! Overall a good experience👍

I am very disappointed with this store.In the past I was a very good repeat customer for years at this store, purchasing 3 sets of shoes, and two pairs of dance pants and gifts for friends.I ordered some very fine VFSN 020 shoes from them over a year ago, they said come back in and pick them up. When I went back they were closed - permanently.When I called they said they would look and I should call back in a month or two. I called again and again.They said they cant find the shoes and probably sold them to someone elseThey say they cant find a record and cant find it by my name, and could find it from my credit card number, but its too much trouble for them to bother.They insist I find it in my records( while they cant bother)I have moved twice in the last year, and of course, cannot locate the receipt.So, after my last call with them( where their employee Dave got testy with me) I ordered a pair online from someone else.

Sry disappointed. I purchased a pair of dance shoes for my daughter in December. She wore them maybe 5 or 6 times for her dance set and in the middle of the first competition set the clasp broke. I would have thought for $60+ the quality would be better. I was told they couldn’t help me as the order was over 30 days.

Ive shopped here a few times. While their selection is mediocre and the prices are average for dance shoes, I am consistently underwhelmed with the service. My experience today was so poor that I wont be back.On my most recent visit (11:45pm 2/29/16), the young lady working the counter made me feel like my presence was an inconvenience to her right from the start even though I was the only person there. She never smiled, and her knowledge about the products and inventory had to be pulled from her. She was not helpful or kind. Very poor customer service. I walked in to the store in a great mood and left a few minutes later feeling like I should have been apologizing for stopping by.Maybe customer service isnt a priority for this business. Their proximity to a popular dance studio may provide an increase in clientele, so maybe they have little care if customers enjoy their shopping experience.To the owners: please teach your employees (whom I assume are dancers themselves) that a sales job and customer service is just like any other performance; sometimes you must smile and pretend!

They messed up the order twice. They said in writing they would refund the shipping, but they did not. Customer service is poor. Instead of them returning my calls I had to keep calling. If I could give them a zero I would.

They were so helpful. They had everything I needed in stock. I will go back and do business with them again.

I had a very positive experience at this store. I went a couple years back but I found what I was looking for (1 leotard, 1 biketard) both very cute and affordable. Staff was friendly and helpful. A couple years later both outfits are still being worn and in good condition. :) I will be shopping there again.

Dance4Less is listed as Stone Enterprises, 2700 E Patrick Ln Ste 20 Las Vegas NV 89120-2465 for those who want to contact Better Business Bureau (BBB).I normally wear US size 6.5 but the practice shoes I ordered were undersized. Since the merchandise was at least one US size smaller than what was claimed, I filed a complaint to BBB for free return/exchange. They gave me a refund but I still paid for the shipping.I reordered and returned the size 7 (still too small) but have not received refund after 19 days. I called and sent them a couple inquiry emails but still have not received any responses. Finally got the refund back through PayPal dispute resolution center.Then I reordered and tried size 7.5 which fit me but received after 25 days.I think the problem is all these shoes came from a foreign country but someone didn’t correlate foreign sizes and US sizes correctly. If a merchant is selling things not as claimed, the merchant should be hold responsible and should reimburse the shipping cost for return/exchange. They should correct the problem or remove the items from ad.

This place is awful!! I ordered shoes as a Christmas present. On Christmas the person who the shoes were for informed me that the shoes that I received were not the ones I ordered. We called the store & they said to ship them back to them & that they would refund my shipping cost & send me the correct shoes.After they received the shoes back they told me that the ones that I had ordered were not in stock and that all they could do was refund me. They refunded the cost of the shoes, but not what I had paid to receive the shoes in the first place or the return shipping.When I called to talk to them about the manager yelled at me saying that I was lucky to get the cost of the shoes refunded & that they would not refunded the shipping. Then he hung up on me! I will NEVER buy anything from them again & will tell everyone I know to stay away!! What awful customer service!

This place is a lifesaver! I found three pairs of shoes, in my size and in the style that I needed. Great service, prices and selection.

I live an hour and a half outside of town but my hubby works in town. I was able to tell Christine exactly what I was looking for (ex wide child ballet shoes)over the phone, so when my hubby got there she practically had them waiting for him. The cost was very reasonable and the service superb.

