Some Karen with a name tag walking around the store screeching at people about wearing masks and making demands, making a fool out of herself. When did retail workers start thinking they can boss customers around? No thanks, we’ll gladly spend our money around the corner at Hobby Lobby which is a far superior store anyway.

This is the greatest place to run around and have absolutely nothing. Staff is unhelpful, unprepared, and just wanna stand around. Got to the point I just asked what do you have, and still couldnt help. And the response is why they are complacent.

Purchased a Batman costume for my son online for pick up at this store location. They called me to tell me it was missing the belt. I missed the call but I called back within 30min and they had already canceled the order. I asked them if they could hold it for me til Monday still with the original order saying I had three days to pick it up. They said I would have to reorder it but it now says it is out of stock online. I don’t understand why it was so difficult to hold it for me since they decided within minutes to cancel my order before I got a chance to call back. And it is out of stock everywhere. So thanks North Rainbow Party City. I’ll let me 4 year old know he can’t have the blue Batman costume that he was so excited to wear.

While the store was very clean and well organized, the section for children needs to be expanded. Each theme only took about a two foot wide section of the aisle and did not provide ample choice for us. The prices are also considerably higher than I would expect to pay for some of these items, especially the prices to fill balloons that you bring yourself.

Never been to this location but i enjoyed my shopping trip... Got help the moment i walked in and got what i needed that fast.. Upon checking out our cashier wasnt too friendly. No hi or how was you shopping experience... Or did you find everything ok... She just stared off and checked me out in silence... I told her to have a nice day and left... But over all it was great.

Arrived at 7:58 to pick up balloons that preach that were prepaid only to be ignored for 30 minutes after begging for them to give me my already paid for balloons for associates in the store all refused to assist me not only did they refuse to assist me they ignored me completely then when they did talk to me they did with their masks on through the windows so that I could not understand them. If I had not already paid for them I would have never ever patronized such inconsideration and unempathetic people. IM completely thrown back that a store of this capacity would even close at 8 PM let alone lock the doors before 8 PM and then refuse to assist a customer who has already paid and has the receipt to coincide with that payment! I will never patronize party city ever again in my life and I have a bakery you guys would have gotten a lot of my business but believe that I will tell the world and anyone who will listen not to patronize you or your lack of inventory And customer friendly employees!

The employees were exceptional. We set up the balloons but everything was bought from the store. They were patient with us. My mom spoke easier in Spanish and the worker was amazing!!!

They had exactly what we needed, and my nephews birthday party was a total success.

Hello I would like to say I’ve patiently waited for them to open and as I desperately needed help the cashier in the ballon station was not very willing to help. I asked several times for help and she wouldn’t. Finally after it takes me 20 mins to gather everything she’s finally going to ring me up and she’s being rude making noises of frustration. She tells me it’s going to take 20 mins to fill up my 15 balloons that she wouldn’t help me find. She keeps making frustrated noises as she’s finishing up so I tell her if someone else can please help me because her energy was really bad and it’s supposed to be a very special day for us. She gets mad and very upset she calls someone else to help me. Her name is Crystal avoid her very bad mood..

Party city used to be a reputable business. They overcharge you for balloons then you have to pay extra for the helium which seems doesnt last more than 8 hours unless you pay more their special helium. Seems like no business can be trusted. I try to buy at the local stores but stuff like this makes you turn to Amazon, heck for $15 I could have ordered my own small helium tank from Amazon.. at this point i could care less if they stayed in business and if their employees need to find employment Amazon is always hiring..

Have to get helium for balloons and it is $1.29 per each or you buy their balloons and get free helium which starts from $1.40. Theres a free parking lot and many store associates to assist your need.

Everyone hovered over the main Ballon station and did not acknowledge customers coming in. I stood at the cashier and 3 employees saw me there with no acknowledgement until 1 from the Ballon circle asked if I needed help

I found all the items that I was looking for the staff was friendly however I thought it was in poor taste that I spent $89 some of the items that I had were of a good-sized so I asked if they could put everything in one bag rather than to give me several little bags with stakes,signs and runners sticking out and they wanted to charge me a dollar. I know this seems to be the new way of doing things but come on why are these stores making people pay for bags to put the items in that they purchased? If I didnt really need when I had I would have put everything back and it would have been over $1. In my humble opinion that is poor business.

Crazy cool place for all your party ideas. So much stuff to choose from you might want to bring lunch. Lol But if you forget they sell plenty of stuff to snack on.

Very nice party store, I was their for Baby Shower stuff and almost got all I needed their. Must be a lot of boys being born now because their boy supplies were low. But not the girls.

Billy and Karla were so helpful. Billy had extensive knowledge about what was in stock and helped me pick a similar option when the Mylar balloon I wanted for my son was out of stock. Karla was snow do multi/task like a ninja and assisted other customers while he helped as to not keep anyone waiting. I’m happy with my purchase.

I spent $36 on balloons for my sisters birthday and the were partially deflated at pickup. I couldnt tell at first because they cover all of them with a bag so you can get them in your car however once I get them home (and I live less than a block away) balloons didnt float much. So I went to touch them to find out that these balloons are not fully inflated. I was very disappointed as the party for my sister was to start in less than an hour.

Young staff delivered my balloons days in advance for my daughter surprise birthday party and my daughter answered the door to receive the balloons

This place had everything I needed except helium. I found out that it is best to call ahead of time if you need balloons blown up in large quantities. No problem though they found a store to accommodate me and that made me very happy. Awesome staff!

