Im from out of town and was so happy when my friend said there was a scrapbook store close by. I was excited to check it out. But was very disappointed 2 minutes after walking in. I wish I could rate the employees separately, because I would give Sonia a 5+ star, she was very welcoming, helpful and patient. But the Manager was really rude, very condescending and not helpful at all. Be sure you go in there and you are specific about what you want and make sure you know whether the item(s) youre asking for is current or discontinued. Otherwise, the product will be snatched out of your hands and you will be told, be more specific the next time. Not sure how much more specific a customer can be when I specifically asked for a product by brand name and description...but okay if you say so. However, as the Manager was leaving, she made sure she announced to my group that she was selling chocolates for her daughter. And yes I did purchase a few candy bars to support her daughter, just hope her daughter is more grateful then her mom.The aisles are tight, and the product is crammed in there. Also, a lot of the product in the store is discontinued and outdated. I even found used stamps priced at the regular price.If youre looking for older product and dont care about customer service, this store is all for you. But if you appreciate good customer service and still want older product, call and ask for Sonia before wasting your time heading there.The competitor down the street turned my disappointing scrapbook shopping day, into a more pleasant experience. I recommend taking an extra few minutes and shopping there instead. Youll find great customer service,, current items and everything is organized and spaced out.

If your disabled. Don’t bother.If you have a trained service dog don’t bother.The staff won’t even let you see past the lobby area because she doesn’t want the dog there.I was hoping to plan my wedding invites.I can’t help my disability, But you can help your customer service.

I went to this store looking for Las Vegas themed items. They do have a good selection, but expensive. The salesperson seemed condescending and a little rude. She offered cardboard to protect the paper I had bought since she knew we had flown in. They do not give you a receipt, but email it to you. Thats when I found out was charged $2 for a piece of cardboard. She never mentioned there was a fee or I would not have accepted it. I really feel like they need to tell you there is a fee and let you decide if you want it. Total ripoff!

Had such a good time today, found many one of a kind treasures, and discovered a new Australian line of products. Kandy was delightful, a wonderful balance of helpful suggestions and time on my own. A terrific “me-time” experience. Wish I lived closer but will be shopping her website.

The mother of all scrapbook stores. You name it, she has it. Papers stickers pens tools storage display albums stamps on and on. Allow yourself plenty of time to stroll through here, you cant see everything in one quick walk through. The owner is kind and helpful. I love shopping at locally owned stores instead of big box chains you are treated better and you are feeding the local economy in a more profound way. What ever your paper needs they have it here.

I’ve lived in Vegas for 6 years and passed this place all the time, My husband and I literally went into look around, we walked in the lady was nice enough, we looked around a bit, as soon as i turn around the lady is peering her head around the corner looking at what we’re doing. (okay weird?) Then she tells us that she NEEDS to hold our drinks, (it’s a bottled water) no signs in the store or outside saying ‘no outside food or drinks’ so i say no we’ll just leave then, as we’re walking out says, “yeah it’s a paper store, obviously no drinks.” rude much?i don’t know about anyone else but, we’re adults, so no need to talk down to us like we’re children? we just wanted to check the store out, if we did spill some water on something, we obviously would have been able to pay for it. i don’t know, just seemed unprofessional to me. Probably won’t ever go back.Update to the owners response: put up a sign if you don’t want a water bottle with a cap on it. k? am i a lady with a coffee? no. talk to your employees about being racist and watching our every move. thank. will NEVER be shopping here again. and will tell my friends and family how terrible this place is. enjoy your failing business.

This is a place for a true scrapper!!! The inventory was great and updated to the newest items. Kandy was even stocking my stuff when I was there. She had various machines too and cartridges galore. I wish I was close so I could go back and crop. Kandy told me that when a person buys a machine from her she gives them lessons on how to use it. Thats wonderful because so machine machines and no hands on instructions.

Had a great time shopping and visiting with Kyandy. Love her energy and knowledge. This is my third visit and each visit is better. Thanks for a great time!

I had such a fun time at ScrapbooksRUs! The store is a scrapbookers heaven! Beautiful paper everywhere, embellishments galore! Oh I was in heaven! 😍😍 I purchased some items and the owner shipped them to my home so it wouldnt put more weight in my suitcase! If u come to Vegas I would recommend stopping by!

This little shop is a hidden gem! It caters to scrapbookers (hints the name) but I was able to find fun items I could use. Pricing is so much more affordable than Michaels or another high end retail chain. The owner is super knowledgeable and the nicest ever! Definitely recommend!

In Las Vegas visiting again and had to find a scrapbook store. They were great! They had everything I thought I needed and so much more. Think I spent like an hour in there.

Awesome place I stopped in here while I was out in Vegas to buy a few things for my wife an I was really surprised at how much they had in there stock.and the lady working there was so helpful .thank you for helping me find the things I needed for my other half your very much appreciated.

A real hidden gem. I discovered this shop while vacationing. I will definatately make a return visit when next in town. Classes look fun...hope to order kits by mail.

I was there for the grand opening, &&& it was amazing.... Food, prizes, tons of paper, very spacious space totally worth the drive... The worker was very friendly and helpful.. Lots of smiles everywhere.

Love this store! Great selection of paper, embellishments, and supplies. Friendly staff, lovely classroom, easy parking, and tons of samples on display.

They werent open when I needed them most, plus I think she is a bit of a racist.

Attended a card making evening class here. Had a great time with the owner and friends along a selection of cards. The owner explained she runs a card making class once a month, something I will look out for when I book my next trip to Las Vegas 😊

Visiting scrapbookRUs was like in heaven she had everything I wanted and some. The owner was very nice and friendly the whole time I visit. What you wanted she had stickers,embellished,album,cardstock, different pattern paper, stamps. She have it all. I love the set up

The lady there has a clear sign that says here paper is $1.10 per sheet. I asked her twice. She came over to me confirmed it was $1.10 per sheet. I had 18 sheets of paper. When she overheard me say I had a budget of $50. Then suddenly my 18 sheets of paper became $48 dollars and some change. When I pointed out the sign she then said oh no this type of paper is $2.49 a sheet. She doesn’t give you a paper receipt. Such a scammer!

I went to start a scrapbook, not expecting any assistance. She was soooooo helpful! She was super patient as she helped me plan each page of my book. I will be back often. I look forward to going to a class as well!

Ive heard nothing but positive reviews! Im an avid scrapbooker, along with having an addiction to Planners, TNs, Washi & Stickers! I cant wait, to visit this lovely store! Theres not many, in Las Vegas. So I hope you stay here forever lol. Im extremely excited, I found you and cant wait to visit!

Now this was a SCRAPBOOK STORE! They had tons of scrapbook paper, stickers, dies and huge travel section. I was looking for Vegas stuff and Dog stuff for my wife and they had soo much. She even matched the cardstock for me cause I had no idea. Plus my Lyft was only like $9 to get here from my hotel.

The classes dont appear to be very current for the ever changing paper crafting industry.. Very unusual.

Kyandy the owner is so friendly and helpful. Her brand new store front is great with tons of selection-stuff I have never seen anywhere else. She has tons of space to crop and she has monthly movie nights and bingo nights where it is a fullCrop with prizes and fun. If you are in Vegas, you have to stop by Kyandyland Scrapbooks on the corner of Sahara & Nellis.

This store had a wide range of scrap supplies, particularly scrapbooking paper of Any theme imaginable. It also had scrapbooks , accessories, and other paper craft supplies. Only down side was that it was a bit pricey.

Very friendly owner. Guided a newbie like me from beginning to end.Will be back!!!
