Just to be up front, I am ruthless in my reviews and I rarely offer a 5 star reviews. However, as a reference I took my Ford F150 to 4 different shops (including the Ford Dealership) and I got the run around. Every shop quoted different prices and they were all inconsistent in what my truck needed and quotes were as high at $2500. I took it to USA auto and the provided me with a fair quote of $600 and this included multiple services and they saved me essentially $2000. My truck is running like a new truck. The service manager was professional and did the work quicky. I am just ecstatic about the level of service I received. This place is about a 30 minute drive from my house but I wont go anywhere else now as the proof is the the price and how my truck rides now. Fantastic!

I found the service to be amazing and they listen to what you have to say and go above and beyond expectations.The staff is friendly and always willing to do what ever it takes to solve the issues.I had been to a previous place and they could never resolve the issues l was having and one conversation with your staff and l knew l found a place l could truly trust my car with.You have truly made my life so much easier know my SUV is in good hands.

HiA friend of mine bought a car and brought it here to get serviced by Thomas, when she got the car back it over heated and the engine was ruined, when she brought it back and Thomas said the motor was bad so the told her it would be $3800 to replace the engine with a new one so she paid for it, and after months of beating around the bush with different excuses as the wrong part came in to that they had deliver the wrong engine she got her car back and she still had to bring the truck back after a week and they said it was the transmission this time and sent her next door to Global auto repair which cost her $1351.49 to repair that gave her 1 year in warranty on the transmission but the vehicle still had the same problem so she took it to GMC which told her the engine was bad, so she brought it back and it was kept for more than 3 moths with the same excuses and at the end she asked to speak to a manager and was directed to Raul who said that on a few days they would have the parts come in and she would get her truck back and after a few days Raul said the part was never order and that Thomas wasn’t there and that it was past the warranty coverage of 3 months which in the first place she was told 3 years as it was a new engine, turns out they installed a used engine that only had the 3 months warranty but even if that was the case she had not had the car for more than 3 months before it broke down again, she asked for the money back and her car and they keep telling her that the vehicle will be ready in a few days, and when that day comes they change the day again, they are offering offering her 1500 and her truck back without being fixed, they told her to take her truck if she wants to and even sue if that’s the case because Thomas was not there anymore... does anyone know any attorneys for this case?

DONT USE THIS SHOP!!!!They are crooks!!! They took money from a finance company i applied w to get repaired done....they of course couldnt handle the repairs they promised and now wont give the company the money back!!They lie cheat and steal..Tomas....acted like the engine repair was no problem...after he got the money then he said he couldnt do it!

July 17, 2020 oil change at USA Auto. They warned me to replace brakes ASAP or wheel damage. I went to Fairview GMC (purchased here) an hour later & they showed me the brakes had 80% remaining!!!August 31, 2021 GMC replaced cabin & engine filter; brakes still have 50% 14 months after USA Auto told me to replace ASAP! An hour later I went to USA Auto for smog check, They did not look or inspect but told me to replace cabin filter!!! I did that 3 miles ago at GMC, TODAY!!! I am 87 years old, USA Auto tried to take advantage of me both times I went there. They are willing to cheat me an old man - I bet they also overcharge women, young people & any one else that has limited auto repair knowledge, those that trust them for help. Do not go to this shameful business. I am going to share all of this with BBB & my neighbor, a consumer advocate at RJW.

Stay away from this place.they wanted to charge me $700 for brakes. I brought a 1968Cadillac they said they can work on. I just got it it’s a project car that’s running sluggish. They kept the car for 3 days wanted to charge me$500 I thought they replaced parts. He said they did an adjustment. After taking about the price the wanna be thug who’s the manger said. Why didn’t you do it yourself. And nobody wants to work on these old cars. But they took it in quick enough. They lowered the price to $350 and I drove off. Here’s the kicker it’s running the same as when I brought it in. Do not I repeat do not go to this shop. There 2 auto shops or more per block in Vegas. Do not go here. I’m reporting them to the BBB

