Called in for a part, unfortunately they did not have in stock, but the gentleman put me in touch with a company that did. If I need anything in the future I will seek them out first because I owe them one, and they seem like good people.

I accidentally broke my portable air pump and sadly burst my back tire tubing during my 20 km one way commute. On my day off they swiftly replaced what was damaged and supplied me with the most sophisticated air pump and gauge while taking time in teaching me how to use it as I am a novice to everything cycling! Then to my amazement the herculean bicycle mechanic effortlessly heaved my heavy bicycle into the trunk so I could continue my cycling odyssey. I hope everyone who needs a bicycle doctor finds their way here! Thank you! 🤗

Irwin Cycles went above and beyond to help me get my hands on the bike Ive been wanting, especially in these crazy times. Carl was great to work with and very thorough when getting the bike set up for me. The pick up process was quick and easy, and I must mention he even stayed after business hours so I could make the couple hour drive down to pick the bike up after work.

Lifam and Carl were very helpful and honest with my bike repairs. I will be bringing my future bike business here and recommend others do the same.

Great place, better people! very helpful the owner, will be more than likely behind the counter working on a bike. No matter how busy he will go out of his way to greet you. I like that! somewhat smaller shop, however it has a good selection. I was in to see if they had a part for my bike, a somewhat hard to find one I might add. I was pretty sure they wouldnt have it. As I did not bring the old one with me for them to ensure they could get me the correct one, the owner asked me several questions about my part and went in the back to retrieve one. He returned whit a slightly used, however still good one and handed it to me. I asked him what he wanted for it, he replied 10 bucks if it works, try it out first if it works bring by the $10, if not just bring me the part back. Now they dont know me from Adam, but are willing to trust me to bring the part or money back. I WILL GO BACK! Thank you Irwin Cycles!

Irwin cycles is a top notch shop! I was in town for a week to do some mountain biking and rock climbing, and they rented me a top notch mountain bike. The bike was dialed in perfectly when I got it, and the owner was super helpful. He pointed me to a nice little trail system down the road from his shop. He gave me directions to all the hot riding spots in the area, and I had a great time! Id rent from these guys again any time!

Carl and Lifan are great. Best bike service in town. I Have expensive high end bikes and I wouldnt trust anyone else to service them. I know they will be fixed right!

I needed a quote for replacing my tire tubes and snipping a frayed cable on the bike. Its a friends bike that she loaned to me. I brought the bike in and spoke with Carl. He was really polite and kind. Total down to earth and honest person. He filled the tires with air and said I may not need to replace the tubes, if the tires go flat I can just bring it back and change the tubes. He snipped the frayed cable for me and lubed up the bicycle chain for me. He inspected the bike, spun the back tire and tested the brakes. He even tightened the front tire for me. I would definitely come back as a returning customer if I needed a reasonably priced bike shop in the area. It was 7 minutes from where we live and conveniently located inside Siena Town Center. If you are looking straight at Smiths its on your right. I would HIGHLY recommend this bike shop to neighbors in the area.

Very nice people ... At first I wasnt going to spend any money, just went to check it out but after talking with them they treated me as if I had already spent money with them and thats important to me so I went back and bought a few things. And prices are good. I will definitely be back

One word.....customer service! And of course Carl’s sense of humor! 😊 I remember the first time I stopped by there they were closed having a party for their customers, and even though I had never been there before (and they knew because I kinda stick out. Lol!) Carl came up to me and acted like he had known me before and offered me food, drinks and a free mug right off the bat! Now to me that was special.It’s been a few years with Carl and his wife and they still greet me just as they did that first day, like a friend, with respect.Now I could go on and on about all the great service they provide but this review is personal to me, it’s about a friendship and being treated like you’re apart of the family. As in any family, there is that one joker, who you may not know where they’re coming from but is always truthful and direct and has a big heart and generally cares about you, that’s Carl. And his wife is just as sweet and kind as you’ll ever run across and can build one hell of a wheel! 👍So if you haven’t already, stop in to Irwin Cycles. You may not get a free mug like I did but you’ll meet one awesome family!!

Talked with the tech (not the owner) and he was totally down to earth and cool... On a separate stop-by, the owner hooked me up on a used rim for my trainer for a good deal. And my 3rd visit, I was sold the wrong pads.... My fault for not bringing my bike with me or knowing what I needed.but a few more questions about what bike I have, would have kept me from buying the wrong brakes.... So 4.5 star shop? Yeah,about right... Keep up the good work, hell of a business you guys are in, lots of competition, hope you guys stick around for many years to come.

I had a good experience here getting my bike tuned up. Yeah they tried to upsell but didnt push too hard and I came away feeling like I got really good information. The bike tune up was great and my bike rode like new! Overall, very happy with this store and service dept.

We had a really old bike that has not been used in years, we thought the tubes needed to be changed and contacted Irwin Cycles. We brought the bike down and Carl looked it over, put air in the tires and he thought the air may have escaped, he offered to keep the bike overnight and change the tubes if needed in the morning or we could take it home. He seemed confident the tubes were fine so we took it home. I asked about the chain, again I have not ridden the bike in at least 15 years, and he said he lubricated the chain and it looked fine. He then asked if we took the front wheel off to transport the bike and we let him know we did not, well as it turned out the wheel was really loose, probably falling off loose and looks like it was taken off at some point and hand tightened. Of course Carl tightened the wheel and said we were all set, when we asked how much he said no charge!! How refreshing in this day and age to find individuals who go out of their way to help you and enjoy doing it. Thank you Carl and you can be sure that anything we need for the bike we will be coming back to see you.

Carl and his wife of Irwin Cicles are really customer centric. During a ride I lost a small part of my fox rear fork and he did the order to me at Fox in 2 days to be there. Very cheap order, but they did it for me!!! Thanks a lot Carl!!!

Dishonest business, take your bike elsewhere. I was told the total price for a simple rim change was $65 total with labor included, we agreed to that price. Then a few days later when I go to pick up the bike the price goes up to $95, for a cheap rim. There are better bike shops nearby, I dont recommend this one.

Great experience getting a tuneup and some spokes replaced on my rear tire. The guy that got there right before me came from across town to have his bike worked on there.

Their website goes on and on about how they want to help customers etc etc. definitely wasnt my experience. brought a bike in needing cables and install. should take an experienced mech under an hour. was told couldnt get to it until tuesday. 6 days from now. not particularly friendly either. i guess since I didnt buy the bike there they had no interest in helping me (and possibly getting a.customer for.life ) have been looking for a shop.closer to home but it wont be Irwins. guess i will continue driving to JTs in henderson. they are always nice servicing my bikes and helping with builds even though I have never bought a bike from them. because of this I have spent close to 2k there in last 4 years on parts and service and cycling related stuff.

Poor service, poor communication.... Would not recommend to anyone. After having my bike for two weeks, it was returned with a different cheap used seat. They never contacted me about the finding and they threw the my saddle in the trash. When confronted.....they just forgot.

Guy was really rude, didnt seem like he wanted business at all. I was more of an annoyance to his day than an opportunity to give a customer some help with his bike.
