Just pennys is always good but today they didnt have what I wS looking for

$80 for a pair of jeans. And $60 for a t-shirt with barely anything on it. They do have some clearance racks but some dont have my size.

Went in to look for lip gloss, but waited for sales person to stop talking long enough for me to ask, or just acknowledge me, they never did, so I left

September 27,2020 @ 14:38 Your cashier Benny help me so much today. I was looking for a birthday gift for my friend and I didn’t know what to get. Benny ask if she had a phone number and I provide the phone number to him and he looked up what she regularly gets. With me going inside the store I did not know nothing and Benny help me. He was very patient with me and give me options of what she gets and what Best fits her through her phone number and what she regularly gets. So today I am extremely happy and I’m going home with a perfect gift for my friend. So thank you Benny for all your hard work and for working through COVID-19. Went to JCPenney to look for a suit I can see why theyre going out of business. Very poor almost no customer service at all. After trying on a jacket could not locate a mirror pretty bad I think. Left immediately went to another clothing store and bought a suit someplace else. Theyre lost my game. With no customer service how do you expect people to purchase your items. America was not like this before when you went into the Sears of the world JCPenneys of the world and Montgomery Ward of the world hundred-year-old companies inow disappearing mostly by their shortcomings.

It was my very first time going to a big make up store like this and I was extremely excited to find A foundation I’ve been wanting for my birthday coming soon! When me and a friend walked in nobody spoke or asked us if we needed help so of course we asked someone for help!!! she walks over with a rude demeanor and attitude and as we are asking her questions about the make up her body language and physical language was obvious that she wasn’t really interested in helping us she seemed very irritated and as if she really didn’t want to help Her language was very forceful and aggressive when she was talking to us so at this point we told her we would just continue to look around because we didn’t want to be bothered with her attitude ! soon after another Employee asked us if we needed help we then told her we did need help! I asked if she was a manager because I notice she had a different shirt on she replied yes I am I responded back by letting her know that the last employee that helped us was a little rude to us and she tells us oh well we all have our days! Excuse me but for a manager that is so unprofessional I understand that we all have our days but when you’re working customer service and you’re working with people your problems stay at the door when you come in to work she basically continuously told us that it was OK for her to give us an attitude and that we all have our days this was one of the Most unprofessional places I’ve ever been ! I then told her never mind we didn’t need help and I wasn’t buying anything out the store and started to walk out and she replied sarcastically OK have a great day laughing very unprofessional store never will go back again!!!

Great experience shopping around Christmas. Clean and organized store and quick checkout. Wasn’t that busy either! No complaints.

Its an average Sephora. I would recommend going to it if youd like but its nothing too special

Plenty of brands to chose from. However, with COVID;( you are not allowed to test makeup for colors which makes it VERY difficult, if your wanting to buy a new brand and need to get your perfect color!

Its a great cosmetic shop with lots of great products from top quality brands like philosophy, tarte, naked, benefits, smashbox, nars, white elephant, fenti beauty not to mention sephora brand products and lots more. For all things skin care and cosmetics I definitely recommend Sephora so stop by and pick up some great deals. You wont be disappointed.

I went in to look for new, quality foundation since I’ve been wearing drugstore brands for a while. I don’t know much about makeup but I needed something specific since Im an entertainer and sweat while I’m on stage but need my makeup to last. Kristen helped me find the best brand, shade and brush for me. She was very helpful and patient and I will definitely be back!

I went to shop makeup with my mother and there was this women since we arrived she was being really intense and also didn’t let us touch anything when in the labels said sample. My mom was picking foundation because she’s a makeup artist and needed foundation for her clients. Then we proceed to pay the makeup that we got and asked us who was the makeup for because it was the final sale which We said that it was okay and it was for us I think that’s none of her business tho but after couple of minutes she asked again twice who was the makeup for then we answered and then she give us the receipt and on the bottom of it she wrote “final sale” I think there was no need of doing that when we answered that we understood it was the final sale . 😡

I love Sephora, and you get a free gift on your birthday but you have to become a Sephora Insider.. Im so in love with the Sephora Store in San Francisco a really big store and not in a JC Pennys.. So much to Choose from they have everything you need and want..

I went in today for help for my preteen daughter who turned 12 this week. Amanda was so nice even while she was helping other guests she asked if we needed any help and that she would be right with us. She helped my daughter find a color foundation and colors for her eyes. She took her time showing my daughter how to put on the make up and gave us the names and colors of what to buy. We will definitely be returning for her assistance with future purchases.

