Promised the world and delivered an epic disappointment!I should start by saying I have never written a bad review for a company, but couldn’t stand myself if I didn’t warn consumers from having to go through the same frustration my husband and I have experienced with Primo Kitchen Cabinet and Stone Gallery (Primo Disappointment!) This is one of the most flagrant businesses out there that explicitly seduce customers with promises and fake charm, integrity, and the ability to get the job done right.We were out of our home for 8 weeks to make it easy for them to finish the job and we were promised it would be done by the time we got back. We hired Primo to do our whole house flooring, interior painting, a complete remodel of our kitchen, and some work in the master bathroom. However, when we returned home after the 8 weeks we came back to an unfinished home, less than half of the job completed. We had to live in the home another 6 weeks with no kitchen, no bathroom counter tops, no running water most the time, the home was full of dust, dirt , and debris that covered walls, ceilings, windows, and a list of damaged items. I could go on for days listing things like a hole in the wall, nonfunctioning cabinets, custom fabric sunshades destroyed by placing them outside in the harsh heat and getting paint splatter on sections of the shades, incorrect items ordered, missing paint on walls, no caulking done to finish most of the trim work, damaged door casings/trim, misleading with the damages they caused (damaging outlets and saying we were responsible for fixing them), electrical that is exposed, unkept promises to do lighting under the kitchen counter, irregular height of counter top off of island, and it goes on…Unfortunately, they still have not taken accountability for the horrible service and work performed. The only compliment I can give Primo Kitchen Cabinet and Stone Gallery is that their initial consultation pitch and interaction of “promising the world” is mastered con-artistry! They provided the absolute worst customer service and communication, not to mention lies and excuse after excuse, on top of contractors that were no shows for days. The work is pretty from a far, but far from good.Precaution on character: the owner Mamad is a silver tongued serpent that promises everything and delivers complete disappointment. And his wife Lana is a part of the scam! Their unethical business practices are despicable — it’s a complete CON! Mamad and Lana came to our home with another customer while in the midst of our extended kitchen renovation (and during the pandemic while we were living in the home) to show them the unfinished work and did not bother to ask permission until they were at my door. He even allowed employees to bring non-workers in my home or had no idea because there was no one supervising the job. I suspect a lot of his contractors are not certified to be performing the work. They even issued a demand payment letter when repairs still have not been completed.I highly recommend you go elsewhere, but if you decide to take your chances and hire this business I strongly suggest you get EVERYTHING IN WRITING, because I can guarantee you they will not do the job right and will scam and cheat you. Lastly, don’t trust the FAKE 5 star reviews, because there is no way it is legit. If I could have given “negative stars” that is where they would rank.

High end quality Cabinetry. The owners and staff are very friendly and courteous and have a vast knowledge in the cabinet industry. Their product line is second to none.
