They have always done a great job in servicing our car and have been one of the best small businesses we have encountered in Las Vegas. Every employee there has been knowledgeable and friendly...always respecting our concerns and treating our car like their own. This is the worst place to take your car. My wife took it in for a check engine light. The estimate was signed by someone there and not by my wife. Almost $3,900.00 later she paid the bill and got the car back, which promptly leaked fluid all over the drive way. The car was brought back and more repairs were made. Robert the manager, said its not their fault, defective parts. The repair was made and now the engine light is on again.They said they cant fix it and they are done.The bill was pretty high and said one part cost $2,722.00 alone. I asked about that and it was supposed to be all the parts but, there is another charge for $529.10. That in itself turned into another phone call to get an itemized bill with part numbers. The car was taken to the right place and found out My Auto used old gaskets among other things. We have all the pictures and parts to prove it. I asked Robert Young, manager at My Auto, if he would like to make this right and he expressed that they completed their job and its not their problem, he offered to pay for some detergent to clean the driveway. No dignity or respect for customers at this place and obviously beware of their Limited Warranty, which was never honored in our view, Remember he said they did their job, which of course is a lie.. The cost to repair the so called work that they did cost another $900.00. I dont feel they are qualified to change a light bulb at this rate. This is a really terrible place to consider taking your vehicle.

Daniel and his team really hooked me up and did a great service for me. I will continue to visit and use this place for any future repairs. They are professional and fast and the job is done right.

Ive been going to My Auto service for over 15 years, servicing five different cars. They provide excellent fast friendly service at very competitive prices. Lets face it, the auto repair industry is very shady at best, so to find a facility that doesnt buy into the scams is very rewarding. My Auto service offers oil changes, bake services, transmission services and general auto repair. They also handled a dispute I had with professionalism and courtesy, not to mention in my favor. Beware coming to this place! They are dishonest with their prices and will add items to your ticket that are not needed. Poor quality in service. They told me I needed new brakes and oil filter after I just changed them before bringing my vehicle in for an oil change. When I brought it up the store manager said oh yeah you were right!? I brought in another car and they told me the problem with the car was Cadillac converter’s which we had them change but the problem with the car consisted. Their response was oh I guess it wasn’t the Cadillac converter!? And they overprice for their oil changes compared to other auto shops by at least $40 extra. We will never go back and get our vehicles serviced there again. Bunch of snakes and rats that work there!

You got a car? They got the mechanics to fix it and get it running right. No b/s and blowing smoke, they tell you whats wrong and what needs to be done to make it right. Looking for an honest mechanic, this is the place.

My friend and I have been going here for years the Owners Robert and his son are the best. They always provide effective, honest, and knowledge services. My 2007 Nissan Xterra needed so much work done and due to Covid 19 I was recently called back to work so my funds arent that great now. So because they are humans and have a heart verses just being a business trying to rip struggling locals off they actually worked with me big time saving me lots of money which I appreciate so much. I mean their prices are already low and reasonable. Also they have the best customer service ever even the guys fixing the cars are very nice and honest. I Will continue to come here and recommend My Auto Service to friends and family. Also reading the previous review I disagree you have to understand that Covid has impacted everything meaning less man on hand, longer wait times, and hours of operation being cut so patience is a huge key factor and you cant blame these guys for it its not their fault with high demand of people needing services and all these restrictions they have to follow to not get shutdown damn give them a break.

Just went in 9-21-20. Not only wouldnt they honor the $9.95 smog check deal, they wouldnt even honor the price I paid on another car 2 months ago. $14.95. Said the new $19.95 price had been in effect for 6-8 months now. Pretty big increase in just 2 months! Place next door AA Auto will do a smog check for $9.95 no questions asked..... Guess My Auto Service has more business then they need. 😮🤔😡My last review 2 months ago:Got a smog done very quickly with a great price. 5 star.

Been going there for 15 years. Recently had a headlight go out. They’re high performance headlights and 6 years old so it cost $1000 to replace both of them. After I got it back I noticed I had no high beams. Took it back and they fixed it. A week later the same headlight blew again. They said there must be a short. They fixed it (again) and guess what? NO HIGH BEAMS! I give up!

