Do yourself a favor and eat here! Every drink, small plate, and entree we got was delicious. The skirt steak was especially good! Service was also top-notch. And don’t be afraid to sit on the patio, they have heaters that make it totally comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This place is an 11/10! From service, to location, to value, to taste, this place was phenomenal. Went with a large party, and split an off menu steak with two other people. Everyone at the table had a different cocktail and we all thoroughly loved it. A great place to take a date or party.

Im a person of humble means and this place was waaaay out of my budget but I came for a special occasion. The food here is amazing and the service was impressive. I ordered my steak well done but it came out pink. The server took it back and made sure when he brought it out again that the steak was cooked to my liking. I think I would definitely come back for special occasions!

Echo & Rig is amazing. If you are looking for some relief from the Strip, and you understand great steaks, Echo and Rig is your place. We had a wonderful time. Our waiter was friendly, the steaks were spot on, and the environment is beautiful. It is worth the drive to Echo & Rig. By the way, the name has nothing to do with the food or the ownership. Just ask, they are very knowledgeable about their name.

A truly amazing experience! All of our wait staff were very highly attentive and professional. The food was simply incredible, and while this is a more upscale restaurant, the prices are not too unreasonable. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone, whether for a fancy date night or a special occasion. Loved it.

Everything was absolutely phenomenal, no other way to describe it. Raelynda is an amazing server. The manager was friendly and the food is out of this world! From the bread and butter to the cocktails. They made our birthday celebration so special and we greatly appreciate it! Would recommend to anyone. Worth every penny and so delicious. Love that it’s a chef owned restaurant and that the meat is more ethical!

We’ve eaten here on several occasions and always enjoyed our dinner. Unfortunately last week we had dinner and it was not good. Our steaks were not good at all! We mention this to the manager and he said we use wood to cook our steaks which could be why. I told him well we’ve eaten here on several occasions and always had a steak and never had this issue but this time our steaks had like a burnt flavor to them. He could see by our plates that we only had eaten maybe half of our steaks. His recovery efforts were nonexistent and we will not be back. We ate at Vintner Grill and it was wonderful and yes we had steak and it was perfect!

Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food. We went for brunch and got the smoked salmon plate, prime rib hash, potato pancakes and house breakfast sausage. While it was all good, I have to say the house breakfast sausage is superb. Best breakfast sausage I have had. The restaurant is situated on two floors, the first floor houses the bar and the butcher shop with select cuts of prime meat. A fun idea. The large dining area is located on the second level and has a open galley style kitchen. Plentiful service staff and our food arrived quickly.

If I could give Echo & Rig 10 stars, I would. One of the best steaks Ive ever had (Ribeye medium rare), my girlfriend whos vegan enjoyed the kale salad, brussel sprouts and cauliflower side dishes tremendously. I also had the steak tartare - which was to die for. Service was impeccable, drinks were spot on. Bottom line - if you want a 5 star meal in Vegas, without being overcharged for everything - venture on to Echo & Rig.

We have been wanting to dine at Echo and Rig and there would always be something that comes up and we have had to cancel.Finally, on 9/22, we were able to experience the wonderful ambience, and service of Echo and Rig.Downstairs bar staff were very attentive. Hostess very personable. But we think the greatest gems were LEROY and ARI. Leroy went from table to table as guests were seated and made real conversations not perfunctory hellos. Leroy was very genuine and authentic and really was a great conversationalist!Ari was very knowledgeable about meats and wines and was very gracious throughout the meal.We were celebrating a couple of milestones that night and they thoughtfully gave us their house-concocted caramel topped ice cream. It was the perfect closer to the meal.Authenticity is something that can never be taught and Leroy and Ari definitely have a natural knack for it.We will definitely be back!

