Stopped by for morning coffee and doughnuts at 630 am. Out of almost all doughnuts and the clerk did not know how to make coffee. Its 630 am thats kinda what doughnuts and coffee are for. Location is great and open 24 hours but man do they needs some training on how to make coffee or bring in the day shift earlier.

For an early morning donut run, the donuts and coffee were great. The customer service...? UGH! I wasnt even sure the cashier worked there at first because he walked past us (rapping the lyrics to a trash song) and didnt bother to acknowledge our presence. After taking a break from his sad attempt to mimic the rapper he was listening to, he took our order then went back to his music. The experience was very unprofessional.

I always buy my donuts from Krispy Kreme and I love their amazing range of donuts. Their donuts are exactly how I need them to be : crispy from outside and soft in the inside. I will keep eating their donuts forever !!!

We dont get Donuts as often as when we lived in Ca. The Problem is Finding Good Donut Shops! So Far after #9 Yrs. of living in NV. Krispy Kreme are 100% the Best! Always Fresh, they are Always Completely Coated with Glaze, a Big Problem for Many Others! Your Choices are Great and the Fillings are Always Delicious! The Closest 2nd, for Us has been the Winchells Donuts off of S. Cimarron Rd.! Our Dr. is in the same Parking lot, along with BAR & the Soda Shop. 👍

I got a creamed fill it was so hard I could break a window with it. The worst Krispy Kreme I have ever been to.

Wanted them fresh off the belt I drove all the way to the busy strip and had to find parking. Only to park in the back and walk to the front.... To find out they not fresh from the belt. Thats that hurt.

Wow. You talk about a great doughnut. This place is the bomb. The only problem I had with Krispy Kreme is the drive thru line. It is too much like In and Out Burgers. But on the plus side of this tells you that the place must be good if the line is crazily long. The service is amazing too. They are always smiling and so friendly. I definitely recommend here.

The donuts was very good and soft to me. People should try this restaurant. It was good to eat here everyday.

Omg!!! We dont have these in MN.. so this was a MUST!!The line went fast... and the ladies are friendly !!! They had been out of a couple I wanted to try, but thats okay! It was amazing!In the end, I still got to enjoy the amazingness of a Krispy Kreme! And put myself into a sugar coma....

Worst customer service ever. The gentleman didnt even have his mask worn properly. The coffee was disgusting. I think it was old. He looked like he needed to go back to bed. The counter tops for stiring coffee were sooo dirty Im embarrassed for this establishment. Btw its 6.30am

This resort was very nice! Super pretty inside and the staff were very friendly. The pool looked amazing but its closed during October. The rooms are nice but the doors slam really loud so you can be woken up by them during the night. There is a really good buffet as well inside and all you can eat sushi that was yummy! I would definitely stay here again.

I asked if the house coffee was light, medium, or dark roast and they had no idea. As she was taking the order she mixed up the order and we corrected her at least 5 times. Caramel mocha and a house coffee. She tried to put whip cream on my house coffee. They have no idea what they are doing, I am surprised they havent burned the whole building down yet. The lady mutters complaints under her breath it was a simple oder, no special requests. The guy is definitely on drugs.

Every time I come here, I always have the most nice helpful drive thru service. Even when I show up when they are about to close. Good people working at this location!

Im from northern Arizona and no Kripsy Kreme close by, so having one close by during our family vacation was a dream come true. We have gone in the evenings, twice so far, and the service was stellar! The woman who works answered our questions and laughed at our jokes. Shes amazing! Will definitely return and edit post with her name. But service is amazing and so are the donuts!

Be careful, they’re open 24 hours but they do stop making donuts late at night and when they’re gone, they’re gone until the next morning.

Rude people working here. Stopped by for coffee and donuts. Employee didnt want to even make coffee and told us what you see is what you get.

It is a shame that in the middle of such a fun hotel and while being in a city like Las Vegas that this location had such rude service. Tried to order food there on the evening of Nov 25th. The cashier was wearing earphones and working at the back of the store. Maybe listening to music or YouTube mattered more to her than her job. She rudely yelled out to me Coming!. When I asked a question about the ingredients of a dipping sauce, she gave me looks like I was some crazy lunatic. I seemed to think that I had a right to know what I was going to be consuming, maybe what it tastes, really any info would have been nice. And you know, if you dont know the answer, there is a better way to express that. I walked away while yelling to her that she has a bad attitude. Sorry Krispy Kreme, but you were not represented well by someone who had zero customer service/people skills.

Went to the location in Circus Circus at about 10pm. Only issue is that they are a 24hr store and were completely out of donuts by 10pm and the next delivery wasnt until 6am the next day.

Lines were too long obviously they must be good

$1.99 for one chocolate glaze sprinkle donut. Kids let me have a bite of theirs. It was super soft, fluffy and fresh. They didnt have a big variety to choose from at the time which was a bummer...I think it was around 5 or 6pm when we went on a Wednesday.There were napkins available and a small seating area (3 tall/high tiny circle tables and 2 tall/high chairs at each table I think) to enjoy them a minute before heading on our way.Lady who helped us when we ordered was pleasant.

So their are 2 ladies and one is helping the other is putting away beverages while the line has like 10 customers waiting

I was looking for some donuts close to the strip I was surprised to find a 24 hr kk 5 mn away we had to enter circus to go find it 😡very disappointed they only had 3 donuts left and they open 24 hrs really 3 donuts.

The hazelnut thing is super bad!!!! It has pieces of ice and is not blended well. I asked for a different one and they gave me the same exact horrible one. I hate it!!! I do not recommend although the donuts were really tiny, but still good a bit.

Went for coffee and doughnuts in the morning. Ordered 28.00 of doughnuts coffee and juice and they wouldnt take a 50.00 bill. In Vegas of all places. So i went to Starbucks where they gladly took my 50.

Absolutely the WORST service ever. Extremely rude, and the coffee they served was old and cold. Politely asked for a fresh cup and she not only refused, she was LOUD and RUDE.

Nice treat option for a hotel vendor. Can get crowded. Recommended it early. Doughnuts were a bit past fresh by early afternoon.

It can be super busy here, and possibly understaffed at times. Love the donuts, obvi.

One employee working with a line of 10 people, ordered 2 dozen glazed donuts menu says 21.99, was charged 24.00. when I questioned it lady got rude. I picked up my doughnuts and she did not close the boxes correctly I am most lost a dozen, THEN SHE DECIDED TO OFFER ME A BAG. rude and terrible customer service.

Amazing ladies at this place but sadly last time at a casino krispy kreme as its nearly $10 for three doughnuts ando coffee....

Went early in the morning, around 6 am, no one was at front and another client had to go in and knock on the door for someone to come out and when she did it was with an attitude and service was horrible. This place as a great location is so bad that it has so terrible service.

Donuts of subpar quality. Gross sticky slimy frosting. Coffee that tastes like it was filtered through charcoal briquettes.

Other donut places like dunken donuts there donuts are hard and crusty well for my experience with it thats true but krispy kreme filling is so sweet and fluffy