I get that y’all like money. So dose everyone else. Now you have a bunch of mine n I got yard art that won’t start. N I’m told to take it somewhere else. What? Honesty integrity commitment. These are quality’s for running a business. N finishing what u start.

I took my vehicle to have it checked out... they wanted almost $1600 to “ fix” the problem.. I had it done for $200... they were after that 1400 stimulus money I didn’t get! CROOKS

My family and I have been taking our vehicles to My Auto for years. My auto is definitely the type of company you refer friends to. The customer service is always excellent all employees are so nice to their customers. The employees are very knowledgeable and professional and explain everything on a level you can understand and feel comfortable when leaving the shop. I appreciate all what my auto has done for me.! After a failed clutch on my 2015 fiesta st, My Auto Service did an excellent job of repairing my vehicle. Although we faced issues with the official ford parts supplier delivering the correct parts on time, these guys kept me updated through the whole process and did an excellent job of informing me of any problems or changes with the repair. Robert was professional and knowledgeable of my car. It sucks to have to deal with an expensive and urgent repair, but the guys here gave me the best experience possible. About a month after repair, car runs smooth and no surprise issues, with a 1 year warranty included.

I have always really liked you in the past but todays experience ran me off so to speak. I have been calling asking if you can do an oil change right now. Often you cant and I understand that...I wont sit in a waiting room with other people for an hour or more due to Covid-19 so I kept calling. My plan was to find a good time then sit outside. Today, around 2:45, I called and was told it was a 1 1/2 hour wait...plus the time to do the car, he said I was the last one for the day. I said I could be back in an hour and he said its first come, first served so they cant do that. I am a regular customer and I told him that...to no avail. So I had no choice but to wait an hour and a half extra plus 30-60 minutes in your building with other people OR wait in 106 degree heat for that amount of time. My doctor, your doctor, every infectious disease specialist, our local health department...they will all say I should do neither. As far as I am concerned, your first come first served policy would have been in place, the only difference is that you would have kept my place in line. So I left. Now I cant come back. VERY unprofessional and I am also very disappointed.

Thank you, My Auto for always being reliable when our cars are not!!We have been bringing our cars to My Auto for over 5 years now, Roy and the rest of the My Auto staff have always taken excellent care of us.We recently (October 2019) took our daughters car to the dealership shop for some MAJOR repairs being covered by our insurance, after repeatedly having to return the car for the same two repairs, we got the green light from our insurance to take it to My Auto. It took longer to get the refund from the other shop than it did for My Auto to complete the repairs correctly and get my daughter back in her car.The check engine light remains off and the car is running like new.

As an out-of-towner, and not very car-savvy, I was nervous about paying too much for repairs. They were kind, professional, and went above and beyond to answer my questions. In an overwhelming situation My Auto Service was a godsend in sin city!

I had a hard time finding a repair shop when I moved here to Vegas, because I had such a great one back home. I was so worried I wouldnt find a good one here! Turns out, I did! They dont rip you off, they listen to your concerns, and they call you every step of the way so youre not surprised by anything. Great shop!!

This is my spot for automotive repairs that I cant do. Excellent service from the mechanics, awesome front desk person. The service manager personally talks to everyone and tries to do everything in his power to keep your car on the road and not break the bank. The owner his son, and daughter are excellent and super friendly. I recommend this place to everyone I know with a vehicle. They treat you like family should be their slogan cause they really do. I just wish they would change the tv in the waiting room. Not exactly my cup of tea in entertainment lol.

They performed unauthorized work on our car, and admitted that someone on the staff screwed up the communication (they dont know who), but they demanded we pay. While they dropped the price slighty in response to our complaints, they were very unkind and unprofessional with my wife, and we wont be going back to them.