I found Echo & Rig through Reddit recommendations when looking for a steakhouse in Vegas during a visit. This was our last dinner in town before leaving and it was the perfect place to end on. What drew me to this place was its cool name and that it was a butcher shop. This place is about 25-30 minutes off the strip, so if you’re visiting and have a car, it’s a great place to go for great steaks at great prices.I started off with the Bone Marrow Carne Asada. This is a great little starter plate to curb some hunger if you came with an empty stomach. It has small chopped pieces of Carne Asada in a large bone, and toasted bread. I do wish there was a little more bone marrow on ours; regardless, it is a good plate with a great balance of acid from the onions and salt from the meat and bone marrow!After talking with our waiter, I settled on the hanger steak, one that isn’t often offered at steakhouses. It is known as the butcher’s steak and there is only one on each cow. It was cooked perfectly to a medium rare. The 8 oz. steak was seasoned lightly to allow the beef flavors to stand out. The hanger steak is lean like a filet, a little tougher to cut and chew, but will still melt in the mouth. If you haven’t had a hanger steak or had a bad experience with one, give it a try here. The house made potato chips on the side were a nice side and added to the causal ambiance of the steakhouse.We ended on the Pineapple Upside Down cake which was very good as well. It had firm edges, while maintaining its fluffy cake. The pineapple was cooked down well enough to remove the sting from a fresh piece, but remained sweet!If you have a rented car in Vegas or a local that hasn’t been, Echo & Rig is a great steakhouse that won’t leave you disappointed! We’ll definitely be back to try more! No

Echo and Rigs food and service were excellent and far beyond my expectation. The ambiance and décor of where we were seated seemed not to match the experience with the food, service and the type of restaurant it was, but it did not negatively impact my experience. Our server and their team went above and beyond in ensuring our party of seven had a wonderful dining experience. I havent been as informed about my dining options as I was here in a long time. Also unexpected was the value of the experience. If I was going to partake in a steak dinner while in Las Vegas again, this is definitely going to be at the top of my list in dining options.

One of the best steakhouses in Las Vegas. Check out the butcher shop downstairs, then use the stairs (or the elevator) to the second floor for dinner seating. We had the rib eye cap and the filet. Both were perfectly seasoned and cooked, served with your choice of sauces. (We had demi glace and horseradish cream)Cocktails are strong and delicious. Hidden secret off the strip restaurant! Worth the 20 minute drive. Wow, this place was amazing 👏 My boyfriend and I loved the deliciously tender and flavorful steaks we had. We also ordered the mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. Both were really tasty and tasted delicious! Best $100 we spent our entire trip in Vegas! We will definitely be back.

No nonsense steakhouse (butcher shop style) - If you are looking for fancy, you’re looking at the wrong place - but if you’re looking at eating some of the best food on the planet then you’re in the right place. This place doesn’t mess around when it comes to steak (or salmon). Amazing food. The only let down was dessert. (It was just ok) - The chef puts his love into this food! He pairs the perfect flavors together. The homemade chips were amazing! Service was amazing - Hugo was the best! We would go back for this party in your mouth.

It was quite an interesting experience to dine at the upstairs of a butcher shop. We ordered a Tomahawk chop, they brought a tray of them to our table, so we can choose the meat and the cut. The steak was so big. It fed 2 big meat eaters plus a lady. I ordered shrimp. They were good too. They have a rotating menu. I’d come back and try some other food.

Second time here. The food is fabulous. The steaks are the main reason to come. Today they had fewer tables yet the wait staff seemed short handed and too busy. On my previous visit they seemed more relaxed and had more time to chat about the menu, etc. Ill be back on my next trip.

The food was excellent, but there are enough reviews on all that… seriously, I’d come back simply for the service. Everyone on the wait service team is constantly looking around for something to do, there were literally 6 different people that came to our table to clear plates, refill water, ask how we were, etc. you know how when you want something and you’re waiting for your server to pass by and hope they look your way, not the case here. Very impressed. Definitely made a delicious meal, a great outing overall.

