Petro has clean bathrooms!!!However, at the Dunkin Donuts. A worker named Jamie did an AWESOME job at taking orders AND making sandwiches AND making coffees. There was a lady in the back that did NOT come up and help her when DD was getting busy.

At this particular Petro, I do enjoy stopping here when Im going home. They do security later on at night until sometime in the morning. If you feel like your spots been taken in the reserves for the trucks all you have to do is let them know and they will go out and let the person know they need to move.From all the staff from Dunkin Donuts, to the staff at the Iron skillet, and the Petro store staff been excellent with customer service.If you need something for the casino area you must go to the slot host booth. If its anything pertaining to the general store you go to the store and let the manager know what you need.

Don’t get a tire fixed here! I arrived at 0645. They they would have techs here at 0800. No problem. I was the first one waiting here. It’s currently 1008 and they’re just not putting the wheel back on. No lug nuts on yet. I should have gone to the loves up the road. They’re cutting into my driving time right now. I think they’re training a new tire changer. I dismount all my own tractor tires at home. I’m not a mechanic! I could have changed all 8 of my drive tires in this time it has taken them to change one outside trailer tire on my trailer! If you can go somewhere else! Train the new guys on someone else’s time! Besides these guys are all supposedly ASE certified according to all of the certificates in the office! Finally done after being here for 3 hours and 48 minutes! Ridiculous

I stop here for my fuel early Sunday mornings and Gene is so nice and friendly. I really like this Petro, clean and well kept. Thank you so much!

Truck Stop Was Very Clean, The Shower’s Was Spotless ,Staff Was Very Friendly And Helpful

Friendly staff. Security guard was nice. Showers were clean and waitresses at Iron Skillet (Adrianna and Rosa) were great. Women’s restroom was clean. Roxy, the night manager was also awesome!

Not just your typical Petro, its definitely one of the best on the west cost. The staff is extremely helpful, good clean restrooms and showers. The restaurants are staffed with good hearted people. Look forward to our next run out here qnd enjoy the qaint little athomosphere

The procedure they use making pizza needs to be followed to the second. If opening the door to check on it or pulling it out just 5 Seconds early just to get it out that much quicker will ruin the process of cooking it and you get a doughy slice of pizza. Its better if its 10 seconds overcooked than 5 Seconds undercooked! And for the this I give it 4 stars ¿`_

The way all stopping centers should be run. The sounds from the AFB and racetrack certainly add to the ambiance. Thanks for the friendly service.

As always TA takes all day to do anything! Then the shop attendant wants to argue about what I asked from them! 90% of Ta’s are a joke! Unfortunately we don’t have a lot of choices on the road! Not to mention they mopping around unhappy about their job! Go do something else if hate what you’re doing! Miserable people and they wonder why people get frustrated with them!

Great place only concern is the parking from the blind spot. If anyone in charge of this place can park a truck like that from first shot, you have my respect, but Im pretty sure we all struggle a bit. Simple solution just to draw the lines again .

We pulled in here to grab a quart of oil as we pulled in it became evident that we had a flat tire on our big ole Dodge pickup! No big deal we were in the right place, Hubby with me and able to change a tire! Well Jack didnt work well and long story short...2 gentleman that work maintenance there helped us with everything we needed! Two appropriate sized Jacks, blocks and muscle! They didnt leave us until everything was changed, loaded and completely done! A huge shout out to these guys and their kindness!

Shop Service is no good waited 8 hours to put a tire back on the bead.Sure it was because it wasnt enough money for them.

Pretty far from the strip, the Wi-Fi is not so great. And of course the restaurant does a decent job of taking care of the customers. Of course for the parking you need to get in early, unless you plan on being out in the South 40. Late night showers are probably your best bet, anything past 12 a.m.

Spotless! Immaculate! I came in super late on saturday night. The two cashiers were cleaning and stocking. The young men overseeing the casino part was mopping the floor and cleaning also. Everyone was friendly and willing to assist.

So after sitting here for 3 hrs waiting for a pm they tell me they dont have the filters and their grease gun doesnt work. I asked if they had a new shop manager and they laughed and said yes. I guess this shop is now useless.

Bad service me while waiting to order sitting at a booth. Prices are just okay here, and unfortunately the person who who took my food order was a bit sick. Other than that, a pretty decent place with a surprisingly large amount of facilities, from clean bathrooms to washing machines and a movie theater.