For the past few years I have been taking my truck to My Auto service. They have awesome customer service, top shelf when it comes to repairs, and they will go over the top in assistance if you need a tow.One time on a Sunday my alternator died and I called My Auto. They were closed, but Jim the owner made time to tow my truck to the shop. On Monday the alternator was replaced and ready for pick up.In May 2018 my truck was serviced for a tuneup and the fuel injectors cleaned up. The cables were burned up from resting on the motor. Josh and Ron solved the problem by insulating the cables and resting them on caddies.On a hot day in June my alternator was going out due to a bad clutch fan. I took it to My Auto. Josh and Ron had their challenges on this one. After the repairs they tested it and the water pump exploded. They replaced all of the damaged parts. They were fair in their charges.I don’t trust most auto repair shops, but My Auto is a completely different animal. They take their time, but their high quality of work and their excellence in customer service is why I will continue doing business with them. I highly recommend Jim & Josh and everyone at My Auto.

I recently became a Customer at the Flamingo/Rainbow location to be exact 6765 w Flamingo. I had a A/C Evacuate and recharge on my 2002 Hyundai Sonata, at a unbeatable Price Other locations charge double, even though its a promo, But they did A great job, and My A/C is working just Fine,.. I also had a R- Axle replaced, at a very reasonable price. I also just had a third Service, a Smog Service, and my car passed with flying colors, and the Service Manager, of the store Daniel, is very knowledgeable, and very honest up front, and will treat U right. Also Kristina, the receptionist is also very hospitable, and prompt, with her service. All in all Im very pleased with this place, and I am coming back again. Thank You My Auto Service. I just got on here to get the phone # to refer a friend. I was shocked by the bad remarks. I have had 2 cars fixed here, both were big jobs on older cars. I even had a friend who is a mechanic at a dealership say all the prices and work was good. I would never go anywhere else. Honestly the best car service shop Ive been too.The lady upfront is always super helpful.I work right near the store so coming to it is always a quick convenience. Came in right after work for a smog check near closing time, manager helped me out and was very kind. Ive been coming here for every service Ive needed and the prices and service has been outstanding.

Always fair and VERY customer friendly! I can always trust them to be honest! My whole family only uses them for service and repair! I never need to worry about coupons for maintenance because they always have a good price!

They found that my transfer case blew. There was no charge to find the problem. Roy took care of me. Their initial estimate was between $1700 to $2000, but Roy found a used one and the total cost came to only $800. They saved me at least $1000 that I couldnt afford. They are straight shooters and they take care of their customers.

I have been going there for 4 or 5 years now, and I have previously given them a 5-star. Today I wasnt treated very well and, yes, I angry about it.I got there this morning shortly before 8 am, and told the woman at the counter that I wanted to get my vehicle smog checked. She took my keys, had me sign a form and said, There is one car ahead of you for a smog.Anywhere else that would mean a 5 to 15 minute wait. I sat and watched the last 30 minutes or so of an old Rock Hudson movie on their wall-mounted tv. Then I went outside and saw that my car hadnt been moved yet, so I took a long slow walk which took almost another 30 min. on my return the car still hadnt been moved. I think that I succeeded not showing her how pissed I was when I calmly told her, Im going to get going. Can I have my keys? She handed them over without a word and I quietly left.I got back home about 75 min after I had left. It was not a fun way to start the day. I have never had a problem before and they have always been great as far as customer service in concerned and maybe this woman was just having a bad day, but this morning she did not say that shed check and get me in soon, she didnt apologize, she didnt even make an excuse.Very disappointed!

I have been taking my Honda Element to Honda for years but once I got over 200,000 miles I started having a lot of issues with my car misfiring and shaking/idling. Honda kept saying it was different things and I kept spending over 1000 dollars each time...but after fixing it the issue was never resolved 100 percent and kept coming back. Finally, I took my Element to My Auto and they were very honest and open about how bad the situation was and what my options were. It took them a frustrating few weeks with waiting for parts and intensive labor but they were finally able to fix what Honda never even suggested was the problem AND all under 1000! I am so thankful Roy and Robert were patient with the process as it took them a bit to get everything perfect but they didnt want to give me back my car until it was perfect! Another thing to note is that they treat everybody like family, great care and costumer service. When I was waiting to pick up my vehicle other costumers kept coming in and Roy greeted each person like he knew them but after listening to their conversation I figured out thats how he treats everyone.