Have you ever been so disappointed you just gave up?This was a dinner my pregnant wife and I took my visiting friend to to a nice night out. Weve been to echo 7 times in 3 years. Its consistently excellent and predictable delectable.Tonight was different. This is no negative commentary on the wait staff, as they were excellent as usual, and the manager was nice enough but I had a big issue with my ribeye. I get it every time. Not only did they change the menu, some of what stayed seems to be different.Ribeye was ordered, as usual, medium rare (as it should). It came out burnt and bitter and looking like a cheap steak. Fine. Cut in to it and it was dark purple raw and almost chill to touch. The waiter came to check and I thoughtfully discussed the problem and he was very agreeable to get me a properly cooked cut. This steak was half as thick as it usually is too. 5 minutes go by and they came out with the SAME steak they put back on the heat (though it looked microwaved to me). It was no better anyway and I was appalled they reheated a $40 steak. Anyone who knows how to cook a steak, thats a no no. They then said theyd prepare a new one, the manager brought it over. It was cooked marginally better, but still tested bitter, vastly under salted, and raw in the center, or rather just very rare, perhaps. At that point I just gave up. Ate it, with nausea because I was famished. Sides and soup were great as was the sangria and the (comped) sorbet and caramel turtle. Sincerely let down today. Its a steak house. The brussel sprouts shouldnt be the best part of my dinner. Will contemplate giving another chance, but my wifes filet was a very irregularly cut as well, so something changed across the board, and it wont bode well long term.

My husband and I are steakhouse FEINDS. We love trying new places and therefore rarely return to even our most beloved of eateries. We WILL be coming back here! The quality to price ratio is easily the best weve ever experienced which in vegas was unexpected. Our server, Lucas was a delight and knew the menu extremely well. He guided us towards the most splendid food pairings and recommended the two best alcohols weve ever had. The location is beautiful and we really couldnt be more pleased.

I’m not a huge steak guy, but once in a blue moon I like to search google and find the best steak in a city and try it out. This place was amazing! Best steak I’ve ever had. The Tartare was also incredible and the second best I’ve ever had. Friendly staff and cool modern atmosphere made this place a great experience. Amazing place in the Tivoli Village area. The place to get amazing steaks. Great ambiance. Casual yet giving out an up-scaley vibe. Staff was all around great: courteous and friendly, from the hostess and wait staff. We had several of the appetizers and pretty much, our table had the rib eye but with different sauces. The red wine demi and mushroom were delicious. The chimichuri could have been spicier( ok, a lot more) than it was. The steak was cooked to perfection. (Medium rare of course. If you like yours well-done, just eat jerky) Prices are pretty much what you would expect.They are practicing COVID19 precautions. Reservations are a must. Masks mandatory except when eating, of course. Tables are distanced with a max of 3/table. Hand sanitizers scattered throughout and by the womens washroom door but not the mens(?). Of course, you can bring your own.Would recommend.

We loved it. Everything was good or great. Our party of 10 was seated fairly quickly. Service was fast. A manager came to greet us and we really enjoyed the meat platter and education.We had the whole range of dishes from steaks to scallops and there were no negative comments. The standouts were the filet, mashed potatoes, burger and, scallops. The winner was the portobello fries.Our average price per person was a little over $50 without desserts.Service was attentive. The drink service was perfect.

Had brunch at this steakhouse. Outside patios seating is nice since they have space heaters. Large space where there’s a butcher on the first floor and restaurant on second floor.Got the short rib hash, which eggs were poached perfectly, with food hollandaise and good amount of short rib. The potatoes were very underwhelming. Overall still recommend for brunch and come with more people since there were some appetizers I wanted to try.

Excellent experience. Decided to eat lunch here without any prior plans. Offered reservation on Open Table...havent been for a while.Greeted and seated immediately. Butcher shop, bar and dining room were all clean. Staff was groomed appropriately and everyone was working hard.As soon as we sat, we were greeted by a smiling manager who knew our name, welcomed us and took water preference.Water was served in seconds and we were on our way. Server was smiling and genuinely wanted to be there. I’m from Chicago and every time I visit Las Vegas, I somehow find my way to this place, one of the best steakhouses in the area. We ordered butter crusted ribeye steak with prepared horseradish, portobello fries with herb aioli, roasted garlic mashed potato with white cheddar and calamari, complemented with their top shelf long island iced tea. A hearty and satisfying luxurious dinner. Absolutely delicious! We asked to be seated at their patio and tables were far from each other which gave us peace of mind from covid-19 concerns. The servers were gracious, very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. My friend saw that her steak’s crusting was borderline burned (the inside was medium as she requested), but she said the burnt exterior is bitter. The head waiter replaced it without hesitation. Unlike steakhouses in the strip, pricing is reasonable for the quality of food and service here. I shall return.

