Franklin Printing is a great company. I was in need of some presentations for a meeting and others in the Las Vegas area told me it wasnt possible and Franklin Printing didnt say no. They asked for the files and was able to not only print me the presentations but also have them done within a 4 hour window. These guys are fabulous! Everything about my experience was 5 star! A marketing company created a flyer for a fundraising event Im helping with and I needed 500 ready for us to pick up in one week. The printer the marketing company recommended could not give me a turnaround time for the order, so I called Franklin Printing instead. The person I spoke to on the phone helped me place the order online to save a little money and also made some recommendations about paper type and other things so that we would have a quality flyer at a more affordable price. He walked me through it and told me the file type I needed to upload. I placed the order Monday, approved the proof Tuesday morning, and Tuesday afternoon got the call from Franklin that our order was ready! I didnt even submit it as a rush - they offer a 3-day turnaround and that was fine. But getting them in less than one day just blew me away! And the quality is outstanding. I used their recommended flyer paper, which is like brochure-type paper with a nice gloss. It was perfect! These flyers are beautiful! From ordering, to customer service, to pick up - the whole experience was a dream. I will definitely use them again.

Very professional and quick turn around time! I ordered a small amount of flyers for my new business, was told theyd be done the next day, but they were finished later the same day. I ordered 10 and they threw in a few extra copies. When I went to go pick them up, the gentleman in the front was extremely nice. I cannot say enough about this team! Every single person that I spoke with from the time I I reached out about possibly doing business to picking up my materials was extremely friendly and helpful! This company saved my print job and delivered within a few days so I could meet a conference deadline. Without heir help it would have been a completed mess. We needed two huge stage banners. Several step and repeats. Which are usually a longer turn around and they found a ways to make it happen. We have been using Jackpot/Franklin for probably more than ten years. We initially started using them after calling different vendors and having them price things out, and they had the best prices for what we were looking for. And as our needs grew, they always had the best prices and were the most responsive to our needs. I HIGHLY recommend Frankin Printing for any needs you may have. They offer in house design, are reliable and have excellent turn around times. Also, they are accurate with billing and posting payments (which seems like a small thing but when a vendor gets this right it is one less headache to have to deal with.) What an awesome company. I sent in an image and requested a poster size (2x3) print. They did a great job. I’m a graphic artist and i can assure you Franklin Documents is by far the best printer in town for fast turnaround, high quality, best prices and customer service! I’ve been recommending them to my clients and they always say how grateful they are because they get the job done! Oh! And they have the best FedEx shipping rates too! But the best part is when my friend’s mom passed away, I needed funeral programs, laminated Mass cards and a family poster on foam board for the Church quick!.... 200 color programs and laminated Mass cards were printed and completed in one day...so we could have them in time for the Celebration of Life.
