One of my favorite stops in Las Vegas . Evan is amazing to work with. He is professional and very knowledgeable about the frames and lens. They are always the perfect fit and he has great ideas with tints for lenses . I always need prescriptions in my sunglasses and he goes above and beyond to help me find the right glasses . I am very particular about my glasses--both the lenses and frames. To be honest, the whole process of getting new glasses causes me much anxiety. Evan the optician took the time to look up my previous order to ensure the positioning of my progressive lenses was consistent and met my expectations. I had a few concerns about the fit of the frame, as well as an issue initially with the prescription, and Evan worked with me to help resolve all those concerns. I am very happy with the glasses, both the fit and how well the progressive lenses suit my eyes. This was my first pair of glasses from this location and my first interaction with Evan and based on the quality of the glasses and Evans professionalism, I plan on returning for my next pair.

Stopped in too get a pair of extra nose pieces for my Lindberg Frames n they charged me $20 for the pair.Felt like I was held up a gun point. My old Dr retired who used to have these frames. Thought about buying another pair of glasses, but not from them at least at Fashion Show. Here two weeks n store wasn’t busy, gurl on register n one person walking around and was just about ignored. Las Vegas local for 50 yrs.

I am incredibly impressed with the customer service and absolutely love my glasses. Evan was amazing throughout the process.

During an exhibition in Las Vegas one of the arms on my glasses broke off. The optician at Optica at Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas, fixed them right on the spot in no time and did not even want to charge for this. Thank you, excellent work and service.

The first question I asked when I entered the store - before I even viewed frames - was what was the turnover time for prescription sunglasses? The first answer was wrong and they called saying there was a day delay due to the holiday. No worries - I understood. When I was to pick up, the glasses did not arrive and prior to, no one bothered to call me to let me know. Terrible service for the premium prices they charge. I hope they revisit their procedures and fix the problem. I didn’t go there to pay almost $900 for sunglasses and get Walmart service.

Used to be a great place, key word being used to. Changed ownership recently in 2018. I guess new owners are okay with false statements and horrible service in both of their stores in Venetian. Called and placed pair of sun glasses Cazals, was told $425. Drove to Vegas from LA for Christmas. Stayed at Venetian, called to confirm and proceeded with the purchase. The general manager came out and stated that they can’t honor the $425 price instead $525, and this was Christmas Day 25 th.Mr. Robert Bentley was his name. These people don’t even appreciate their true customers, who’ve bought two pair of Chrome Herts and two pair of Ogani with 18k gold. Together over 9k. Won’t be long till they close shop.

I broke my glasses. Josette at the Optika MGM called around for me and found an Optician at Fashion Show.Evan fixed them on the spot in 10 mins, plus straightened and cleaned the frames. They have a great collection of nice frames, , saw some nice Maui Jims. Will be back

They hooked me up with my dita glasses..one screw was broken.and they replaced it and fixed it free of charge..Ive bought 2 dita frames here and a cazal pair..Ill be back

These are scammers! They billed me for frames and lenses. Then the frames arrived, they refused to cut the lenses. I had to open a dispute with my card company and reverse the charge.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! YOU WILL LOSE TIME AND MONEY .Don’t go there !! .......
