Called for the first time today. Had a legitimate need for repair of something. Guy answers phone talking to someone else, I say hello...immediately tells me Im very busy sir so what do you need I just said forget it. As a business owner myself this was pathetic and rude. Nothing worse than a business that views your calling as a nuisance before even speaking to you.

This place is the worst! Take your money elsewhere. They are incompetent and rude! Worst customer service ever.

Wonderful experience!! The staff is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They had my phone fixed in a matter of minutes. I was even contacted by the owner himself!! During our conversation I mentioned I was trying to start a business, he stopped what he was doing to help me get my business license, my EIN and register my business’s name. I have an older 60 inch, rear projection tv, which stopped working for me!
