I chose FCI because of their 5-star rating and excellent reviews. My experience was quite different from everyone else.Travis was great during the flooring selection process. However, he said he would come by after the work was done. The job was completed 3 days ago, and I still haven’t heard from him.The installers were on time for our appointment and did a great job installing my vinyl planks. My floors look great. BUT-They left a huge mess- a) Every surface of my home was covered with white dust. B) There was old flooring debris all over my courtyard, back patio and in my master bath shower. C) They splattered sealant on several areas of my walls and baseboards. D) They left empty soda cans on the counter. e) There is a sticky glob of an unknown substance on my patio chair cushion.When they moved the refrigerator, they left it unplugged and didn’t tell me. This could have been a disaster if I didn’t find it hours after they left. They lifted my TV stand by the top to move it. The top came loose causing the sides to loosen.When Brad came after the crew had left, I showed him all this and he blew me off. He did clean some of the sealant off the walls and removed the soda cans. It took me about 3 hours to clean the mess and fix the TV stand.I would recommend them, but be prepared to clean up after them.

Excellent Experience with Floor Coverings International. From quote to install was under 2 weeks and our install took 2 days. Guys worked fast and were very friendly. Floors were exactly what we wanted and the transition between our existing tile and new vinyl planks was perfect!! Very happy and will use them again!

I had Brad Brown and Floor Coverings International help my in laws with their new carpet and it turned out lovely. They said that everything went great, friendly staff and a great overall experience being able to see the samples in their home instead of trying to visualize it in a store. Highly recommend!

Floor Coverings International did a great job with our flooring and tile installation. Brandi helped us pick out flooring and tile and Brad made sure the work was completed with the quality promised. The workers were pleasant and respectful. They did an excellent job with the quality and look of the work. They paid attention to the details of the work. There were a couple of scheduling issues creating some delays but the staff and Brad addressed the issues right away and were responsive to our concerns. Great job. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I can’t say enough about Floor Coverings International and Brad Brown‘s team. I called him for a short notice install of baseboards for my sons house and his team responded in a few days and did a fantastic job. Put the finishing touch on the flooring we self installed. Brad‘s team does great quality work on anything related to flooring and I highly recommend them.

Brad and his crew were fantastic! Years ago I had bamboo flooring installed on stairs and upstairs hallway. I decided to have the carpet in the 4 bedrooms replaced with bamboo and it needed to match the hallway flooring. The prior installer said that product was discontinued and so began the search. My search led to Brad and he was able to find a perfect match. It took some time, but he did it! I couldnt be happier with the final outcome. The crew was in and out in 2 days and the left my home spotless. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

Brad and his team did a great job installing about 1,500 sq feet of bamboo Flooring. Great job leveling the concrete base and installed the floor in alternating patterns. They did a great job and the flooring turned out better than expected.

Wendy and Brad did an awesome job guiding us thru the process. Wendy helped us decide the design and best materials to use that will work well with existing tiles and other wood furnishings . Brad really took great efforts in making sure his workers did their work correctly. He did over and beyond to address any issues we had. We are very happy with their work and the decision to finally change flooring from carpets to wood !

Brad and his team did a magnificent job on the flooring for two of my upstairs bathrooms. Daily, after the work was completed, his crew cleaned up and vacuumed, to ensure they left my home as clean as they could while doing flooring. Best experience we’ve ever had with a renovation project. The designer helped us choose the flooring we wanted down to every detail (style, color, materials, durability), and the floor team were very professional in handling our home with care as they removed the old flooring and installed the new flooring. Very streamlined process and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outcome!

We originally went with slightly less priced empire. They were 3 hours late for the install and wife cancelled the job. Travis picked up right away and came over within an hour. Gave us a good quote, and the crew showed up 10 mins early! The install went in the time they said it would, and the owner of the company Brad came and did the last piece of baseboard himself!!The job had literally zero errors and couldn’t have came out any better!

Beautiful outdoor carpeting. It was really well installed after two very competent installers repaired the concrete pad and took away the old carpet. They left the work site completely picked up. On the morning of the installation, the designer and her manager both arrived at our home along with the two installers to make sure the project was set up and completed properly. The designer stopped by the next day to inspect the work and to ask for our feedback on how things went. The attention to details throughout the project was astounding. The communication was more through than we have ever experienced throughout a project. The company treated our small project as if it was the biggest project ever. Super happy. Super impressed.

They just finished my floors and did an absolutely awesome job! I went to multiple floor companies to look at their colors and quotes and only this company have the colors I was looking for at reasonable prices, plus Brad (the owner) came to my house and brought multiple samples. Additionally, the installation was expertly done, and the installers were very professional to work with on this project. We recently had Floor Coverings International replace the flooring in our house. They were able to do all 900 square feet in one day which was very important to me since I work from home and multiple days of installation would have been difficult for me.The vinyl plank flooring that was recommended was very cost effective and looks beautiful.
