Elite flooring, with the help of Jonathan, installed new wood floors, a new kitchen quartzite countertop, a backsplash, a new fireplace facia and stone flooring in my house. Jonathan stayed with the project from start to finish. Jonathan, with Manny supervising the tradesmen, did a fantastic job. All the litte details that arose were handled expertly and without fuss. I would highly recommend Jonathan and Elite flooring plus for any and all home remodeling projects.

I have been working on replacing my entire first level with oversized porcelain tile. Elite has finished my guest room, family room, kitchen and dining room. I will have the living room and bath completed next month. Typically, I do not write a review until the job is finished but I felt that I should let people know now about the quality of work. They have done an amazing job! I am extremely picky, especially with a project as big as this. The installers take their time and I could not be happier with the results. I am anxious to see everything when it is finished but so far 5 star for sure. I felt the pricing was good and they offer a huge selection of materials. Thank you Elite for taking the time to make our home beautiful. We absolutely love it.

So I have actually had 2 jobs done by this company/ A flooring job that is still not done as Closets have to be adjusted and I was toldDont do it but I did not listen and now we have the Cabinet Job that became the headache that we now have....So pics are from before during and after. The during and after is what we Still deal with/// during if you pay real close to the pictures that are grey at the bottom have no kickplates ( part at the bottom of cabinets) those actual cabinets have no inside shelves either.... My tile in the corner there needs to be replaced and the wall to the left where demo damaged by the back splash... I am told THEY are Done with Job and now have put a lien on my Home with the attached statement that THEY SWEAR and notorized thatthis job is done...... The reporting of this company has ONLY Begun.... Board of Contracters on Green Valley will be next.... BBB. Yup.... WORST company EVER!!! DO NOT use them for anything! They will waste weeks of your time with people who do not know what they are doing. The sales person Jeff has ZERO idea what hes doing and is lazy. He never came to check to see if the tile matched the existing tile. Instead, they sent the installer over with tiles that arent even close to matching, it wasnt even travertine which is whats on the floor (see pictures). Maybe they thought they can get away with it being that Im the renter and the owner is in Texas, but we did not let them install the incorrect tile. The next week they came back with a better match but not enough tiles (we needed six tiles and he only had five. A good flooring company would always send extra tiles incase something breaks during installation but its apparent they were trying to be a cheap as possible.) So once again, the job CANNOT be done because the installer doesnt have enough. We waited another week for another order of tiles to come from California so there was enough. The third time the installer came, they were 4 hours late, they had only half of the tiles needed and had to go back to get the rest. He comes back and asks us for glue and grout for the tiles. He asked US... the tenants if we had that to complete the job. So the job once again wasnt completed and no tiles are on the floor. You cant get a hold of any management/owner when you call to complain about whats going on. Its a shame that the owner wouldnt want to know exactly whats bringing down their company or maybe its a true sign of the type of people who own this HORRIBLE business.**When you read reviews please notice the ones with 5 stars and make your own judgement on if those are real or just friends and family of the owners.**

We just built a home with American West and Elite Flooring was their preferred vendor for flooring. We loved working with Shawna and our flooring turned out beautiful. We couldnt be more happy. The customer service and product are above average. The showroom is massive. They have so many options of every flooring you could imagine and all the top brands. Shawna was extremely helpful in navigating us through our options and assisting us in making a decision. She was extremely attentive and responded to emails efficiently along every step of the lengthy home-build process. Lastly, and most important. Elites pricing is competitive. We were pleased to see that they could offer us the best deal on our flooring over other vendors in town. Overall, I would highly recommend Elite Flooring.

Back in sept of 2016 i had waterproof flooring put in my entire house. And in sept the planks started to separate. I contacted elite flooring to come out they tried to fix it and was unsuccessful. They had other people come out and look at it. I was told it had to be replaced because they put the wrong padding underneath. They told me they ordered the replacement planks and come to find out they don’t make it anymore because of what was happen to the floor so now I’m told that they have to be replaced and to come pick out different flooring I went to elite flooring plus and picked out samples and brought them home I called them when I picked out what I wanted when I did that hey now told me that they were going to glue the flooring well you cannot do that. So now i keep calling them and have even gone to the store and have waited for the manager Johnathon to return my phone call and has done no such thing. I then have gone into the store and have waited for him to come out in the floor so we can settle this matter he has done no such thing. In my opiniin i would never deal with johnathon he is the worst manager ever. I don’t understand why he can’t return a phone call or come out on the floor. And I have been trying to contact him for almost four years and nothing is getting done. And I still have the samples

Elite Flooring did a great job for us. We built a custom home and they did our tile, carpets and cabinets. What is most important is not what a good job they did when all was right, it’s how quickly they corrected anything that was wrong. They did this whether they ware at fault or, as was generally the case, the GC was at fault. I give them my highest recommendation.

They guys are fantastic. They care about their customers which is more than I can say about most. They have a huge selection of flooring and cabinets. I was in there as they were building a new kitchen display center. I would imagine it’s complete by now and should be a spectacular once complete. Prices are good and selection is great. It was well worth the drive across town for me.