Nice guys and well priced but they didn’t do a thorough job. I had two lights on my vehicle that I asked them to look at. They told me the sensors were reading a bad steering column but that was fine so the sensor is bad and should be replaced for $1,300 or just live with the lights on and reassured me my car was fine. Then after leaving and then saying that I noticed my steering column wasn’t fine. To keep my car straight, my wheel had to be pulled about 25 degrees or so to the left. So I went somewhere else, did an alignment for $80 and the lights were gone and now my car drives straight. Nothing wrong with my sensor

On 4/27/19 I brought in my car to My Auto Service LLC on 7870 W Ann Road since my car was leaking oil. Robert (Manager) said the Oil Cooler Gasket was leaking so I paid them to fix the issue which came out to $141 OTD. After 4 months, I noticed my car was still leaking oil so I brought it back to them since it was still under warranty. They told me they couldn’t figure out where the leak was coming from so they inserted some colored dye into the oil and told me to come back in a few days.I requested a day off from work to repair the oil leak. I went back to them and they told me the problem is with the Oil Pan Gasket which would cost me an additional $761.22 to get it fixed. At this point I was in shock and very frustrated since they initially had told me the problem was with the Oil Cooler Gasket and not the Oil Pan Gasket. Robert repeatedly told me nothing was wrong with the Oil Cooler Gasket so I decided to go to AA Auto Care on 7860 West Ann Road which is located right next door and to two other repair shops to get a few opinions. George (Manager) from AA Auto Care was extremely helpful and did a free inspection to verify where the oil leak was coming from and told me within 10 minutes that it’s due to a faulty oil cooler gasket. He even inserted liquid dye and cleaned underneath my car so I can see exactly where the leak was coming from. I highly recommend everyone to go to AA Auto Care instead of My Auto Service!All three repair shops told me the main problem was with oil cooler gasket and not the oil pan gasket and I even recorded videos displaying where the leak was coming from. After wasting roughly 6 hours driving back and forth to different repair shops, I came back to speak to Robert. I showed him the video and he took a quick glimpse and told me that repairing the oil cooler gasket is not going to solve the problem which didn’t make any sense. Robert never apologized for wasting my time or for trying to charge me for an expensive part that was never needed to begin with. Eventually, after several minutes he told me to just bring it back on the following day to see if they could fix the part.I had to request another day off from work for them to replace the part. The next day, I showed up at 8:30 am so they could work on my car right away; however, it took all day to receive the part and get it installed. Once they replaced the faulty oil cooler gasket, Robert calls me at 3:30 pm and tells me that my car is still leaking oil. When I arrive to take a look, Robert doesn’t confront me and instead asks Roy (Other Manager) to tell me that they no longer can see any oil leaks. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life! I will never do business with this repair shop and will tell all my friends and family to do the same. I had plans on reporting them to the DMV and Better Business Bureau; however, Jack the owner’s son was respectful and was pleasant to deal with so I no longer plan on reporting them. I suggest everyone avoid dealing with Robert since he’s disrespectful and a liar!!!

Always friendly & quick. Victoria is a sweetheart that knows her stuff. I always bring my own oil & filter. I don’t always like getting my hands dirty because I’m in the foodservice business.

This place is mediocre its where you go for an alignment, tire rotation and oil change or as a last minute place it everywhere else is busy and you need if done right away. They dont even complete the minor repairs right, they got my brake lights working again somehow for about 3 days but didnt even replace the part that needed to be replaced and they misdiagnosed my oil leak. If you want a place that has more knowledgeable service and is better overall go to the place with the same name on craig rd they are excellent there

Great continued service. Had a problem after one svc and had to take vehicle back. They diagnosed, fixed it, and no charge. Will keep using. Been to about 5 other service shops including dealerships. Like this place best for our high end European vehicle and trucks.