Super awesome steakhouse; you get way more than what you pay for. The food was delicious, drinks are yummy, the service is amaaaazing. I thought the cuts of steak were awesome and they season them great, but I do think they undercook their steaks by 2 degrees. For ex my fiance ordered a medium well steak, and after asking for it to be cooked longer, they still returned it red. The other thing I think should change is that they serve their food on cold plates; since you are sharing sides, your food gets cold very fast.

5 stars are rarely my thing for restaurants because its impossible to try everything on the menu and experience every server. However my experience deserves this 5 star because of the taste and service. I was impressed by the fact that the server knew how to open the wine bottle, the correct way. The meat was cooked exactly how I ordered it, and I mean exactly how I described it to the server. Never had to reach to pour myself water or wine because the staff was always monitoring and attending. The atmosphere is great! The place looks nice. And all the other nice repetitive positives things others are saying. No negatives, no remarks, no issues. Thanks everyone for making this a great night for my group.

Had dinner on 9/4/21. Food was excellent. Highly recommend the Bavet cut steak(get it medium otherwise chewy at med rare).Had 4 sides-cauliflower, heirloom carrots, brussel sprouts, broccolini. We went here for our anniversary dinner. We wanted a nice dinner! We were NOT disappointed!! We started off with the onion soup. It was delicious! Then came the cauliflower dish. The flavors were amazing! We did have the dried peppers left off so it wasnt spicy. I ordered the fillet minion and my husband ordered the white fish. Both of these entrees were excellent. Me and my family went on Easter. The place wasnt too busy or loud so it made for a nice evening. The food took some time to come out but it was very good! The purple Sweet Potatoes were amazing and I wanted to bathe in them! Lol.Our server was nice but lacked any interaction with us. Ive met some servers that act like your best friend and man, I give them all the money! This guy just wanted to get you your food and get away. The menu is quite small so its not much to choose from. Came for the brunch on Sunday and stayed for the service! The brunch is easily the best in town with a wonderful staff and a menu that is the freshest in town easily. From the moment we walked in to the time we left not a single moment was bad. The best part is the food, I mean the steak scramble and 1/2 inch bacon with homemade BBQ sauce was as the server said magnificent. All I can say is we will be back and have found our new brunch home. I dont have pictures of the breakfast because well, I ate it.

Echo and Rig Butcher sells prime cuts of meat and poultry. They also make thier own sausages. As you enter, there is a bar that you can sit abd have drinks. Upstairs, hosts the restaurant which has indoor/outdoor seating. The dinning room is a large open sapce which can accommodate large groups.The slab bacon, pork belly and fried calamari were all great choices as appetizers. The prime rib and lamb chops were solid choices for entrees.

This place is great. The staff greets you with a nice welcome and chit chats as they take you to your table. At which point a concierge/mgr comes and continues that conversation. Our waitress, Lauren, was lovely through the entire experience.We ordered easily 10 different items off of the small plate menu and loved them all. Especially the cauliflower and gnocchi. Their cocktails were also great. I will definitely be back the next time Im in Vegas.

Definitely my favorite steak house in Las Vegas. This is where locals truly enjoy their time with friends and family. Its located in Summerlin which is off Strip. Reasonably priced, modern and clean interior, great staffs, high quality ingredients - Highly recommended!

This place is fantastic! One of my go to’s for date night. I love their gold digger drink paired with a sandwich or their top notch meat. They will usually bring out a platter of meats to select which adds to the experience. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Went here for a date night with the lovely lady and had a wonderful time. The sides we had (gnocchi with pesto, and Portobello mushrooms) were fair but I would try other things next time. The brisket truly was moist but on that plate the grits was actually the tastiest part! She got the ribeye cap which was very tasty as well. The ambience is nice, cocktails are well made, and service is on point! Would certainly come back, regardless of the occasion.

We visit this place every time we visit Las Vegas without fail but never again. They have changed the menu and we ended up ordering food that we didnt know had been changed. After we ordered they came back and said they ran out of food so some of the party had to change their orders. The pork chop was a different cut. It has too much fat on it now and a much smaller portion. It came with sides but we were told it didnt so we ordered 4 sides to share but didnt need it. To spend this kind of money for dinner. The service must be on point and the food has to be good.

