The Customer service was Absolutely Horrible! Was going to buy a boat from them. The ad said motor was strong running. Not true, they sat on it for 3 weeks before coming clean about carburetor repair was needed, sat on it for another 3 weeks and said repairing the boat was not a priority.. Dave there said he was concerned about my distance, Im from NM, I.Told him not his concern. Very SHADY!

Salesman was very nice and helpful. Place is hard to find and there is very little parking.

Kelly was friendly and informative.We were allowed to go through the RVs we wanted to see.There were many sizes of RVs and other vehicles available too.There was a forest green 4WD 4D Jeep with a snorkel, front winch, 4 large spotlights and rack on top, new tires and a new engine that was amazing.

I had a great experience with this place I took them my 24 ft travel trailer told them what I wanted for it signed a couple of forms and it was done. They took care of everything else called me about 4 days later and I went down to collect my check everything went very smoothly I would definitely used them again if I was selling any kind of vehicle

I left my RV with them and they sold it in no time it was a very easy transaction I would use them again

Prices seem high and the customer service position has obviously not been filled yet.

Not the result that they promised, we where trading to avoid dealing with the sale of our trailer, only to end up dealing with their unprofessional way to do sales. We do not know for how much our trailer sold for, but we got a check for way less than we agreed.

Do not buy RV there they one I pick out need air conditioner and didnt start. Had a check in my hand i told them to pull out to test drive they couldnt move it but they ask me for the check. Really no way no how

Called an hour after a Toyota pick up was listed and they were about to close in 45 minutes spoke to John Schlutz and he told me that I had first Debs on the vehicle and I told him I would be there at 9 o’clock the following morning showed up and the truck was exactly as described the paperwork was effortless and they even drove the vehicle to my warehouse so I didn’t have to come back and have somebody pick it up.Thanks for honoring your word and holding the vehicle for me. My wife and I bought a rv from here to live in and knowing that our sales person Kelly Bates chose to lie about the unit we purchased. Stating that everything was tested and working. First thing the paperwork was messed up. Secondly nothing at all worked in the unit after they stated everything worked and was tested. We hooked the water up and had a flood in the trailer. And we still have a leak under the floor that i cant fix! The propane regulator is bad so we couldnt cook or heat. And the roof has several leaks. So if you decide to go here please test everything unless they say it dont work. So please beware! Test and do your research. Or just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Im on the road a lot and had no time to sell my motorhome from my storage unit and did not want to go through a dealership. Never thought of using a consignment lot like this until one of my family members asked if there was one in Las Vegas. Yep, there sure is and they took care of everything for me and got me almost what I thought I should get out of it selling it on my own after looking up the book values. It cost me nothing except the sales commission once it was sold and it was so worth it. Id still be paying for storage for no reason if I didnt find this place. Thanks Guys!

They agreed that this was a big purchase and it needed to be a perfect fit. Im a little fussy so I appreciated their patience.Once we picked our home away from home, the paperwork process was SO simple. It was refreshing from an individual sale or a deadly used car lot!!! On top of the great customer service, I did some further research and learned we got a KILLER DEAL!!!!I was also suprised to learn they offered more than Rec vehicles.It was a one stop shop. We also picked up a little used car for our teenage daughter for a GREAT VALUE!!!! USED CAR SALESMAN! Bought a 34 5th wheel trailer from Kelly Bates. No owners manual. No one was around to show me how to operate the equipment. (First time buyer). Im moving it to a local place and Kelly said he would send someone out. The next day my trailer is flooded with sewer! I call him again, STILL NO ONE COMES! When I went back a couple days later to get the title he said google it. Dont believe a word.

Owner and salesman are Real good people. They really care about you. Ask for kelly bates.... HE IS A REAL GOOD GUY..
