It was showing signs of possibly a weak battery but was saying Serv ESC System and 4WD Unavailable on the screen.The manager and another employee came out to see if they could assist. I already felt bad my vehicle was right in front for this extended period of time. All Baja cared about was consumer happiness and extremely great customer service. These two guys came out with a couple jumppacks, they even pulled up a V8 to see if the additional Juice would help get my little SUV going.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU NEED A VEHICLE GO TO BAJA AUTO SALES!!! Its very VERY rare to find this kind of elevated customer service, even though I WAS NOT A CUSTOMER. 5 Stars Baja!!!!Thank you so much everyone!My issue:I sat for about 2 hours waiting for a tow to a dealership and a friend of mine suggested I try the Fob trick, same as when the battery in the Fob is low, you can press the Fob against the side of your steering column (symbol indicated) and the car will recognize the Fob even if the battery is dead. My car fired right up and I drove home safely.I am swapping out my Fobs and replacing batteries asap.

Had financing in hand and a vehicle trade in, was treated like a second class citizen by a salesman looking at a Toyota Tacoma. Asked to run my credit before a test drive stating that he assumed my credit score was low. Anyhow, I got my truck not from this dealership. Very arrogant and condescending salespeople. Stay away, it shows how they would attempt to prey on you. Missed out on a sale! Good job! I immediately walked away not listening to the sleezeball. He obnoxiously recommended I try The Toyota Dealership being obnoxious. Thank you Toyota for my new truck!

Summer in Vegas is harsh n with no A/C in your car, Vegas is horrible. i trade in my car and Marcos Rabino helped me get a gaved me a good amount for it, and gaved that as my down payment. If you are offered a warranty make sure they inform you a couple thousand will be added ontop of your total amount. Other than that it was great.

They didnt let me choose a car. My car completely broke down a couple weeks into having it. (They asked me to give a 5-star review the day I put the payment down) after they take 2 months to fix the car I get it back and the A/C was completely shut off.They didnt let me choose a car after taking my money and they give me a malfunctioning one that doesnt work. Theyre shady dealers. Watch out.

Purchased a vehicle Sunday, engine light came on Monday, called out from work Tuesday and brought it down. The fuel pump is out which they are repairing but when I spoke to management and asked for them to cover a rental they flat refused. Less then 24 hours after selling me a car that had mechanical issues they refuse to cover a rental. Bring your own mechanic if you intend to purchase from Baja they do nothing to take care of their customers

Anybody that knows me knows I hate using my credit for anything and my credit is terrible. But these guys here at Baja were the only people in Las Vegas that helped me get mobile again! They are awesome! They advocated with the bank and got me in a very nice car with payments that I was comfortable with and also helped me get some good insurance for the car! I would never recommend Baja Motors to anyone. I made an appointment to see a car, the salesperson I spoke to Jose, knew I was on my way. When I arrived everyone said they knew nothing about my appointment and that Jose was out to lunch. I walked the lot killing time until Jose returned. To make a long story short, the car I was there to see, they sold while I was walking the lot. They deceived me, they knew the car was being sold while I was there. They were eager to make a buck and dont care about the customer.

Never even made it in the door. From their website I inquired about a couple of trucks. Filled out the information under the “get price now”, was contacted with a consistent runaround but still no price. Very straightforward question, since the dealership does not list their prices. Won’t be recommending them to anyone.

I have to give them 1 star. While the sales experience itself was pleasant, they lied about the condition of the vehicle I was buying. They also forced me to sign a non promise agreement, basically stating I wasnt promised anything, which I was. The vehicle cant even run properly over the life of the payments.Furthermore, they have the audacity to close down during the pandemic and charge a convenience fee that they would not waver. The ONLY reason theyre even getting 1 star is because they worked with me on monthly price. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS BUSINESS OR ANY BUSINESS NAMED BAJA AUTO SALES.

I appreciate that baja got my husband and I in a car, but who refinances a car with only a spare key and no key fob? That is rediculous. Also, never pay cash when paying your bills. They never keep record of cash so if you happen to misplace a receipt they wont be able to look it up. This is 2020 what system can only look up so much info? That rediculous.

Customer service was great! Oh but the car I pulled off the lot with in January (less than 3 months ago) gave me so much problems within a month! Come to find out one of my spark plugs weren’t changed, my electrical dashboard showed so many problems with the car! I only drive from home to work and to get groceries. I never driven out of town or put excessive mileage on the car so it shouldn’t not be giving me all of these problems.
