LOVE this location! Happy to find it closer to home, but Ill still travel into Henderson for their other location.This ones located on the ground floor of a downtown office building. Theres indoor and outdoor seating. Coffee is good, light breakfast items (that Ive had) are tasty and the atmosphere in here is calming. This would be my escape from a hectic and yucky world every day if i were in this building. Definitely a nice, 5* stop.Just know if youre driving down here youll need to pay to park.

Low key, understated Harry Potter vibe. The motif in this particular location I reminiscent of Ravenclaw. Tastefully done and tasty concoctions for reasonable prices!

Excellent Pour Overs and friendly staff.Located in the lobby it’s a great downtown location for yummy coffee.Tried the Radiant Rhino with cream and loved it.

Dont let the exterior of the building keep you away! The cafe itself is super cool with some nice artwork and good vibes. The coffee itself is astounding. We wished we could have brought back more after our recent trip to Vegas.

This is one of those places that doesnt even offer coffee. ONLY espresso drinks. And when I ordered coffee they didnt tell me that until I got handed an Americano that I didnt want and didnt taste good.

Awesome atmosphere and place!! I had the dancing driad v60 pour over, it was delicious. Pictured here is the Kyoto cold brew process. I recommend the second breakfast latte.

The coffee is good, but I waited 25 minutes for my first drink and an additional 15 minutes for my second drink (after going back up to the counter to ask) even though I ordered them at the same time. If you can, I’d order in advance and specify your pick up time.

Excellent cup of coffee. Food was great too. The ladies there were very kind, you can tell they really care. Gave me the wrong size coffee and I didn’t realize it, one of the baristas came running out onto the street to give me the correct size. The place was quiet and clean, I was able to get some work done one day. All in all well worth the walk from Fremont St

The employees were absolutely sweethearts, if you like stronger coffee this is great. I was just little disappointed that there werent more themed things in the coffee shop.

Im so happy Bad Owl now has a coffee shop here in downtown Vegas located in the Bank of America building. There used to be a Starbucks here before they moved out last year. This shop is brand new. I went last week for the first time after going to Bank of America for some banking. Their espresso machine is out of this world. I had to take a picture of it. I got a double espresso and it was so hot and tasty. The staff was really nice and the place was super clean. I look forward to coming back. Thanks so much and Happy Holidays! Michael

I wanted to love it but the coffee was not good and it definitely lacks the fun vibe the other locations have. Service was great, everything else not so much.

Bad Owl Coffee Roasters is in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas! This location is really warm, inviting and the kind service greets you as soon as you walk in. I get a craving for vanilla ice coffee with cream and this establishment always comes through with high quality coffee! I took a team members advice and paired this coffee with a huge blueberry muffin and wow! Perfect start to the day! I love the fact there is a bike share station just steps from this location!

Gross sandwich, great coffee.The meat in my chicken caprese was cheap, nasty tasting dark meat. The roasted tomatoes were hard and oddly chewy? Like they werent even good anymore.The whole thing left an awful taste in my mouth. Could not finish it. I eat chicken caprese sandwiches all the time, multiple times a week, from several different restaurants, and this cheap, overpriced sandwich is the very first one I have not been able to stomach. I paid $10 just for this sandwich that went uneaten.

Very nice quiet place to enjoy a cup of joe. Friendly service, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something different. I just wish they were open on the weekends. Maybe reservation only on weekends? Just a suggestion.

This coffee shop is very cozy and has a library. Employees are very polite and nice.

They have an eithiopian blend there that smells like strawberries that is just wonderful for the aroma. Some of their washed blends have soooo much flavor. Also, they will grind the beans for you if you want.