Went in to have window motor repaired and it took two days to get done. Never received a call back to let me know what the status of the car was and when the job was done, the door was barely put back together! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Ive gone to these guys for most of my service and major repairs. I have a 2001 Toyota 4Runner and for a long time, no one could figure out why my check engine light + evap warning was going off. It wasnt the gas cap and it was always a problem when I needed to get smogged. These guys fixed it right and for a fair price. I highly recommend!

I been a happy Customer for 5 years...till 2 month ago...them give me the wrong estimate charging me $600 I got no problem with that I just want to fix that car....car still with the same problem I been there 4 times already and every time I get there is a diferent history...Sorry Guys but if you guys still doing this you will lost your reputation...Good Luck

I went to try and get a smog check. Which on my car takes about 3 minutes to do. I pulled in at about 5:40 and they said they stopped taking cars at 5:30. All they were doing were sitting there texting and smoking. Horrible. I dont recommend going to any of these. All lazy people. Spend the couple bucks you might be saving and just go somewhere else!

We have several vehicles that we have taken over the years.These are people who really care and don’t recommend repairs that you don’t need and their pricing is extremely fair.I send all my friends and family to this shop.

We were loyal customers for a few years. I even wrote a glowing review for them once. Im not sure if we finally noticed it or if something changed within the business but they became very untrustworthy. For the last year we would have to bring our car back almost every other month to have something fixed often times things things they said they already fixed. We paid them A LOT of money over the years. We had them replace our engine based on their reccomendation. The unprofesionalism that occured with this was outrageous and I could write a book all about it. Within a month we had a squealing sound which seemed to be the belt ( which they replaced along with the engine). They said it wasnt so, it was in fact another problem that was $800 approximate job. How convienent. We declined the suggested repair. Instead took our shop to another place that is owned by a friends friend, has excellent reviews, and has been in business for years. Had them do a thorough inspection of our vehicle. Surprise surprise. Its the belt!!! My auto didnt want to fix the job for free on the warranty and instead, Im almost certain, tried to scam us out of more money. It makes me sick to think that they probably have lied to us for years. There were actually a few other repairs that my auto had suggested that we had put off as they were deemed not urgent. The new shop didnt find a darn thing wrong with those other items either. Lovely. Stay far away from my auto.

Went for a Smog check but only had one person that could do it and he was busy working on a gas tank, told me to come back in two hours. I found another place to go to.

I went here because a smog test is required to renew my car registration at the local DMV. Every other time I did a smog test, it took no longer than 10 minutes. Here, for some reason took them over 30 min, was not even busy but I was pressed for time and needed it done. These *** then tried to con me out of buying a new battery for my 2 year old car. They were under my hood and one of the mechanics pointed out the white marks FROM THE STICKERS ON THE BATTERY and tried to convince me it was battery erosion. After I was done at the DMV my freakin check engine light came on and now my car is not working properly. These (holy crap imagine all the curse words and names I have for them) made my car worst. My car is only 2 years old, well maintained, was at a shop only a week prior and everything was fine.I do not live in the area but a friend does, which is why I was in the area, I told her about my experience today and sure enough, she had a similar experience where she went there for a simple oil changed and she ended up having to pay over $400 in repairs for something they kept doing. She was clueless to what was going on and kept going back to them until she finally went to get a second opinion.I think they preyed on me because I am a young female, I seemed like a easy target. Do not go here, they will rip you off, steal car parts and con you.

Terrible. They lie and state you can not be near vehicle when smogging stating its Nevada law. Yet they cannot show you the law and then get angry and tell you to leave. What do they have to hide? What are they doing to your vehicle if you cant be near it or in it while being smogged. Not to be trusted.