PLEASE READ THE ALL CAPS BELOW FIRST I was quoted 750.00 dollars to fix my car and was told I had to get factory parts that would cost 350.00. I went online got my part from a after market dealer for 80.00 and spent a hour and a half fixing it . Also the guy running the kept pushing his credit card at 24 percent interest. Id get a couple estimates before going here. IM SORRY I MESSED UP AND WROTE THIS BY ACCIDENT. IT WAS A PLACE DOWN OFF OF SAHARA AND BUFFALO. This was the most shady shop Ive ever been to. Took my car in for a job that the manager told would only take a couple hours. A week and a half later they told me they ordered the wrong parts and would put my car back together so I would have it till the right parts came in, that never happened. They had my car for almost a month with no updates and everytime I called they would just put me on hold and never return. Eventually they called and said it was done. Ill be taking it to the dealership for factory recalls soon and will have them check to see if the mechanic even replaced the parts I paid 900 dollars for. This place is the worst place I have been too. They had me bring my car in because it broke down just as I was about to move. Said get it in here and will have it fixed by the time you move. It has now been 3 weeks and my car has not even been touched. When I call it’s the same excuse as I have so many other cars, I’ve been sick, my fill in didn’t to do any of the jobs he was suppose too. I would not recommend ever coming here. Your car will be stuck for weeks and will not get done. They are terrible at communicating, they tell you they will call you back and they don’t. If I didn’t call every week to check on it, I wouldn’t know what’s going on. Horrible place, horrible service and I will not be coming back. If my car is not done by next week kind this will be 4 weeks going on, I will have to pull my car out and go some where else. So crazy to me that they have one job one job and can’t seem to do it anymore right. So disappointed in this place. Also looking to go to the better business bureau on this company for the service I have received.

Went for an oil change and left with my height seat latch broken…. Said they would fix it but haven’t heard from them in 2 weeks. Called several times just to be told the manager would call back and when I finally did talk to the manager he told me to wait for the district manager to call. Still hasn’t happened….. crazy cause I was about to get a lot of work done.

Smoged 12 dollars great price and friendly staff. They asked if I wanted them to check the fluid and stuff and I said I do my own work and they respected that and didnt mess with. I recommend 100%thanks

Smog was done and it was cheap but in this case, u get what u pay for. The guy actually broke my glove box and didn’t have the decency or integrity to even tell me. Didn’t even try to fix it either. I get home, try to put my receipt in the glove box and it just falls on the floor, with the pieces he broke inside so I know they did it. I hate when dealerships try to take advantage. If course they’re gonna act like they don’t know what happened. My car was fine before I went there. Never going there again!

I went to get my oil changed, was told my brakes were bad. I opt to get them done later. Went back 3 months later to get my smog and brakes. I was advised my brakes were good but everything else was wrong my car. They gave me a bill of $1500. My brakes started grinding the next month. They get over on people do not go here

I have a jetta TDI 2013 my car was making so much Noise &Very Rocky anyhow on 01/08/21 i went here .the Manger told me it was my lower torque mount, i said can i take a pic he said yes i did which nothing look wrong to me. Anyhow i said if that the problem fix it i payed 316.00..when i pull off my car still sound and move the same i went rite back the Manger said oh you need your 120k service. so on 1/9/21 came back got the 120k 299.00 i payed..i then reminded him he charge me 45$ for power steering Fluid when my car dont have it .the manger say it comes with the services WOW so i cant get refund of 45$..Anyhow No changes with my car so i made appointment with Volkswagen 1/21/21 come to fine the loud noise the rocky was my SWAYBAR LINK Another 400$...I was RIP OFF and Put in Danger

I spent $800 dollars to have nothing fixed and the car in worse shape than when I brought it in. After complaining my car suddenly had the alternator burn out and battery killed when I had them replaced a couple months ago. Dont do business with these people, they dont care about their customers in any way.

12/09/2020 - Horrible customer service by the front desk representative. We came in and asked how long a smog test would take because we had to be at work by 10 am. The representative told us that it would be 15-20 minutes. Past that time we asked her again and she just said the exact same phrase without even verifying anything. She went inside and brought us the car keys and did not offer any explanation so we asked whether the smog test was done or not and she said no. She was just giving us our car keys back. Did not apologize or explain anything to us. Dont bother doing a smog test here. You will not be appreciated as a customer.