We went to Echo & Rig for our Anniversary dinner, and were pleasantly surprised with it. We dont get to go out to dinner often, but our waiter Shane made this experience extra special. Our food was AMAZING, Shane was attentive and super knowledgeable and made our first experience here one to remember. Because of him, we will be back.We started with the tomato, onion, watermelon and cucumber salad, and the pork belly. The pork belly was to die for, I could have eaten it as a meal! For our entrees, we had the bavette cut steak and the crispy branzino, with a side of mashed potatoes. We didnt even need the potatoes!Shane then told us we would have a special treat, and brought out the turtle ice cream. All the staff members we interacted with wished us a happy anniversary and made us feel like celebrities.The price was unbeatable for the quality and amount of food we received. May be out new date night spot!

I had the pleasure of dining at Echo and Rig while on a work trip to Las Vegas. After a few days eating bland and overpriced food on the strip and at the convention center, I hopped in a cab and ventured out to the restaurant (about a 20 minute drive away). The trip was absolutely worth it - the food, drinks and hospitality are A++++++! The entire staff was super friendly and welcoming from the hostess to the busser and food/drink runners.I actually dined alone but my server Rae did not make me feel lonely! She was so positive and lovely to speak to, you could tell she was always smiling even with a mask on :) She was extensively knowledgable about all the cuts of meat and dishes and was so happy to tell me about each and every one of them. Her service and attitude are top notch.Raes recommendations were superb. I had the skirt steak, brussell sprouts and mac and cheese. My steak was cooked to perfection (dont laugh at me but I prefer mine medium-well, which can be tough to achieve as its easy for it to cook over) and the marinade was deep yet bright. Cant forget about the lemon chimichurri! The mac and cheese was VERY cheesy with NY cheddar and a perfect little crunch on top. The brussel sprouts had the deepest flavor with pistashios and lemon UNREAL! All classic dishes can feel repetitive at times but at Echo and Rig they were done so well with so many flavor profiles, they all shined. My dirty martini was icy and delicious and I topped it all off with the Turtle Sundae - a must order!!!!!This meal was the best meal I had during my stay in Vegas and I will most definitely be back next time.

Excellent dining experience! We had reservations for four and were seated just minutes after our arrival. Every one of the wait staff were excellent, very professional, and personal. We were even greeted by a manager when we were seated. The atmosphere of the dinning area is what you would expect for fine dinning with dim mood lighting.For dinner youll have the option of sparkling or distilled water in addition to any drinks you order. I had the black and blue mojito and one of our party had the Vegas 75. They both had great presentations complimentary to their great tastes. For starters the table had the bread, wild mushroom soup, lamb cigars, and the thick cut bacon with BBQ sauce. The lamb cigars where the best among the others.For the main course there was a skirt steak, filet, rib-eye cap, and a Spencer steak on the table. For our tastes the skirt stake ranked last. It was more fatty than expected and being marinaded it didnt have a real strong meat flavor. Next would have to be filet and the Spencer steak. The fliet because it had a really strong pepper crust. The Spencer had a great flavor but the rib - eye cap was the best. Had a great steak flavor and was just fall apart tender! We also ordered the Mac and cheese and garlic mashed potatoes. The Mac and cheese we will certainly have again!

This Vegas would be different. I dont wanna stay or eat close to the strip... I wanna be a local.I found this place on internet with a very good recommendations and they werent wrong.The view its nice, you can watch the butcher cutting your meat. And the service is awesome, so kind all of them.The steak Ive to be honest... Wasnt medium but taste was good. Definitely Garlic chips was the best for me.

What a remarkable experience! Echo and rig definitely holds up to their reputation. Greeted with bright smiles (through their mask) from the host staff. Seated outside comfortably, nice view of the dessert storm sunset. Shane, our server, has a special talent to make you feel like at home. Very knowledgeable about every menu item and set the stage and standards. We took a lot of his recommendations and was not disappointed. Fried portobello is a must, pork belly was a special kind of BBQ heaven. The Bavette always has a special place in my heart especially when it’s glazed in a velvety red wine Demi. Can’t thank the staff and chef Marvin for a delightful date night.