If I could give them a negative number I would. In my career I was an auto and power plant mechanic at Travis AFB in California.Im sixty now with a myriad of disabling back lash from racing days (some nasty accidents have come home to roost!), so I took my truck in, a 1971 F100 classic to get some warranty work done including a frozen slave cylinder or possibly lead-lag shoe displacement, carburetor adjustment and possible timing tuning.I had brought the truck to the Craig Street facility, but after the brakes, they said they dont have anyone there for carb and timing, so they sent the truck to the Ann road office.I had to bring the truck right back because it was stalling first right out of the driveway and pulling like hell during braking...thats dangerous..(auto tranny), then it stalled several times around town.I took it back to Ann st to get it done right this time, but the girl at the counter became extremely rude when I told her I needed it done right this time. I was angry, but I did not press her because of it.She ignored me whie I stood there apparently to pay me back for being authoritative. I asked about cab services they would recommend to get home and she said We dont do that, we dont recommend cab services...she went back to ignoring me.I asked again if I could borrow a phone book to look up a cab, and she said they dont have any...and went back to ignoring me...There were two othe seniors there, one ten years my senior and a WWII vet! Twenty years my senior...being a disabled vet as myself.At one point the lady of seventy said I should get a hold of the owner. Then the girl behind the counter said We usually drop customers off at home, but we dont have anyone free...I asked why she didnt tell me that in the first place...she ignored me again. She tried to compensate after seeing this was turning into a dog and pony show in front of other customers and gave me a number for an Uber car...why not a cab company I have no clue.I dont know about you, but disrespect of your elders pisses me off to no end, especially when you are supporting their job with your money.By now, the 80 year+ veteran got up and walked over to me and whispered that I ought to get a hold of the owner and let him know what has happened.They conitued to ignore me and the truck. I asked the girl why she was not answering me and being rude, she started to talk and a mechanic with mouse brown hair about 57 or maybe 58 (Hard for me to gauge since Im six-two) with tattoos on his arms told her to quit talking to me...at that point, fifteen years ago I would have grabbed his shirt collar and dragged him over the counter to the woodshed. These people have no respect for others...I can only assume the attitude comes from the top.I finally demanded my keys back and went elsewhere, and after my move this month into a house I purchased, I will demand a partial refund or go to small claims and provide BBB and Consumer Affairs the info.To summarize this, they did not repair the brake issue at Craig street, and the Ann street garage screwed up the timing and carburetor adjustment worse than I brought it in.I took the truck to Classics and Collectibles where Phil, the mechanic fixed the whole thing in a couple of hours. He found the vacuum hose on a wrong fitting on the carburetor which explained some of the rough running...how in the hell you screw that up I have no idea.The timing was advanced too far, in my opinion the My Auto mechanic on Ann guessed at what was wrong and how to repair it instead of doing any research. The timing was advanced to overcome the issue they had created by putting the vacuum line on the wrong part of the carb.Phil also found the shoes were disintegrated. Craig street My Auto was supposed to have fixed that.So there you go...you have been informed.Semper Fi.

IF I COULD PUT NO STARS I WOULD !! SWITCHED MY AIR BAGS TO SHOCKS EVERYTHING WORKING FINE 4 DAYS LATER MY REAR END GOES OUT . ASKED THEM IF THAT WAS RELATED TO THERE WORK AND OF COURSE THEY SAID NOOO , SO I PAID $1000 TO GET IT REPLACED . AFTER THAT A WEEK LATER I START HEARING GRINDING IN MY FRONT END . TOOK IT TO A DIFFRENT SHOP AND THEY SAID IT DUE TO THE SHOCKS NOT BEING INSTALLED CORRECTLY . FOR THE LOVE OF GODDDDDDDD !!!!! IF YOU READ ALLLL THESE REVIEWS AND YOU STILL GO OR GO BACK FOR SERVICE YOUR A COMPLETE IDIOT !!!

Always repair what needs to be done on time and done right.

OK, now I have to take my car back for the 4th time for work these guys claimed they did and charge me over $1700 for. They either didnt change my wheelbearings at all or they put used parts on my car cause they already had to change the right side 3 days after they did the work and now the left side needs to be done AGAIN....I cant believe these people feel good about putting cars on the road that are dangerous to drive in the condition they let them drive out of their shop in....especially claiming and charging to do the work.....anyone who has had shotty work done here, needs to file a complaint with the BBB....I DID......I also filed a complaint with consumer afairs.