The selection of leotards is nice. The shoes they carry are not great for kids in competition. The service is never good. It always seems like I am bothering them when I am in there. Like the cashier has way better things to do than ring up my stuff and get the sizes I need.

I tried working with Capezio for almost a year and gave up. I went to Dance4Less and a young gentleman brought out different sizes, but didnt have the color I needed. He ordered it for me and came in very timely. The shoes cost less than Capezios and fit a lot better.

If I could give 0 rating I would have.I never received confirmation of item shipping and when I called I was disconnected 1st time, I called 2nd time & person was so rude told me I needed to track item but never given tracking # so I requested refund for iten not recvd & was told they had to receive item back before they would refund & lady hung up on me. Called 3rd time & man answered & flat out told me he wasnt tracking anything & hung up on me again.Never ever order anything from these crooked, rude, obnoxious people. Must be family owned business cuz 3 people very business unoriented and discourtious. Will ha e to dispute charges thru paypal for non receipt of merchandise

HORRIBLE experience. My advice to you, avoid this merchant. Go elsewhere. Dont support shifty business practices. My wife purchased Stephanie ballroom shoes in preparation for a wedding, from their website. First, they didnt ship the shoes in the timeframe promised by their policy. In fact, when they actually did ship the shoe, they blamed Stephanie (the manufacturer) for the delay. My wife, whos a small business owner herself, gave dance4less a week after the designated shipping timeframe before calling to follow up. Also, my wife made it a point to confirm the heel height on the shoes she had ordered after it was apparent that they were shipping late. She needed to have a bridesmaid dress tailored to a specific heel height, and she needed a shoe to measure with so she had to use her own, which was identical to the shoe she ordered, but in black. She was promised by the store owner while speaking with her on the phone that the heel on the shoe she ordered and the shoe she measured with (which was a couple of years older) were still identical. Turns out they were not identical, as we were sent an entirely different shoe. The point here is that the store owner knew my wifes need to have an identical heel height, yet still shipped her a different brand shoe with a different heel height. See picture attached.Through this whole ordeal, we were not contact once by dance4less to tell us shipping would be over a week late, or that they didnt actually have what we ordered in stock. No communication at all from the merchant. Fast forward a week, we received the shoe, and it WAS THE WRONG SHOE. Totally different brand, and not the same heel height. Not even the same color.My wife called again after receiving the shoe, and the first person she spoke with, a guy, very deliberately hung up on her (I was standing next to her and heard the whole conversation) after she explained the situation (very politely, mind you). Side note - my wife is the most cordial, kind person you could ever talk to, and as a small business owner herself, she makes it a point to be polite when on the phone with other businesses. After being hung up on, she called back and spoke to (I presume) one of the two owners. The lady my wife spoke with sounded completely disinterested. All we wanted at this point was a refund and a prepaid return label so my wife could buy her shoes elsewhere, but the lady wouldnt do anything at all to remedy the situation. Even though this company made numerous, very obvious, mistakes with this order, even shipped her the wrong shoes, costing my wife (and I) hours of our time, and money, they wouldnt even attempt to make it right. Again, we asked for a pre-paid shipping label, as dance4less shipped us the wrong shoe and it was clearly their mistake. They wouldnt even do that. Now were stuck paying extra money to have my wifes dress re-tailored because this company failed to delivery the correct shoes, with the heel height promised, in the correct color, or even the correct brand, in the timeframe promised. This was the worst customer service experience both my wife and I have ever experienced. Period.The attached image shows my wifes old shoe (in black) next to the shoe we received from dance4less to compare the heel height, which the store owner insisted was the same as the shoe we already had. Clearly, theyre not the same, which is an issue when tailoring a dress thats supposed to lightly dust the floor.Please DO NOT support this company. Go elsewhere.

I purchased something on line from them. When I reached out to let them know I never received it. I didnt hear back. I paid through pay pal and tried to dispute it and they still refused to help.Aweful customer service, they steal from you. Save your money

Really bad experience. Extremely bad service.I ordered specific color and size and it was expected to arrive 5_7 days later. I received it 12 days later, not the same ordered color and not the ordered size. I sent 7 emails with no reply and then I returned the order. After 2 weeks, still no response and didnt get my money back.
