I hope this is the right Superstore, but Tara deserves a shout out and some much needed praise. She did an incredible job making me feel welcome, she asked great questions, made suggestions and even recommendations.It was nice to have someone who really knows what theyre talking about in such a delicate setting.She has this gift of feeling the room and knowing her clients.Thank you Tara. This Store has everything you can think of to make any fantasy become reality in the bed room! Stopped into the store since we saw it while grabbing food we are from Los Angeles not our 1st time in a store like this. Prices are very reasonable, I love that they have a large variety for everything size, flavors, colors, budget ect. The service was AMAZING we ask Stevie a few questions he didnt make not one conversation awkward! He was very helpful amazing personality!

I was there a couple weeks ago and I forgot about leaving reviews.... I remember coming in there and being really shy and not knowing really what to ask and where to start. Until this angel came from no where I think her name was Tiffany or Stephany, all I remember was that she was so funny and me feel really comfortable there.I probably told her too much, but she really made me feel like my questions werent weird. She gave me great ideas to spice up my love life with my husband and since then we have been very happy. She also helped me with a few insecurities I have & she told me some advice & she was right. Which is a big deal to me and really meant a lot. Will be visiting again next time were in town!!Highly recommend!!!!

I was insulted by the staff in the second floor and ridiculed by the staff. An associate made fun of the rolls in my neck and said he was making a joke after he was caught. A second customer said he needed to be quiet and the associate kept spewing insults from above while the other customers shopped. I WAS REFUSED SERVICE BECAUSE I STOOD UP FOR MYSELF. I asked for his name and the other associate said they dont disclose names. No customer service provided when asked for. Do not shop here. A half block away is another adult store with cheerful staff and customer service.

First and only time I will come to this store, cool place lots of stuff. Staff is very unprofessional cussing and seemed unhappy. Asked about a product was informed a price but when I went to check out price was different and they would not honor the price told. Whatever lose out on money and a customer.

We were from Maryland and wanted to try something new. Boy, did we get some good stuff. Ask for Messiah, very knowledgeable brother. And was funny too. We will be going back.

Dont buy anything expensive as you cant get your money back or anything at all if it doesnt work out of the box.

Love this store. Walking in you’re greeted. The layout is spectacular, organized and well stocked. Felt like there was an endless amount of items here for everyone’s needs. Upstairs there is their clothing section. The lady who helped me was restocking and provided assistance when asked; not hovering over me which may make one feel uncomfortable. Did not feel pressured at all. She even offered to make sure one of my products was operating before I left.Great service, great selection, great prices.

Very unhelpful. I walked in and was completely ignored, I had questions and when I finally found someone they acted like I was a bother. Really disappointing especially since everything here is at such a high mark up. I find every item in this store half the price on Amazon, I have never seen such an expensive adult store and never one so unhelpful.

My fiance and I have been here about 4 or 5 times in the last week. Staff is super friendly and this place is pretty huge. The prices are GREAT! I dont think I have ever left an adult store with more than one thing before. Each time weve come in, the staff has been helpful and conversational -- which is great for people who may be nervous about asking for help. Thank you guys for your help!Response -- well my fiance loves the gift I got him! The staff helped me pick it out : it was the wireless massager*. For me, I bought a lot of lingerie/thigh highs -- which is rare for me to do. So far my favorite piece is the one staff gave me from the mannequin. I am in love with it!

Went in to purchase lingerie. Found something I liked, was told the store dies not have any in stock. Started looking for another item, found 4 of the original that was supposedly not in stock. Found another, asked for my size, was told I was looking for the wrong size, that the sales person tells sizes all day long, and knows how the product fits. I was apprehensive, but my husband said buy it anyway. Got home, went to try it on, would not even go onto my arm. I called the store, spoke to a manager, explained the situation and was told, very rudely, that I needed to look at the bottom of my receipt, as it would have saved me a phone call. Will never return. Customer service ( manager) was excusably rude. Not a way to run a business!

As soon as I walked in the store I immediately felt unwelcome by short fat lady... telling me I need to show Identification before entering, why do a grown man need to show ID to walk in an adult store? After asking why, I got some BS story that seemed made up on the fly..if that wasn’t weird enough I was then told I could not shop in the store unless I left my bag with valuables at an unsecured counter, ok..whoever that lady was definitely need to learn a little more tact when communicating with potential customers..no sincerity in her tone whatsoever. I was looking forward to purchasing a couple items but was automatically turned off by an employee that obviously wasn’t properly trained....