I have a special reason why I really really really think that this petrol station is great!I accidentally left my phone case with all of my credit cards and and ids, including my military retiree ID and my drivers license, in the restroom! I was about a hundred miles away before I realized I left it there. I immediately called them and told them what happened and they informed me that someone had already turned it into them. I told them that would be several hours before I could get back there and they said that it would not be a problem because they can lock it up in the safe for me and the manager thats on duty can get it out for me.As is turned out that is exactly what happened. With all the dishonest people in the world I was lucky to have an unknown customer that was honest find my things and give them to some very honest employees.An old Navy saying, Bravo Zulu, which means good job or job well done, would be sent in message traffic that every ship and command in the operational area could see. This was done so that a command, ship, unit or marine or sailor would be recognized for the particular job that they did well. I cant send out a message to the Navy anymore so I will send out a great review on Google to the employees and the unknown customer at this petrol station.Bravo Zulu out to the unknown customer and great employees at this petrol station!

Great spot to stay the night. I Felt safer here than I did when I was trying to find an overnight truck stop. Plenty of parking spaces. The facilities are very clean. Nice staff. I do recommend

Trucking with my honey😄We stayed the night. I went in to use the facilities I also went back later for breakfast I had gravy n biscuits n French toast. I liked the French toast best. But the gravy n biscuits were good as well. Oh and a large Colombian coffee. Only thing is that the trucks come flying through like bats out of hell...always have to be on alert. No matter what time it is.

Be very careful at repair shop we talked and agreed on Bridgestone tires they start putting some chip tires on when I told them they were saying no we don’t even have Bridgestones and try to charge me for labor and and stuff manager and the women at the desk scammers

Got my brakes checked at the shop. Had to wait 2½ hours for the service. The mechanic looked at them for one minute and said they were fine. Charged $67. Brakes still dont work. Both the mechanic and the lady at the desk were testy. Dont get your truck fixed here!

Im a truck driver I work the 11 Western State and I stop here every time I have a chance I Love the food here prices are okay food is top of the line very nice personal place very clean. Bottom line good place to take a rest and have something to eat here..

The service department is rude and doesnt care about costumers. I was here at 6 and they pulled me in at 8 it took them 4 hours to change the oil and another 2 hours to finalize the paperwork. I had a pick up at 12 and the lady at the desk went out of her way to slow me down. It was like an act of revenge for the annoyance. These people dont give a damn about truckers.

I love stopping here. Erica is amazing. Sweet, fast, accurate and funny. I always leave here smiling. Great customer service from all staff. And great personalities.

We stopped here for a potty break and gas.The entrance was inconvenient. Once we found it it took a bit of an effort to get to the gas pumps. There we found the conveniently located entrance.The fuel island was clean and fuel was a good price.The bathrooms were also clean.There seemed to be plenty of staff to help if we needed it.We recommend this place.

This was my first time there at the Petro I had no problem there what so ever. I had some tires put on there at the shop and Misty at the desk was very nice to me and thats what i call customer service. Ill be back there again. Thank you very much.

The buffets at the iron skillet are always fresh. And have lots of foods to choose from. Cleanest restrooms , friendliest staff. And the snacks and truck and auto needs at the best prices. Best truck stops travel centers to visit.

Its a pretty good Petro, but definitely could use a bigger paring lot for trucks. Nice people inside. I must have caught them on a bad day though. They didnt have any washer fluid on the shelves, just deicer fluid. Its 98° outside. She said they were or and would probably get some in today when the truck ran. My only complaint, which is not major.

Very disappointing...it has really gone down hill. Seems manager of this location really doesnt care.Only has 4 washing machines,2 broke,dirty laundry room.And why do truck stops rip you off,seriously,$3.00 to do a load of laundry and the stupid machines dont even fill enough to cover your clothes. It used to be a spotless Petro,and the food was always great,plenty of it and consistent. Hopefully corporate starts taking notice of some of the reviews and will start listening and make it a nice resting spot for truck drivers to get off the road and relax...maybe they should change some of their reward points to include laundry,like a free wash and dryinstead of a free soft drink or coffee.

Im a lube and tire tech here at petro/TA in north las Vegas location

As of this morning of 03/10/20 there is no running water on this property due to repairs needed. This is a serious health problem at this time of high virus outbreak. This business should be closed until repairs are needed. There are going to be a lot of angry customers that need to use the toilets, and showers in a few hours. This is very bad for cleanliness minded individuals.

This is one of the best Petros in the country . Whoever the cook in the iron skillet . Thats over preparing the buffet Puts nothing but love in the food .