I picked up a quality name-brand hair care product here that was on sale.The staff was knowledgeable about the product and very patient while I made my purchase.A very Low Stress place.

Called in to check inventory for an item, the lady I spoke with was very nice. Answered all three questions....Provided me detailed information.

I went to return an item that I ordered through email because it was the wrong size. I had to wait for a while. Some customers waiting in front of me with one attendant and one register to take care of us. Very slow processing. The same with the other registers, seem like they are working in slow motion. Thank you very much. Oh! Another thing. This is the 2d or 3d time I have to return to the store so they can take the sensor off my shoes I bought and the store is not that close to my home. Thank you very much.

David is AWESOME!!! Made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. With every palette i purchase theres always a slight fear it might be cracked. After its happened a couple times. Usually check it after purchase regardless. For him to ask if I wanted a new one from the stock drawer and even opened it to show me it was fine. All without having to ask, is soo amazing to me. Thanks again David

They always let me try out new items and samples. Love this place! Staff is always super friendly too. My old skin needs as much help as it can get so anything I can try out is a godsend!

The employees are racist and if you are not white but of a different race they automatically think you are stealing and send a guard an employee to watch and follow you around the store me and my husband are vacationing and he was going to spend $1000 on me in the store I told him not to I wouldnt give this racist place any of my money and the lady was rude to me also when I asked for help. Stay away from this store theres other stores on the strip thats better I should of listened to my friends about this racist store.

Today I went in for my birthday gift and the girl at the register was so rude to me, she didnt even want to give me a bag?? I will Not be back in this store its such a buzz kill to be around someone who hates her job so much she spreads negativity throughout the store. Im sure theres plenty of people out there in need of a job that would be better then that!! Please clean house Sephora!!!

My first time into the store and let me say it was the absolute most amazing visit. Im new to make up so i was hoping someone approached me and after a few minutes of looking around Brenda came over and asked if I needed help, thanfully she did because I wouldve never asked for it being the shy person I am. She was so patient with me and answered all my questions ! Being a first timer she made me feel very comfortable and not embarrassed about asking a million questions ! I wanted a certain smashbox metallic lip gloss. Everyone said they ran out of it, but Rosanna found one when I happened to stop by the store again! Shes awesome!

I was there yesterday about 12:00 or 1 I went in and wanted to buy an all new upgrade in makeup from setters to foundation, eyeshadow, contours... I wanted a full makeover. And I spoke to 3 women. One a woman. In her 40s told me my makeup was just fine.... the next a younger woman with dark hair seemed confused what to do pointed at a good eye shadow and recommended a setter that they dont sell at that store....she seemed totally inconvenienced by my lack of knowledge or what I needed. Finally upset and totally bummed I left :( Ive never been so dissapointed.

I went into sephora tonight looking for a new foundation the sung girls looked short-staffed and stressed out so I told an employee I might need him color match she said it would be a minute I said I would be looking around after about 15 minutes Im waiting I finally approached employee and asked if I could be helped after the employee color matched me and I agreed to buy a product and a brush I expressed my interest in a tart pineapple collection which I also agreed to buy when I got home I opened up my start box and half of the stuff is missing all that was in there was the pallet no eyeliner no mascara no lip liner I feel like these girls need to make sure the product is complete before they let the customers walk out the door Im very upset aside from the poor customer service im missing half my products and she didnt even put the receipt in the bag ugggh !!!

I went in looking to buy some items nobody had welcomed me it was about 3 -4 employees all by the cash register talking not doing there job I needed help with a foundation match since iv got a bit darker walked out very disappointed

I went last week with my mom to go find some palettes for her. We waited around 10 minutes, then told us they were out of stock, they were gonna help her find another palette for her, but kept going back and forth. Then told her that they were off the clock and that they were gonna try to find someone else, we left after 30 minutes of being thrown back and forth. We went back again today to see if they had the palette in stock, still were not stocked, and I asked if I can have help. Told me I was second but then went to help another customer that came in later than us. I heard some employees ask customers to sit in a certain area, the make-up stands, to have them there so they can see who needs help. The store is understaff, understock, and the stands are not clean to present the brands make-up. The workers are nice overall, they just need more help in getting things in order.

I went in with a foundation problem and Kristen came up to me and help me so much definitely best experience Ive ever had will definitely be going back to her!!