To addesss owners response, why does the back of the receipt state the warranty as differnt. Also as I mentioned at the end of my review that I was paying again for the work a year later. Which means it was over a year ago.I have just found out that they replaced an oil gasket, however my car doesnt use an oil gasket, per the dealership. Now I have applied $5967.00 repair because this company improperly tried to fix a simple issue.I initially very please with USA auto, but a year after my services all three areas need to be looked at. The released my car with an obvious loose sound associated with the clutch they had just replaced.The oil leak returned in the exact same spot and my steering wheel column is not straight. They marked it to install straight but apparently never checked to see if they got it straight.They had my car for over 2 weeks so i wasnt thrilled on having to take it back. By the time I was ready to go back it was 100 days or so from repairs.THEY ONLY WARRANTY THEIR SERVICE FOR 90 DAYS.Someone also spilled something at the shop on my car and it leaked into the front headlight cover.I am sorry if my previous review encouraged anyone to use them.The cost at the time was beyond resasonable but in hine sight was it really if everything needs to be addressed again a year later?

Im such a happy driver today after a great experience a USA Auto Service. Customer service was awesome! RENEE is a wonderful employee. She explained everything to me so patiently. I was really impressed with her. Shes a gorgeous girl and so smart and kind. I got my brake pads and rotors replaced for an unbeatable price. She tossed in a new air filter with the oil change. I grabbed several business cards to pass out at work. Thank you for honest repairs with a smile.

Went in to see what was wrong with my car because it had a hard time starting up. They checked it for 30$ and told me the battery and alternator needed to be replaced. I replaced them and the total cost with labor was 800$Almost Immediately, the problem came back and my car ended up dying within 3-4 days of not being turned on. I had to jump start it, drive it back, then have them rediagnose it. They now told me the PCM had to be replaced which could cost 1800$So which was it? Did I just burn 800$ on a new battery and alternator that wasnt even the source of the problem?Moral of the story: always get a second opinion on whats wrong with your car before you pay steep prices.

I really think it’s important to be fair. I just returned from a visit to USA Auto Service on Decatur for an oil change on my 2003 Ford Explorer. The service, efficiency and professionalism I experienced was really excellent. Renee was on top of everything and was friendly and informative to everyone she dealt with while I was there.In reading past reviews, I have noticed that some previous comments, about Renee specifically, have been extremely harsh. I can only suggest that whenever people have to be given bad news (needed expensive repairs, etc.), whoever has to deliver the bad news is in a really tough position. Renee was great and everyone did a wonderful job.

Would not recommend this place. Was given lower price over phone for spark plug install than in person so politely declined that service. Went first thing at 8 AM to have them help me figure out why batt slowly drains and I have to jump every week. After calling 5 hours later for status update, was told bad starter and quoted a 950$ price to be able to use the vehicle again. I jumped in first UBER available, started car, paid diagnostic test (which didnt mention anything about starter) and drove off. The following Saturday Findley Chevy quoted me cheaper spark plug install price and diagnosed the batt problem as a bad UBEC connector. My car has never run better. I added this estimate as proof after this shop shadily commented they couldnt find proof of me ever going to their shop

Took me an hour just to get my smog check test.....THAT REALLY SUCKS.

Got my oil changed at pep boys and they told me they would check everything, and that everything was good after. Still had my service engine light on and told me it would be $100 just to check it with no discount if I get whatever the problem is fixed with them. Called USA Auto and they told me they could diagnose it for only $50 and would waive that fee if I get it fixed through them. Got me in to get it checked super fast with awesome customer service!

It appears that the owner of this business is not really concerned about its customers, based on his response to these reviews. Something needs to be done about this business. Its appears his employees prey on the young elderly, people of color and mechanical naive individuals. The Bureau of Automotive Repair, Las Vegas Small Business Assoc, The Better Business Bureau and any other governing or licensing agency. The time for this to stop is now. Any time a business goes thru the number of employees that this business goes through truly represent a huge problem. Looking at the complaints of how people were taking advantage of. When they would go in for 1 thing they would end up with numerous problems and taking it back was even a bigger hassle after paying all of that money for repairs they found out that they didnt need or finding out the problem they paid to be corrected or fixed had not even been touched. Any person(s) with a sound mind, a conscious or compassion would not allow this type of behavior to exist in a business associated with their name. I AM Totally Surprised & Shocked.So I say lets join together to stop this.

