My groom looked amazing on our wedding day. Everything was tailored and they did not even charge us a late fee for returning it late and they fixed the straps on my dress.

So far has been the best customer service i have received from a business here in Vegas. I needed a suit for my wedding and thanks to AJS i got the perfect one for my special day. I loved my suit for my wedding my pictures came out excellent. I highly recommend them for any event they got what you need! Really happy! If i could give more stars i would!

I came in two weeks prior to getting married and Vince hooked it up. He made sure is was dropped off at my hotel and he made sure that he picked it up. The process could not have been easier. Next time I’m back in town and need a tux, I will not hesitate to come back.

Talk about amazing customer service!! Airline lost my husband’s bag and he needed a formal to wear to an event. Showed up here with 10 minutes to closing. He was fitted super fast and even got a ride back to our hotel. We can’t thank you enough for going the extra mile for us!

This was literally the best experience Ive ever had regarding clothing of any kind. AJ was super friendly and helpful! They made alterations while I waited (which not long at all). And the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend AJs for all your formal-wear needs!

I only gave them 1 star because I have to. This was a horrible experience. I called Vince 6 weeks prior to our wedding to price formalwear and make reservations. I called back one week later with complete measurements including extra measurements for a best man with extended sizing. We discussed the extended sizing extensively. In total, I spoke with Vince 3 times prior to arriving in Vegas for my wedding. He assured me reservations were made, the clothing would not only be available it would be delivered to our hotel which was just down the street and there was nothing to worry about, just call and let him know when we arrived. The day I arrived, I called to arrange delivery and payment and Vince immediately began yelling at me, claiming that I refused to call him back, did not provide measurements and I was out of my mind thinking he stocked sizes that big. The conversation - if you can call it that - was something out of the Twilight Zone. In short - we were getting married, had nothing for the groom or best man to wear, and less than 24 hours to solve the problem. Never trust this place with your event.

I have to go here for my job. They provide uniforms and they dont always fit so this is where I always end up. The guy is a god send. He knows how to dress people. I can come in there and hell have me correct size in first go around. I havent really dealt with the other people the seamstresses but either they dont understand English or their very stuck up. Over all this place is fantastic. Definitely something yall should check out.

Can you guys get me in a tux in three hours? was my question on the phone, and where are you staying? was the answer. From the time of my phone call to the time he arrived at the door was about 35 minutes, and he measured me and had the tux back to my room about an hour later. Amazing!Everything fit perfectly, but just in case, he sent an extra pair of pants and an extra jacket. They even threw in two types of tie because I wasnt quite sure which I wanted when he asked.Great service - HIGHLY recommended!

In town for a convention. In the morning I realized my paints were ripped! After a quick Lift ride the paints were fixed in minutes!Great customer service!

Really all I can say about AL Phillips is, WOW! What a fantastic experience for getting tuxedos for our wedding day, and I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone.I had spoken with a Vince a few weeks before heading out to Las Vegas and he said to simply call the day we arrive to schedule and give him the room information. At first I thought that was a bit strange, but figured I would go with it because other reviews seemed to indicate no issues.We arrived on a Wednesday, I called that day to schedule for two fittings the following day (Thursday) in the afternoon. Vince asked a few questions so he knew what to bring and said he would see us then. We grabbed lunch that next day and got back to the room just before our time to meet and Vince was already there! He spent about 20 minutes with us to take measurements and get some additional information and said we would have the tuxes in our rooms the next day.That next day (Friday) we had an additional guest arrive and call to schedule a time to get fitted. Vince was able to get to the hotel and get him fitted in less than a half hour!! Awesome service! Also that afternoon, the two tuxes that we had been fitted for arrived in our room ready to go.Well as things go in Las Vegas we happened to have a good (great) time and not try things on until Saturday before our wedding. 2 out 3 were perfect, with only a mishap in one vest. We called Vince and he arrived in 15 minutes with two additional vests and stayed with us to ensure we were all completely dressed and ready to go for our ceremony.We were able to take our tuxes back to the bell desk to be returned to AL Phillips, as well as we spoke with Vince and he shipped the wedding dress back for us without any questions other than the address!Working with Vince and AL Phillips was an absolute pleasure and I would HIGHLY recommend using them for your formal wear needs while in Las Vegas!!

Extremely professional and easy same day tuxedo rental. Dropped off and picked up to the hotel. Very surprised at the good price too. I highly recommend their services. Theyve been around for a while and cater to major clients and it shows in their professionalism.

If youre thinking of getting a suit THIS is the place to go.Went for a last minute wedding in Vegas and had someone come out to the Luxor, take measurements and have the perfect suit ready within 30 minutes. The suit fit perfectly and went off well.Would definitely use in future if Im in Vegas and need a suit

My brother rented his suit for my wedding last week from AJs and it was perfect! The suit was beautiful and fit him like a glove. They were professional and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Vince is amazing! Ended up getting lost trying to find one of their secondary stores.( that is no longer open by the way) He came and picked me and my now wife up, took us to the store had me fitted within 15 minutes. After I was fitted he took us back to the middle of the strip. The next day he came and picked up my wifes dress to get steamed and pressed for half the price that the hotel was going to do it for. Then 2 hours later when my best man got into town he showed up to our hotel within 15 minutes after I called Vince to come fit my best man. I would recommend them over any other company in Vegas! Couldnt ask for better customer service.

These guys are amazing! Went to Vegas for a friends wedding but found that his tux had been left at home. In less than an hour he was fitted in my room and had a tux for his wedding. We were obviously stressed and cutting things close but they had us taken care of quickly and at a very reasonable cost.

Vince was on point from his timing, professionalism, expertise and excellent customer service. Even gave me some fun facts about the hotel on the way up. They will come to you for measurements and bring and pick up what you rent.

Amazing customer service and they are open the earliest in the area. My husband walked in, was fitted, and walked out with his tux with-in 45 minutes without prior notice. There are not enough stars for my review of this place!

Excellent service from Vince and his team , at a very good price, which I am not sure could be bettered, he sorted myself, best man and others out quickly and easily . He also helped my wife who was having troubles with her wedding dress for the day, but it was soon all fixed and she was so happy.
