I used services of this company for my sister’s house. The customer service is super, really helpful and knowledgeable guys!! We were more than happy with the flooring work they did for us. Just give them order, they will come and do miracle. You will be there just to enjoy!!!

Came into the store yesterday and was greeted by the receptionist who was very helpful. I was looking for a remnant. 2 other employees showed me what they had and it was wonderful. They went out of their way to fold the rug so it would fit in my car. how refreshing to have young people so helpful, courteous and professional. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

The crew they sent out were fast and courteous. My flooring was scheduled 1 week out from purchase and everything was on time. Thank you Best Buy!

If I could give them a 0 I would! DO NOT USE BEST BUY FOOORING!!This company is the WORST flooring company ever! Do not get your floors done by them.We went to them prior to having a baby in order to change our carpets to laminate flooring. At first they seemed great, we worked out a deal and set a date to start. Then the start date came around and they showed up late. we were told 3-5 days to complete the job. It took a week and a half, the installer was late every single day and left a bunch of times during the day leaving a worker who couldnt speak English and was inexperienced so hardly anything would get done when he was gone. When we did the initial walk through they said they could reuse our baseboards no problem. When the installers arrived they said no way we could reuse them - well we didnt budget for new baseboards so they had to make it work. they did a terrible job on them, breaking a bunch of them, caulking looks terrible, etc.Then the installer didnt have the T molds and it took 2 months before we got those installed!Then the stair noses they brought didnt match the floor planks. Our stairs were already ripped up cut down and nails exposed. We made them cover it in carpet which yes they did after pushing them for a solution.It took them 3 MONTHS to finally get new ones from the manufacturer!!!! WE had to follow up constantly for updates and push them for answers-and rarely got answers! Their customer service is absolutely horrible! They didnt communicate delays with us, installers were terrible and unprofessional,their office staff are rude and the quality of work is half par at best.Once we finally got our stairs done it was a month past when we were told the new stair noses were to arrive in town, my baby was already born and had to deal with dust and noise with her in the house.And on top of this all, this was happening during Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays when we had family in town.When time came to pay the balance until a discount was discussed, they offered a 0.016% discount - that is insulting!

I have used different products like tile, laminate, hardwood and carpet in my new home. Everyone was more than satisfied. I personally would like to thank the owner who is terrific person with friendly manners and great help.

We recently had to refinish all the maple wood floors in our house. They did the floors in two days at a good price. The floors look wonderful. A great experience for us, I highly recommend this company.

Its NOT BEST BUY FLOORING. ITS Worst kind of flooring. Ask them How come they advertise for $3.99 PSF but you end up paying $10 PSFPs: they dont have 6 locations, check it out yourself

Nice collection of flooring products, good specials for some products, reasonable price and lovely team. The company installed hardwood for me. In comparison what was done by another company before IT WAS JUST UNBELEIVABLE. That was the perfect work done.

SERIOUS WARNING: Do not do business with this company!!! Deceptive business practice! If you want to be overcharged for materials and installation, coerced to pay more after work is done and be threatened to put a LIEN on your house…..then your choice.Last November, we agreed on Best Buy Flooring to replace our whole floor and the kitchen countertop. However, we discovered that the company charged us 53 sq. foot granite and installation for a 35 sq. foot kitchen countertop. The manager could not give explanation and won’t adjust the price. So we decided to just proceed with the flooring which cost $14,509.83. They already made us pay $14,100 even before work started. Then when flooring was done, they coerced us to pay $2,200 more instead of $405 balance. No documentation that says price would change. When I challenged them, they threatened me with a notice to put a lien on my house.I have reported Best Buy Flooring to Better Business Bureau (BBB), the NV Consumer Affairs and the NV Contractor’s Board for deceptive and fraudulent business practice and use of coercion and intimidation. They should not be allowed to continue doing this to consumers who have spent their hard earned money on their house. They would cause anguish, anxiety, headache and more money.You have been seriously warned! If you have the same experience, please contact me for possible class action so they can be stopped!

This place so shady . Purchase flooring after waiting hrs flooring mismark after we personal loaded a haul and wanted us to come back another day to load new flooring . Finally they gave in to deliver to our house. Than supposed refund me $1,250 two wks ago and still asking for receipt and call almost everyday and still not credit on my account .

Do a favor for yourself if you need flooring. Call these guys, meet them. You will experience the real professionalism and superb service.

This is a horrible company to do business with, both the black lady and the Arab guy or nothing but swindlers and scammers stay away from this company if you dont want to deal with drama. Most of these postings seem paid off which Im very sure they got a huge discount on their install for. This is the way this company works stay away!!