I needed to replace the ignition coils and a standard tune up. I called Vinney and he said around $300. We set a time for 8 a.m. this morning. When I got there Vinney wasnt there but Robert helped me. I told him the price I was quoted and also said I needed him to check the alternator which seemed to be acting up, and the air conditioning, which was running warm. During the subsequent phone call he said the alt seemed okay but the air conditioning needed freon (for $119). During the next phone call he said I needed a new air filter and cabin filter which he already did (for the ridiculous price of $30 each) and he replaced a tail light that was still working but cracked, and that I should replace the serpentine belt. He also advised I needed new brakes, which I knew. None of this was something I had asked him to check or replace. Now just so you know, I do a lot of my own maintenance. I had replaced the alternator, air and cabin filters and the serpentine belt within the month MYSELF. They were BRAND NEW. I asked to see the air filters when I picked the car up and he said fine. When I got there, he wasnt there. The price was $790. (The price I had approved was $419 remember) They didnt have the air filters to show me. I was advised the coil kit was $500 not $300. These people are crooks. Its especially heinous because Im not working during the pandemic. Shameful. Dont go there. I have also advised my Uber friends not to go there.

The only reason I put a single star is because of the rude and condescending treatment from the front office Renee. (Not only to me but several other patrons )she told me I didnt qualify for a loan in front of everyone. !! 😣The oil change was fast and very reasonable.😀 I needed other work done.The mechanics are wonderful they were very understanding . Last year my Mom had her fuel pump and fuel filter done over there at the tune of $800, and everything seamed fine until this past Saturday. He car broke down at a friends house. Because of the warranty on the work previously done, we had the car towed over to USA Auto. They diagnosed the car and stated that there was something completely different wrong with the car, an ignition switch. After receiving the price, we decided to call the shop that my family usually uses and get a quote. The quote that we received was $150 cheaper, so we had the car moved over to the new shop. Once the new shop diagnosed the car, they determined that it was not the ignition switch or anything that has to do with the ignition. It was a defective fuel pump. I called over to USA Auto and spoke to a manager named Juan. I advised him of what our findings were. He stated that if I wanted to bring the car back, he would fix the fuel pump and send us on our way. I told him that I believe that they should pay for the tow back to his shop, where I was met with a hard no. I told him that I believe that they were going to replace the fuel pump but didnt want to absorb the cost and found something else to replace to make some money. He disagreed and I told him BS. After I said BS, he stated that I shouldnt talk to him like that because I wouldnt talk to him like that in person. I drove down to the shop. Once I was there, Juan became available and opened the door to the bays and asked me to come into the bay. He didnt want to have this conversation in the lobby. Once I entered the bay, I had about 3-4 other workers in front of me while Juan continued with his BS all while telling me that he wasnt scared of me and threw his glasses on a table close by. We went back and forth for a while until he asked a question to one of his co-workers about the diagnostic. I explained to him what happened and he actually had a decent solution. I told the new guy that he should be answering the phones and taking care of customers instead of Juan and Juan got upset again, started saying antagonizing things, threw his glasses on the table and wanted to fight. I left the shop and told them I will never bring my vehicles there again and I suggest that everyone do the same.

Had work done on my car, it was overheating. They put a pressurized reservoir tank on and flushed the radiator. Paid $190. Drove a few miles down the street and all of the coolant poured out. Immediately took my car back. Then they told me that the pressure from the pressurized reservoir tank caused the hose/pipe to swell and crack. Now the manager Josh wants to charge me and additional $589 to remove the intake manifold to bypass the leak and damage the created. When I called to discuss their work outcome Josh was very argumentive. He wouldnt let me talk. He didnt want to hear what I had to say. He eventually hung up on me. I am a student and work part time. I believe Josh and his company thinks they can take an advantage of young adults that are not to familiar with mechanical problems. I would not recommend anyone to take their car to this business. They are thieves and have horrible customer service. If Josh is a representation of this business, then they are in deep poop. The worst mechanical work and service in Las Vegas.

