DO NOT BUY BEDS or BED FRAMES BED bUGs We received these beds for our guest room ... we were so happy with the outcome until we started seeing bugs for the first time NOT baby bugs but big adult bed bugs we never had bed bugs before so it was so weird we only had the beds for about a week and a half . After seeing 5 bed bugs in the bed blankets we decided to look for the problem we searched everywhere to see what or where these bugs came from .. finally after cutting the bed Frame open we seen where the bugs where coming from the MATTRESS and bed frames !!! There was so many adult bed bugs with no blood in them meaning they have not eaten they where waiting to eat but we hardly used the guest room the moment we did we notice the bugs and got on it right away we had to call a professional exterminator that cost more than the beds after the exterminator did his diagnosis and exam he confirmed the bed bug investigation in the beds we just bought from mattress king a week and a half ago. There were so many bugs in the bed the extermination looked around the whole room and couldnt find a trace everything kept leading Back to the beds we asked for a refund for 2 bed and 2 bed frames we provided pics and videos even receipts from a professional exterminator and Mattress firm Denys this end wont refund our money not even half.

Considering it’s been 3 days 10 phone calls , 4 messages and we still haven’t been able to schedule a delivery or talk to anyone For the beds we purchased on the website which they encourage you to use. I suggest taking your money elsewhere because now here I am having to cancel my purchases by the end of the day since communication is apparently an issue - either that or they are permanently closed ..And buy the beds elsewhere ..

He listened what we where in the market for and made sure that we found everything we needed. When asked about durability of the Dinning Room tables set due to our four legged kids. The mattress we bought has been great so far. Prices were decent. The product knowledge and customer service was good as well, until delivery day. The Mattress manufacturer sent the wrong size, despite Their Effort to get the correct size the same Day, we were told it would take an additional week to get in the correct mattress. We decided to keep the king in place of the Cali king we ordered because we did not want to wait another week but the mattress king company was great about accommodating us, it took a little longer than I would’ve liked for the refund due to the credit card company, but overall the owner was very honest kept his word and made sure that we were happy with the end result. We would definitely buy from them again.

Definitely a five star experience. Very excited about the Free Pillow he ordered for us!*Updated down to 3 stars from 5. He advertises Free Pillow with mattress purchase. Didnt have it in stock, no problem, hell order it. A few weeks go by, no pillow. A few months go by, no pillow. After contacting him quite a few times- still no free pillow. Not a huge deal, but dont make the offer if its not real. Thats dishonest. Plus, the inconvenience of all the time we wasted calling and coming back to the store to check if the pillow was delivered.

Bought a mattress yesterday had it delivered.... I bought the wrong size!! Figured no big deal Ill just call them.... Certainly they will exchange it since I got it yesterday. Nope. He will not exchange it for the correct size due to covid 19 and the health department. In my book.... Its not worth saving the money. Go with a reputable company with normal policies. Trash customer service. I had to call many x just to get then to respond. Im disgutsted. I am a single mother I had very little money.

Found this place on offer up while looking for a bamboo bed. Very knowledgeable sales people. All the beds were very comfortable. Finding the right one that suits your body is the most important. Im glad I made the visit that lead to my dream bed (Hybrid Cooling Infused Bed 12in) that my body needed instead of the bamboo bed that my eyes wanted. This business is informative and helpful with their customers about what kind of bed they need and what their budget is. They price their mattresses very well and I really got a great deal on a great bed. Went to another location for a mattress and found it was cheaper to buy the same mattress with the whole bed set there than the other store for only the mattress.They have a good exchange return for their beds, a lot of selections and honestly if you feel the prices for what youre looking for is too high, try these guys, they will give you a good deal.

I have been looking at several stores for a new mattress. My mom found what she said was a really good deal here and suggested we check it out. Naturally, I wanted something way more expensive that the deal she found. We drove down and walked inside. The gentleman inside was working with another couple. He was able to finish his business with them and help me find a perfect new mattress. Cameron is extremely nice and friendly. He spent about 2 hours helping me find something I was happy with. He was incredibly patient with my daughter as well. She has ADHD and can be extremely trying on your patience. He was able to humor her with all her silly pointless questions while still being the nicest person. I would recommend his store to anyone. I needed an incline/adjustable bed for my acid reflux and did a lot of research. Other mattress companies told me I had to buy a special mattress for this type of frame. Cameron is the only one who asked me what type of mattress I have now and then told me that my Simmons would work great with the frame and thats good because its only about a year old. They saved me at least $500.00 and had me wrapped up and delivery scheduled in about 20 minutes. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and dont try to pressure you into anything. I highly recommend them.

Dont judge a book by its cover or in this case a store in its area. While I at first was concerned with how the area look the inside of the store was quite nice. I was able to to find the right mattress for me and not feel rushed or pressured into it. I tried out about 10 mattresses before I was done. The service was great and kind. The price was also quite low compared to what I was thinking.

Cameron is UNPROFESSIONAL AND DECEITFUL. I ordered a Queen online and got a FULL. I texted, called, emailed him & the company to try to set up a time to switch it out for a Queen and even had to call my cc company to dispute a refund and he NEVER REPLIED. I paid for set up and delivery & his staff removed the plastic off of my mattress before WE (his staff/movers & I) realized it was a FULL! Don’t remove the plastic until you’re sure. This company can’t even reply professionally and accurately. I refused to accept that I have a Queen sized mattress which is what I ordered and expected because it’s not a Queen! It’s beyond the point in case of whether or not they gave me a full or Queen now, it’s how dishonest and unprofessional they are. They never replied or called me back for over a month and a half until I wrote a factual YELP AND GOOGLE REVIEW to warn other customers. Buyer beware. Do not buy anything from them especially a “Queen” sized mattress. They’ll point the finger somewhere else. Perhaps my standards on what I expect from a store are different than those writing the reviews, I dont know.The fact that Cameron wasnt returning my calls to simply answer some questions about return policy, and when he did, he appeared to be upset doesnt help when writing a review. And yes I bought a matress at this place at double the price of the cost at Amazon, yes the same exact matress. But, Im not upset at his prices, he is a good salesman and sold me an overpriced item and I got screwed. Whatever.I suggest before anyone goes into this store to be prepared and not to be taken like I was.Do your homework and go online to compare prices. I bet youll get a better price or will beat this guys on their own game.The matress I bought from cameron was a Matress America 15 memory foam and I gave him 760 dollars for it. Than I found the same matress at Amazon for 350.I should have known he would get the better of me when he said he had another business and sold some kind of a weight loss waistband. He said it worked by emanating radiation which in turn dissolved fat, or something like that, LOL.God bless this place and hope the best for them.PsBut, only deserves 1 star.