The magic word at Elite Flooring is Charles. The man is amazing. There was an error on my flooring order - the Distributor’s error not his - he met me at the store with an answer to my problem he arranged on his drive to work!!! Charles is customer centric and at the of the day ...just a good person. A very positive experience.

I recently visited this store in search of new flooring for my home. The entire experience from beginning to end was perfect. A very professional job and i would highly recommend them first before anyone else.

We bought 11k of cabinets and a lot of flooring from here. I am so unhappy as kitchen was started over 2 months ago and cabinets are still not finished. The designer never came into my home and has screwed up so many things. Charles in flooring is awesome and Rob who is trying to fix installer and designer screw ups is awesome.

If i could give this company negative stars I would. It took over 15 years for me to convince my parents to redo their flooring in bath/hallway/kitchen. So excited that they were finally going to get done and then....this company screwed it all up. Prior to install day we removed baseboards, moved all furniture, paid a plumber to uninstall toilet. The next day was install day. Or at least thats the way it was supposed to go. After many unreturned calls to her salesperson and to the store it was determined that they had SCREWED up and never put her on the schedule. My mother took the day off of work to wait and wait and wait. We finally ended up driving to the store to deal with them in person. The best they could do was 3 days later and only a paltry 200 discount. Not sufficient. Not acceptable after the lies and atrocious way these people do business. The worst part is when someone is pretending to apologize and you can see on their face that they are not sorry. We cancelled everything with them. I strongly recommend you RUN from this place and their lack of business knowledge, or respect for peoples time and money. Shame on you Elite! To top it off the manager tried to talk to me like a small child. I have worked in the business world for many years and could not believe the way this situation was NOT handled at all. Run as fast as you can from this place.

I bought wonderful tile for my Master Bed and Bath remodel and they gave prompt service and it was the exact tile I wanted at a better price than all other stores in town and I am a price shopper! i just bought another room full of carpet from them also , great !!! Go here!!!

Incredibly dishonest company. We had just bought a house and had only 3 weeks to get settled before my husband and I both started school. We knew that we had to replace the carpet right away. We couldnt even move our clothes and furniture into the parts of the house with carpet because we were getting rashes from it. We started looking around for something affordable and fast. We chose something with Elite Flooring Plus, and because it was coming from another warehouse, we were looking at a week before we could install. We figured we would paint the walls while we waited for our new carpet, and still have plenty of time to unpack before school started. Nope! We waited up until 3 days before school started to get our carpet installed. The excuse? Oh, the truck with our carpet broke down in New Mexico and was stuck there for 6 days. 6 days? Unbelievable. First they told us that the carpet would be moved to a different truck and on its way, only delayed by one day. Then theyre telling us they have no idea where it is or what is happening. We found out it was all a complete lie. The carpet installers told us how the company hands out that excuse to a lot of customers and that it is not true. They suggested that next time we have something like this done, we get a signed completion date. We were very upset about this set back and we are still not moved in all the way, 2 months later, because we havent had time. Time we would have had if our carpet was installed on time. The carpet installers were pretty great, aside from leaving several dents in our freshly painted walls. The company didnt even give us a discount or anything. They simply gave us a free rug, which we didnt even want. Oh, and they hauled away all of our extra carpet without even asking if we wanted it. Save yourself a lot of stress and do not go with this company. It might be more expensive elsewhere, but I wish I went with RCWilley now. They were way more professional and reliable.

Theyre about to be served with papers and be sued.In their job interviews, they ask people unlawful questions and now theyre getting sued for it.The human resources lady is an idiot and has no business in that job title. She acts like a child. The warehouse manager looks like he just got out of prison and if I was a customer I wouldnt do business with them. The manager is a total idiot and talks with a third grade education.This company is just trash. So, if I was a potential customer or job applicant I would stay awat!!!

Purchased luxury vinyl flooring here due to installation cost but it took a year to complete. Numerous different excuses; staffing problems, scheduling conflicts, installers inexperience with this particular product, material backlog. But the lack of urgency on ensuring a timely install was insulting.

Absolutely the worst place in town. Do not return phone calls, even when trying to resolve screw-ups on their part. Originally, purchased cabinets and countertops from a salesman named Brian. When scheduled install date arrived, no one showed up. Called the store and talked to Steve (who will boast of his 20+ years experience), the manager, and he blamed the screw-up on Brian, who he said had quit and left a real mess. After much prodding, cabinets were finally installed, although 1 cabinet was wrong. Steve blamed this on the cabinet company, and said he would have a new one sent to him and get it replaced. After weeks of not hearing anything from Steve (doesnt return calls or texts), I stopped in the store, and surprise surprise, there is Brian sitting at his desk. Not sure now if he really quit, or if this was just one of Steves excuses. This crap has been going on since Feb 16, and project is still not completed as of April 4. Tried to call Steve today on his cell, no answer. Sent him a text, no reply. Called the store, and was told by receptionist that he was in a meeting. My concern now is that this company will be out of business before I can get my project complete.