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Huge selection! This place is my go to :)

So, it pains me to leave a bad review for such an outstanding store. However, a couple of their employees just completely lack common sense. And if the story Im about to share is truly the way the store owners want policy enforced, then the owners lack common sense as well.Theres this epidemic going around called covid. Its screwed a lot of businesses up. We are transplants from California. since transplanting, my wife lost her drivers license. She was able to get into lockdown lands DMV and request a copy of her drivers license. We are waiting on the actual little card to come in the mail. In the meantime shes got three pieces of paper that she carries around that make an expired drivers license current. We just tried to go into the store and had a pretty good shopping list (and by good I mean huge) which has items that weve been waiting to get until Christmas time. Now, bear in mind that my wife and I are much closer to 50 then we are 40 years old. The little guy behind the counter wouldnt let her into the store because she had an expired hard card and the current paperwork that makes that hard card valid. That was the second time this has happened at that particular store. We both have tattoos older than the clerk that wouldnt let her in. Now, I know business is booming at the sex shops because of covid. But is it doing so terrific that you can deny entry to a $500+ dollar order? You certainly dont face that much scrutiny at the polling booth. I understand that they go above and beyond to keep minors out of the store and I respect that but as I said were both just about 50 years old, theres no way in hell we could be mistaken for 18 or under. I will only let people disappoint me so many times. As great as their inventory is, twice disappointed is too much for me. We will be taking our business (and we are freaks, so its a lot of business) elsewhere from now on. I do hope the owners read this and make adjustments. It still wont get me back.

Mikyla was such an amazing help I bought at least $400 worth of items ! She was so friendly and helpful and actually showed me new things and gave me advice I was introduced to new vibrators and lubricants I will say that she was definitely the main one working And helping customers the other guy Anthony was on the phone the entire time and not just talking but having phone sex 😂 like we get it man but not at work you need to help the customers out ! And sadly the last time I went in the vibe was completely different the people were rude and wouldn’t let me use my card until the realized how much money I was going to spend definitely not going there again unless mikyla is there !

The theatre is fun, and quite calm. The floors are extremely loud though so it is difficult to hear the films sometimes when people walk around.From my experience a pretty good choice to get what you went for, just have your ticket ready for the periodic checkups employees perform.

WHAT A HUGE SELECTION, nice place for stockings, 50 Shades of Grey Collection and toys, lots of toys and more toys. When I am in Las Vegas I will consider this my go to place for adult fun and novelty items. It says they got Best Of Las Vegas I can see why. It is quick and easy to get to from the strip. I am a young female and felt very safe there.

They have unique toys with some of the lowest prices. Lots of hidden sales and an entire upstairs dedicated to lingerie. The parking lot is completely lit up at night. They also sell “video head cleaners”.

Absolutely horrific experience. If I could give negative stars I would . I Went to visit the location on Tropicana & Valley view on 8/27/19 at around 3:40 am with 2 female colleagues of mine. Upon arrival everything seemed fine we went up stairs first to use the restroom before shopping, after we used the bath room we proceed to go back down stairs where we got extremely uncomfortable, the woman working down stairs was a bigger, middle aged white woman. She seemed fine at first , she asked us if we needed help with anything & we kindly said no since it was our first time in a store like this and we where not comfortable talking to her about what we needed. I picked out a item after we looked around for about 15 min & then moved to the other side of the store to find one more thing. Well I was looking for the second item to my surprise the middle aged woman working yells from across the store in a very nasty tone of voice “ well are you going to buy that ? “ if not put it down & get out “ I was shocked, taken back for a second I said excuse me ? I’m still looking around if you don’t mind ? “ she then got vulgar & proceeds to walk towards us. I told her that is no way to talk to a paying customer , when she said “ I can talk to you anyway I want if you don’t like it get out of my store.” I was horrified considering this was our FIRST time in a shop like this & we expected these people to be understanding, not harassing bully’s who have the nerve to approach anyone let alone a paying customer with that type of demeanor. I asked her for her name & her managers phone number but she refused, got even more nasty & yelled at us to leave. Well walking out she then had the audacity to tell us “I’m sick of you guys coming in here & doing this “ again shocked we turned around & said “what , this is our first time in here” the wack job then insisted that we’ve been in there before & that she’s kicked us out before ?!?! The Lady is a complete wack job & any company that stands behind the employees acting that way is not acceptable . I’ve worked in retail & in customer service for years & would never fathom to treat any client like that even if they did something to actually provoke it. This woman should not have a job & I would love to talk to your manager or some form of customer service to express further about this horrible experience.

I love Adult Superstore on Tropicana, everytime I come in Alex greats you with a smile and offers the best service in town. Tried to explain as clearly as possible what I wanted, ended up with something that upon opening the box, immediately was clear it would not work for me. And of course no refunds!

Customer service was excellent. All my questions were answered and they have a great selection of lingerie and products and prices are very low.

I was there with my friend so excited to get a new toy but the attention was poor, there was a guy that didn’t show me nothing even if I asked. I think that the store is amazing but the service was pretty bad.

I felt horribly unwelcomed there and it was because of the old white lady with long hair.First, she takes my backpack because she says I cant walk around with a backpack on, totally understandable. I give it to her to put behind the desk.Then I purchase a ticket for the theater for $8. Im in the theater watching the movie with 5 other people.10 minutes later she interrupts the movie by turning the lights on and yelling, who left their backpack! I raised my hand and I follow her out and she says we cant watch your backpack. Put it in your car. I say I dont have a car. Why would I bring in a backpack if I had a car genius? She basically say I had to leave.So first she can watch my backpack, then I paid $8 for nothing because she cant watch my backpack? Geez! People are right about her, she gives horrible customer service. Im not sure if Ill ever come back here.