I tried to get my a/c worked on here. They told me three hour wait. They called me at 2 1/2 hours and said the Mechanic was was going home. The next day they told me I was at the end of the que because natasha* lied and said I refused service that they couldn’t give me. The shop manger told me I was SOL when I asked why I was at the back of the line. Go to a place that has real mechanics not high school drop out parts changers.

This is nice truck stop. It is just out of town. It is next to Las Vegas motor speedway. It has all the amenities of your usual truck stop. It is convenient off the freeway. The staff was friendly and helpful. Gas prices were competitive with the area. I would stop here again in the future.

Spent the ENTIRE Day here! watching the planes stop & go, the big rigs wheeling in, & NASCAR drivers doing wheelies, spinning circles, & all the friendly purple peeple eaters just having fun---enjoying the weekend...

Good deli. Has a lot off side back in parking so if that not your cup of tea try somewhere else.

Large store. Lots of products to shop from. Good for a quick visit. Clean store and bathrooms. Helpful and friendly staff.

Big parking lot, building is well maintained, showers are clean nice restaurants and c store, cell signal atleast on Verizon isnt real strong but does work, there is a movie theater for driver and a laundry room inside. The only draw back to this petro is the fighter jets from the military base are loud so if your a daytime lite sleeper you probably wont want to stay here otherwise your good to go. The nascar speedway and another race track is right next door so if your a racing fan the make sure your there at the right time.

Restaurant is back up and running. Parking is all over the place. Some are easy some are hard to get into.

For a travel center/truckstop its actually really good. The service is prompt and always courteous, one of the few places that pick up your plates and catch a refill when you need it. I quit posting 5 Stars when I got sucked into a couple shady motel stays and the motel owner was the one posting the ratings. So folks, beware of 5 star ratings on these sites. I would certainly give this a 4.5 experience though.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I was literally having dinner at the iron skillet and I seen a roach next to. It went to hide in the window.. I will not be eating here again.. I did not finish my food. This happened just now.

Worst shower ever not a drop of warm water to be had. So I was frozen by the time I got done. Then sat down in the restaurant where it was freezing. So of course maybe a hot meal would warm me up, but that was not the case either!! Food was look warm and just thrown on the plate. Disappointing to say the least!! At least Im in my truck now where I can get under the covers and try to get warm!!

Someone stole my wallet this morning right under a security camera. Think I can get help? No. General manager is gone until Tuesday and apparently, no one else can access the security tapes. North Vegas police dont respond to calls like this, I have to file a report online. Thanks Vegas. No license, no fuel card, $120. gone, and no one looking.

Nothing special here just a gas station with a restaurant and buffet.Basically its a truck stop.The big trucks park in the back so you dont even know theyre there.LVPD Motorcycle cops were there celebrating the end of their training.The woman cop is their trainer and commander.Nice lady.I was told that the Ladies of the Evening usually hang out there but they were scarce because of all the LVPD.😄😄😄😄😄😄😄The buffet looked like it had too many items I couldnt identify so I had the fish and chips.Bad idea.The batter fried fish was SUPER crunchy, hard as rock, and dry.Our waitress was very sweet but once she brought our food we didnt see her again until we were done eating.😲😲😲😲😲We literally didnt even see her waiting on anyone else nor did she wait on us.Bad day?Maybe.

I gotta shout out to the deli by the fuel isle, they usually have good food and the dude that serves is pretty cool. The service bay I think their staff are way too laid back to the point of complacency, How easily people become full of themselves and lose site of customer service.

The restaurant has been completely redone. The buffet is more accessible and the food was fresh. They are open from 6 AM to 11PM. They are no longer open 24 hours.

Waitress got my order wrong, but she did oppologize, then got chased off for parking wrong.... Parking was my doing... tired and logged off, But wasnt hurting anything, think it was more the security guards ego... But will comply. Otherwise I wont say it was bad.

My favorite truck stop in Las Vegas. It is on the north side of town across from the race track and away from the strip. Plenty of parking. Clean facilities with a well stocked convenience store and a decent restaurant.

Dont get me wrong, this Petro is still a good place to come to. But the Black Bear Diner does have great food but overall too expensive for a truck stop and or driver. I try to get a little further down the road.

Needed a shower after a long day of driving and dealing with some disgusting stuff. When I told the guy at the register I needed a shower he told me there was a wait for the showers. I told him I would wait but he refused to sell me a shower and told me to wait a few minutes then come back. I decided to sit on the bench outside the showers. A few seconds after sitting down I watched a guy that was in line behind me walk into the showers with a receipt. He even double checked on the screen which shower. Not cool or fair.
