They had a good sale going on buy one get one half off. They have a decent selection but what they have out is what they have, and finding my size was a challenge.

The employee that rang me up was a little condescending probably wont go back.

We found the shoes we were looking for with no issues. We were second in line to check out when the register went down, luckily we had cash, so we were able to check out safely and without incident. Will visit this location again.

This store in South Mall is nice BUT that 3 stars is just for the cashier that is polite and pro. Unlike the Manager very bad customer service, no manners cannot & speak straight English.

Good deals as far as buy one get one 50% off. The only issue I have is that theres always about 2 or 3 shoes they dont have a good size range in for myself or my kids. Then we end up having to order online. Id much rather purchase then and there at the store.

Bogo deal is often running. Employees are 1st class. Jennifer and Chris helped us. They were super helpful and friendly. I ended up spending way more than I had planned but its hard to find good service. She even showed me a way to get my toodlers shoes on easier. (He would always curl his toes) Its great when people are knowledgeable and actually like thier job. Ill be going back soon.

I was treating myself and walk into Rack shoes. After maybe 15 minutes I found the shoe I wanted. I looked over and a tall caucasian guy was starring at me. He approached me and asked me was I ready to check out. I said excuse me. I looked around to see why he didnt ask anyone else. Especially the family that was switching old shoes with new ones. I told him no. He leaned on the shoes in the aisle and just stood looking at me. At that point I saw what the issue was. My color. I was the only black in the store. I became uncomfortable but my revenge was going to be sweet. I told him I needed 6 pair of Jordans. After ringing it all up my total was close to 1000.00 dollars. I pulled out my cash, counted the total laughed and said thats ok. You just lost your commission I will go to the footlocker. Theres an abundance of prejudice in NV 😟😟

I was here recently, looking for some certain shoes, I had been to many different stores and this was the first one I walked into where I was treated kindly. Angela Hichey was the first person out of 6 show stores I had been in that day where I was greeted and treated with respect. Where my needs and wants were addressed. And when they didnt have the exact shoe I wanted she offered me other ones instead of telling me Im sorry we just cant help you. I will definitely return and definitely tell people to shop here. The customer service was amazing and everyone in that store was kind and greetrd me in a timely manner. The amount of respect I got from this store was awe striking. I could not have had a better expirience.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this store because they didnt have my size. I was told I would get an email once they ship. I finally got the email the day my shoes arrived on my doorstep a little over a week later. I opened the box and couldnt hardly believe what I saw, two different shoes!!!!!!The one shoe was a half size bigger and had been worn you could tell on the sole of the shoe was slightly brown :( I dont even know how this is possible. I can say for certain I will no longer be buying shoes from Rack room shoes ever again. Also when I called to tell them they said we can send you a new pair and have them shipped to the store for insured delivery, what??!!!!! Are you going to pay for my gas to drive 35 min? I dont think so. Give me my money back ASaP so I can be done with this company for good. OY VEY!!
