They fixed my iPhone X broken glass and lcd, and it was faster and cheaper than going thru my insurance plan. I was in and out within 20min, customer service was great and they have a nice little area you can sit and work from your laptop while they fixing your phone, the owner gave me a free wifi access as well.

IphoneX screen was cracked in November. I took it in for fixing. It took more than 3 hours. They even took my phone out of the facility to “fix it” which I wasn’t thrilled about. About a week later my battery started dying extremely fast. I also noticed missing screws at the bottom of my phone. Which if you read in another review they were too (but this company stated “maybe you were missing them before you came in”). Then a few weeks after that I noticed discoloring in the screen and my phone not working properly. I couldn’t type without the screen freaking out on me. Now, my screen is cracked again, can barely use my phone without it going crazy on the screen, battery barely lasts, etc. I HIGHLY recommend spending more money for a screen replacement that will last you longer than a few weeks. While it was cheap, it definitely isn’t worth the hassle in the end. Don’t be drawn in by fake reviews ♥️

He fixed my cracked screen within a matter of minutes and when I came back because of an issue I had with my camera he fixed that on the spot as well! They were really helpful with fixing my phone. In total it costed 60$ plus the gorilla glue case which was an extra 10$ overall satisfied.

I got a laptop which had a protective piece on the outside fallen off. It did not affect working of the computer, but I had trouble pushing it back in quickly enough. I took it to this store thinking that it would be super easy for a tech to do. One tech attempted at pushing it back in, then another called him on the phone from the back. Then the first one told me he needed to remove the back of the computer so he would need to keep it there for a day. I could not leave it and did not believe this was a complicated situation. I came home, and guess what, I found out how it should be aligned and clicked it back nicely, from one end, then the other, then in the middle!

I dropped my husbands phone on the kitchen floor, and the screen cracked the other night. We had a road trip the next day, and didnt want him to have to put up with it and think of my clumsiness for very long, so I looked up phone repair places that I could get it quickly fixed at the next morning. We went to Fix Zone (sign on the shop says iPhone repair or something generic), and Robert quoted me $80 for an iPhone 6 and told me itd be done in 25 minutes. We picked up some Starbucks up the road, went back, and it was ready in probably less time than he quoted!Robert had picked up a call, so another guy Ari handed me my phone back. He mentioned that the screen protectors (he had it in his hand ready to put on the phone) were half off. I told him I didnt have any more cash (cash only that day). Then he said if I wrote a review, hed give me the protector for free.Its been a day since the repair, and so far so good. Looks good as new. Would definitely return and do recommend these guys.