Every available employee was tied up doing one balloon order, except one for the cashier. They should leave at least one employee available for walk in balloon orders. The wait time for 4 balloons was 45 minutes, unacceptable Party City! I couldnt wait so I opted for Dollar Tree next door.

Went to purchase a red gift bow for a car. The staff were AMAZING, patient, & helpful. They recommended this huge bow that was $29.99. Didnt get it because you basically have to assemble the thing 😔 (no thanks). Instead, I got a $7.99 bow (which was big enough), & stuck it on the windshield. Glad I didnt waste my $30 because my daughter didnt even notice the bow-she just saw 4 wheels.

Yay! They still had Thanksgiving items! The staff was nice!

Not a lot of selection for 65th Birthday

Wanted some halloween costumes for the kids... Selection and pricing wasnt impressive... And no returns allowed!!!

I ordered almost $100.00 worth of balloons for my daughters Sweet 16 party. Only half of the delivery came and they couldnt figure out where the problem went wrong and couldnt do anything to fix it. Manager didnt have any sympathy at all. Will not be ordering from this place ever again!

WORST PLACE EVER for balloons AND party favors. I am absolutely appalled by how they handled everything. I wish you can give this place less than one star. They definitely don’t even deserve that. Not only did I go there almost 2 hours before my party was supposed to start to give them time, they were so rude that I sat there to get balloons filled and ultimately was 45 minutes late to my daughter’s birthday party. I purchased 15 balloons, large, small, medium, and normal ones. 4 balloons popped in their parking lot from overfilling. And NO they would NOT replace those. Another three popped before I even got to my party… Which was 3-4 minutes away!!!! I walked into my party with eight out of 15 balloons… And by the time I got home, the big beautiful 2 1/2 foot unicorn was completely deflated flat on the ground ALONG with 2 others. When I woke up the next morning, there was ONE SINGLE balloon left… A week later and that ONE balloon is still going strong… That should tell you something. THAT is only ONE of the MANY wrong/rude things that had happened.

They do not carry NOTHING for the Beauty and the Beast theme party. Besides that they do carry unique cute items for your party. Several colors to choose from. Prices are reasonable.

This place has it all if youre looking for themed items this place has the best for things like that. Its right down the street from where I live I go in sometimes just to browse to not even buy anything.

They had nothing in the themed I wanted so I ended up having to order everything online so my suggestion is unless you want basic seems like princesses are cars anything like pirates are mermaids that doesnt have anything to do with a Disney character you will have to go online anyways so it was kind of pointless. but if you need to just get some basic colored things party favours maybe overpriced mylar balloons their your place

It was ok, mostly because I understand its a self serve retail store but the staff is walking around asking if you are finding everything. When we asked for more table covers she said yes I see we have more they must on top. Well we never got them.😫

Ok I get it if youre going to go thru renovations theres gonna be a huge lapse in material. But to call twice and not leave a message concerning your cancelation of my order is just poor customer service. Ontop of it all I get an email that says I violated cancel procedure and wont be refunded my money is something else entirely.

They have lots of things needed for gatherings but must make an appointment/order if need balloons. They will not assist if just show up wanting them, especially if they have a long list of orders. Make plans ahead of time when it comes to balloons. Friendly staff though.

The store caters to small children parties but if you need items for 40s, 50s, 60s, etc they ate very limited. Items very cheap looking. Here is an idea for someone to start a store that has fun items that do not look like the 99 cent store.

The store is well-designed. However, I went there specifically to get balloons with helium, but they ran out of helium, and I didnt know what else to do. So I bought an already pre-made helium Tiki man bouquet. It was all right, but just couldnt understand why they ran out of helium for like 2 weeks.

Baby shower games are extremely limited and I had to wait 45 minutes for five small balloons to be filled. This is not a last minute friendly location.

All of the staff were very helpful - great assortment of decorations for our birthday celebration!

I recently visited this location on June 18, 2017 ( which was FATHERS DAY (at around 1pm), I walked over to the balloon section to ask if they had any Fathers Day balloons for sale, the lady behind the counter (black hair in a ponytail) was ABSOLUTELY RUDE, she did not even turn to look at me when she said that they were sold out. to top it off she had some earphones in her ear as if she were talking on the phone and she did not wait for me to walk away when she continued talking to whomever she was talking to. This was my number one place for all my party needs but I will NEVER be returning again! I felt extremely DISRESPECTED and UNAPPRECIATED this is not professional AT ALL! I hope this does not happen to any more clients.

Customer service here is a joke. Came here to do a return as they wanted to turn me away my wife came in and let them know there was a way they can pull it up. Then when the manager came she then took the info and found it never had the audacity to come back and apologize for their mistake. Then the girl whom was doing our return completely was ignoring us then walked away after she left the return receipt on the counter. Didnt even say okay youre all set. Childish workers.

I bought a giant number balloon, and the balloon is not even fully filled with helium! Its almost like the balloon is 2 days old! Each balloon I bought cost $10. I dont recommend this store! You guys ruined my BIRTHDAY! Also the staff has attitude! They dont even know how to greet or tell details!

Worst place ever to get balloons!!! They make absolutely no accommodations and are extremely rude and condescending. Picked out a balloon that they filled and told me for one more balloon it was an hour in a half wait! Which makes NO sense considering it takes the same amount of time to fill two. Blows me away every time. Long lines... really need to get it together ! Last time I will go here. Every time I am amazed by how terrible customer service is.

They have a large variety of costumes and decorations. I go there often for a party needs. I also like to go there with my kids and we dress up and play in the costumes and thats pretty fun.
