Staff very friendly, purified water is soft and doesnt spot metal. Dispensers located outside for after hours filling. Alkaline water dispenser allows for debit card payment outside. Store had a manual pump to allow water dispensing out of a five gallon bottle on the floor, very convenient for my purposes. Will definitely return

We used to visit here all the time because the staff is exceptional! Last visit 6/2021 water very warm, owner turns temperature up at night does not want to keep water cool to save money hence causing bacteria growth. Health Dept will be notified as fungus, bacteria and algea can quickly grow....no longer going to this business for water.

Fiancé and I came in looking for a cap for our bottle...we received more than we expected. The people in this store are God sends! All glory to God 🙌

I have never rated a business with one star... I just went with my two, five gallon jugs to get regular filtered water... I was met outside of the establishment by two men. One stated they didnt have water, only alkaline. I then asked how much for the five gallons, he replied 10 dollars. I stated, I only brought enough to fill my two, five gallon jugs... I said at that point that I could buy two gallons, He then laughed at me... I am completley taken back by this gesture. I decided to go home, in which I live across the street to get more money... I will now give my money to Smiths and give my business to a corp...

Under new management. The water is priced very competitively and tastes great. The store could use so e cosmetic work but overall its a clean and friendly place. This is were I got for all my water needs. Its hard to beat 25 cents a gallon for reverse osmosis purified water and mineral infused alkaline water for just a dollar per gallon.

The guy who runs the store is awesome. He is very friendly. My fiance and I came in to check the store out. He is very welcoming. He knows so much about alkaline water. We bought a water container and we got free alkaline water to fill it up with.

Allen will always take care of you like family. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who desires quality water with a top notch customer experience.

Its a very quick and easy process to refill Everytime I go in. I just use the prepaid card they offer to refill 40 gallons and Im in and out in 15 minutes or less.

This store is in disrepair. Its outside machines dont work and steal your money. Person inside is busy baby sitting and doesnt care. Dont go here. Youre just wasting and losing money.
