After I gave my description of the car, an offer was made to me. I accepted the offer and they came to pick up my car with the money promised. I had checked another place and they tried to offer me half what this company was offering.

When the tow arrived, everything was handled quickly and easily. After demonstrating that the vehicle was operational and in good condition, there was no problem with receiving the amount offered online and getting the vehicle loaded up. It was all over with no fuss. They did get docked a star for not showing up when scheduled. The pickup was supposed to be on a Wednesday between 1 and 5 PM, but they pushed it back a day and did not bother to notify me. I had to take an extra half-day off of work, and that was irritating. But once they got to me, everything was handled perfectly. I recommend doing business with them with the caveat that you need to have extensive flexibility with your daily schedule.

I was skeptical at first but the location on lamb is super legit got my quote and then my check it was cashed within minutes

Set up an appointment between 1pm - 5pm , never received a call saying they were on their way to pick up my vehicle. Called them at 50th only to get voice-mail. Around 6:15 - 6:30pm i get a call from tow company say their on the way. Quite ridiculous. Ruined my plans for the day / night due to sitting around waiting.

The customer service was terrible, I waited for over 3 hours for a transaction that lasted less than 5 minutes. The only person that was professional and actually helped me out what someone from the New York customer service department, everyone else from the Las Vegas location kept giving everyone attitudes and terrible customer service. Before I was helped and after I was helped a lot of the customers left very angrily

Omar the customer service agent would not even take the car information without the name on the title. The name has nothing to do with selling a car, after asking a couple of questions about the year of the car he then just hung up the phone. When I called back and asked for a supervisor the person who answered said they were independent contractors and their was no supervisor and when I pressed him to talk to a supervisor he the hung up on me. Nice bunch of guys clueless of what they are doing. Shame on you for treating potential customers like that.