Unfortunately, this place is under new ownership. It has taken a serious dive downhill. No longer will they follow customer instructions. They think they know what you need. No care at all regarding customer needs. An angry owner named Thomas will tell you what you need, and not listen to you at all. Not even when the instructions are written on the work order will he follow them - and he doesnt care at all. In fact, he openly states that it doesnt matter what the customer says. Hes a LOT smarter than YOU, so forget listening to the customer. He said Ive done 9 tours in the service, so I know what Im doing! STEER CLEAR! This guy will rip you blind, and not care one iota. His ego is too big to fit through the bay door. I will take my previous 6 years of patronage elsewhere.

Crooks. I came to this location for an oil change. Chris, who appeared to be in charge of the service area that day, came in and asked me about the check engine light on my car. I asked him to check it out and let me know whats going on. He said all he could find wrong with the car was that it needed brakes. I had had no issues with stopping the vehicle, no squeaker tabs making noise, nothing to indicate that I needed brakes. But he created a sense of urgency by telling me that it couldnt wait. He quoted me a decent price, said he had guys just standing around in the shop to get it done. I also requested that my 30,000 mile service be done. The total at this point, including the oil change, was almost $700. Chriss exact words about the state of my car were, Your car is in excellent condition. Meanwhile, I applied for the credit that they have through their location. The person behind the counter kept screwing everything up on the application. She had my boyfriends name completely wrong and had my address incorrect. Then she left right in the middle of me getting everything straight, and I ended up having to leave without the contact information for the credit company. The shop was closing when they brought out my car, so we jumped in to leave. I noticed that my check engine light still was on, but the doors were locked, and I figured Id call back and get it straightened out. The car also sounded very rough. It took a couple days to get back to the shop, because theyre only open 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, so I took it on Saturday. At that time, the chick up front tried to tell me that the check engine had not been on when I brought it in. There was a different guy in charge of the shop this time, Rudy. I explained the situation and he finally agreed to diagnose the car. Turns out, I need a new intake manifold, a very expensive repair! Rudy was gracious enough to tell me that he would quote me a price for the parts and try to help me on the labor. When I tried telling him what Chris said about my car, he acted like I wasnt even saying anything. The jerks took almost $700 of my money for brakes I didnt need, and they think Im going to let them touch my vehicle again? Now theres tire noise coming from the back right tire, and my car sounds terrible. I also NEVER HEARD BACK from Rudy, who had promised to call me within days for a quote on the repair. Not a voicemail or even a missed call. Stay away, people. Yes, they advertise cheap oil changes and smog, but then they try to tell you that you need repairs that you dont need. As an aside, the technicians left some sort of white substance splashed all over my back tires and doors, AND the receptionist told me that they arent allowed to test drive the cars after repairs! They dont check to make sure that the repairs are correct! The second time I was there, the receptionist sat behind the counter, eating some sort of pastry, then came from behind the counter and was kissing all over her boyfriend/husband. In full view of the waiting area. Unproffesional attitudes and work ethic. Ill be telling everyone I know to STAY AWAY. Now I stuck paying for the brakes, AND my car still isnt fixed. No telling what they broke. Crooks.

Don’t come here, the receptionist is really rude. Came for an oil change today, for which I brought my OWN oil for. Mechanic came out and started arguing with me that it’s the wrong oil for my car which in fact, isn’t. I have been putting that type of oil in my car for the past 2 years due to its mileage and the Las Vegas heat. After waiting for 2 hours and finally got in my car came to see that they didn’t even put my own oil. They put their own now I have to go to a new shop to change it again because I don’t trust what they did with it. DO NOT COME HERE. SERVICE IS TRASH.

I went in cause my truck wasnt getting a misfire in valve 8. So they suggested spark plug change and some coils. That ran me almost 500 dollars. They told me that wasnt the problem that it had something to do with a hose. They knew I knew nothing about cars. So they changed that and some other stuff for another 500. After that the hose kept coming loose and gas would spill wasting a lot of my gas. I would take it in they would fix it, it would run normal for a day then same thing. I had to keep taking my truck back a day after getting it and they would keep it for 3 to four days. All they had to offer me was 3 free oil changes that I will never get from them. I also had a power steering leak that I asked them about. They said they would hook me up cheap cause of all the problems they gave me, if I did it there that I wouldnt find it cheaper nowhere else. 700! Supposedly it needed a power steering gear box and new hose. Well I took it somewhere else. A dads personal mechanic. Appears it was just a power steering hose. He even cleaned it up for me for just 90 bucks including parts and labor. Yeah way cheaper than 700 and its been running fine since December. Will never go back to this place! After all the trouble they suggested I changed my spark plugs. Even though THEY did that service for me like a month before. Dont go here! Its a horrible place to have work on your car. They couldnt figure out my problem for over a month and kept it with them most the time.

The most incredible service I have ever received from any shop. Management was extremely helpful and on top of it and a pleasure to deal with. The girl at the front counter was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. USA Auto was overall a fantastic experience and is the first place I would recommend.

Moved to Las Vegas a month ago after driving 2200 miles from Ohio. I took my 4 runner here for just an oil change. Lady at the desk tried to upsell me a smog test. Waited 1 hour and was told no they were not going to do my oil change because the underbody was rusty. The pan has been replaced and has no rust on it. When I pointed this fact out. The excuse was the bolt was stripped. How do you know if a bolt is stripped unless you take it out. Then you replace it with another one? Duh? They didnt even have this as a option. It took me a 2nd but, it finally hit me all the employees and customers are of a different race.

Derrick is thoughtful, patient, and honest. First time in he helped me prioritize the repairs to my spare car. Saved me money. He has become my go to for routine maintenance.

I recently did a replacement on my belt & tensioner with these guy(S) on 7/19/19, but the next day i was driving & it just fell off/tore. i couldnt believe it!! i just fixed it, but luckily had my receipt & the number to call the shop back about the issue. THEY RIGHT WAY, SENT ME A TOE TRUCK(FREE OF CHARGE) , FIXED THE TRUCK(which took a day & 1/2). I had to call-into work thou & they said it may be a manufacture defect. I believe it was just put in wrongly, but they are a busy shop. OVERALL I talk to an older gentlemen guy named mike about my problem & issues & he made me feel at ease because he re-assure me the truck will be fixed, we will make sure it runs good with no problem. I DIDNT PAY ANYTHING FOR THE FIXED & TOEING, OVERALL THEY TOOK CARE OF ME. CUSTOMER VERY SATISFIED! thank you the guy with dreadlocks, i think his name was allen.

Great service and reasonable (BEST)price for smog and oil change. Only place in SW area I trust my car with. Staff very friendly and professional. If I need any repair that needs to be done, this is the shop I would go.

Great shop, the lady there was more or less friendly. I had to make them price match for my alignment or other wise this shop over charges. Just know your prices and youll be good.

Found a check in offer on Yelp for $7.77 for a smog check and it was a simple process. In and out in about 20 mins.The drive thru smog check places are much easier as you dont have to get out of the car but it was worth going to USA Auto Service with the check in special or even the regular smog check price is $11.99.The employees were nice and it was an easy experience. Ill be back and telling others about the check in $7.77 smog.

These guys do good honest work and at a competitive price. They even walk me into the garage before they put on the new parts, and show me the old bad ones. Ive had my transmission, and radiator fluid flushed, oil changed, brake fluid changed, Rotors, pads, and calipers done, and my driver side ball-joints (upper and lower) after bringing my car to them these last two times, it drives, and feels better then it has in a long time. I am definitely a loyal customer now.

They scam me! After a engine Diagnostics read that I need it a secondary check valve and intake manifold gasket replacement, I paid them. But, they claim that they replaced my fan assembly and speed sensor, which they didnt because I checked. And, still have the original parts. So if they would have done a correct engine Diagnostics if they would have salt that at all I needed was two oxygen sensors after the catalyst converter and ABS module replacement. I went to AutoZone and got scan to figure that out which they did not see or maybe they did see and just wanted me to pay more for parts that they did not buy or replace. I will never get service from these shops ever again I rather do my own work on my car they have another shade tree mechanic touch it.

Its was my birthday and my car shut off on me while driving home with my kid so went to USA Auto Repair I pulled in and explain my problem. They where closing at the time, but still looked at my car and was very helpful the guys was friendly they waited till my car was fixed and was so professional excellent prices. I love taking my car to them even if I have to drive from far.

So I had a appointment at Decatur auto service which was behind USA, but this was before I knew until the girl told me.The girl name is Nadia and she was just sweet and funny.The mechanics were all so sweet and kind. The other place wanted to charge me $75 for a Radiator flush and USA mechanics only charged me $50 very generous if youd ask me.Thank you JuanNow..The MANAGER is also generous and so sweet.. Because a girl like me that dont know anything about vehicles I honestly thought they were going to rip me off but the manager DAVID took me to the men that were doing my car and they were walking me through what was going on and breaking everything down and they even allowed me to watch..After they were done they pulled my car around and opened the door for me and one guy Brandon? ( I think) he wiped down my car and on the inside.. Long Story... While travelling from out of state, our 5 yr old battery drained too low for starting the engine. Our 2am Uber driver was an ex BMW / Tesla mechanic who put it in, and recommended we get the alternator checked out at Autozone later on that Sunday. Autozone diagnostic read only 12V from the alternator, recommending a replacement. They also found another pricy item also needing replacement. The Uber mechanic (glad we got that guys #) recommended USA Auto for the 2nd diagnostic opinion before any further work. They found 14.2V from our same old alternator, no immediate replacements needed per manager Josh. The staff here was very nice. Josh even guided me on changing the cabin air filter. USAA diagnostic charge $0.00. It was only fair that I tipped him a bit.We then drove back over 400 miles home later that night. Big lesson learned about getting 2nd opinions.

They will not verbally ask permission or inform you of the extra services they perform, but print it on the work order you sign.... My son took his car to get smog test was told to drive it for 60miles because battery was disconnected so it needed to be driven. Went back few days later and they would not even connect it this time said some wires were moved ..they were the ones who worked on it if any wires were moved ..they must have done it when they checked it the first time ?? Went back today still would not plug it in ..the mechanic does not want to admit that he was wrong !! Could go somewhere else ..but thats not the point ...2010 Ford fusion..

Went to get a smog and was unable to. Machine was down.

DONT COME HERE. I came in for an oil change and smog with my car working perfectly fine. The next my battery light comes on switch a check engine and abs. They tampered with my car and are now refusing to fix it. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT COME HERE EVER!

Not happy with so far

This place is a scam. I went in solely to get a smog check, next thing I know the guy tells me the car wont even start, yet they moved it to right outside their shop... I start it up just fine and for some reason one of the mechanics turns it off again, and then of course it wont start this time. One of the mechanics offers to test the battery for me, but Im guessing it was the manager basically forced me to pay for a diagnosis. I agree to it, and go outside to see that theyre taking out the backseat. No diagnosis Ive seen requires you to take out a backseat. He ends up saying its my fuel injectors, and the car wont start, but after I get it back its running just fine. They never even did the smog, and I adjusted the fuel injectors, which seemed to have came loose somehow, although the car was perfectly fine. Had Auto Zone check to see if a check engine or battery light came on, and all the codes they said came up magically went away.

My favorite mechanic. The only one I use. Job always done well and quickly and never feel ripped off. They do their best to keep it affordable

Never going back, this location is constantly breaking things that never needed to be repaired. They have horrible integrity because they will allow the customer to leave and pay the bill without stating foul play. They tried to repair my oil leak but once the job was complete I was still leaking oil, come to find out they forgot to replace some screws and bolts on the engine. Instead of getting new screws and replacing them, they allowed me to pay for job that wasnt complete and never mentioned anything, just took the payment and let me go home with the vehicle. Triple check your vehicle if you ever get repairs there because they are careless and always changing staff. They have lack of integrity and in the eyes of a customer that is a horrible sign and no customer should be lied to to collect extra monies for incomplete work or work that do not need to be done in the 1st place. Please be careful with this location.

Got my Smog test done here. Really great price, and I was in and out in less than a half hour without an appointment. There was a little bit of a chat for the upsell on some standard service stuff, but none of the B.S. other places will try to tell you needs replacing when it doesnt, and not pushy at all.
