I’ve had a lot of work done here. I’ve never had a issue. Customer service has been the best. I plan to buy a Harley at a Harley dealership so hopefully there is a dealer that’s just as outstanding as Carter. Ride Now near Rancho and Craig area was more expensive on prices and shipping times were longer. Carter has better deals. I can’t recommend any other place. Carter is difficult to beat. Highly recommended.

Good work provided by techs. Minor things not addressed like inspect in a line item. What did they see when they inspected something? Previous repair the tech didnt plug the front left turn signal in. Minor item, but suggests that there was no double check of work.Service advisor knowledgeable and informative, but too busy to field outside calls from customers checking status of repairs.I will continue to use and trust their service.

Helpful staff, great communication and really look out for their customers. They did more than I could have asked for and I couldn’t be happier. Shout out to Noah as well for responding quickly and guiding me through the process of buying a new motorcycle!

Carter Powersports has been great to me on two occasions. On different trips across the country they helped get me in and look at my bike when I really needed their assistance. They have been courteous and very reasonable in pricing. They helped me get on the road quickly. I highly recommend them in the service department and they are truly a riders friend. Hugh and Eric are great but the mechanics twice now have left chain adjuster screws loose after tyre changes.Hugh and Eric the service guys get 5 stars.Jeff the mechanic gets 5 stars as hes top mechanic there. I wish the other mechanics were more like Jeff.

Carter Powersports for service on your bike is awesome. I called and made an appointment, then showed up for my appointment time a few minutes early, they took me right in, and did an oil change on my bike. I was out within one hour and on my way home. I thought that was fantastic. They were kind, courteous, professional. And as an added bonus they were exactly $48 cheaper for the same oil change then the quote I received from Ride Now.That’s a big difference in my opinion, I would definitely recommend and use them again.

I just purchased a 2022 Polaris from Jim at Carter Powersports. I got what I wanted and it was here quick. The transaction was pretty smooth.The price was lower than some of the other places that I called and they were able to get it quicker. They had (3) 2022 General 4 XP 1000s in stock. I would recommend stopping in and seeing Jim. I also ordered a new windshield and rear window and they were here within 2 days.

I am very pleased with the customer service and how thorough the were with the repair of my bike. I went in looking for a starter bike. Drake was really helpful in helping me find the perfect fit for me the Z125. He didn’t rush me into a sale the first day I went in there. He told me to do my research and I came back a few days later about got it. I hadn’t been on one in a while so leaving I stalled out a few times and they came to check to make sure I was all good (don’t worry I made it home). Thanks for all the help!

Disclaimer: I ultimately did not buy my motorcycle here due to settling on a different model.Great customer service and less expensive than the big-name dealer in town (for example: their freight fee is exactly what is on the manufacturer website, not $200 more compared to another dealer in town). Had I gone with the Rebel 500, I would have hands-down bought it here.

Drake took good care of me with my purchase of a 2020 RZR Pro. He wasn’t pushy with maintenance and other addon’s, they offered but after we said no thank you not brought up again. We did but the warranty, I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

I just recently purchased a motorcycle and it was a pretty good experience. I put down a deposit on a bike and waited for my turn. Got a couple updates about my place on the list. Then one day the bike was ready… come to find out it was ready only if I came the next day. As I couldn’t make it the next day I pleaded my case to allow me to come later. Supposedly the guy first on the list had stopped responding and they had been sitting on the bike for weeks. (It was the end of the month.) Eventually they decided I could have the bike if I came that weekend. I was assured that if I had waited for my bike things would not be so rushed. I made the drive that weekend and it was easy peasy. It took about 15 minutes to get all the paperwork done and go over everything. All the guys were very helpful and it was a smooth process to get my bike.

I showed up to Carter Powersports interested in a Polaris off-road UTV on the 23rd of June. Noah assisted me that day with other awesome options. He carried such a great attitude and seemed to take lots of pride in his work. His passion for motor sports, he explained to me, is the main reason why he enjoys working at Carter Powersports. I still need more time to make a final decision but when I visit next, I’d love to have Noah as my salesman once again!

Had a pretty bad experience at ride now, so I drove the extra 15 minutes and let me tell you it was worth it. Popped a tire on my rzr and needed a couple parts for it was in and out in no time and Eric in-service took good care of me.

I put a deposit down on the 2021 Honda CRF450RWE (Works Edition) last year from Carter after I called about 20 dealerships across 4 states to see who would be getting one. Carter was the only dealership that could guarantee me for sure they were getting any.I raced down and placed my deposit since this bike is only being made in limited numbers. The fact Carter is receiving two and many other dealerships are getting zero, should tell you all you need to know.I got the call yesterday from Drake saying my bike was in and they were getting it ready for me ASAP. To say I was anxious to get this bike would be an understatement. I was kind of in a time crunch with my kids sports, but they said they would have everything ready to go when I got there so I could be in and out quick. Drake had everything ready to go when I got there, I was probably in and out the door with Drake helping me load my bike within 30 minutes. A+ service.

I was on a cross country solo trip on a new Africa Twin and planned a routine service. I was able to drop the bike off on a Wednesday, fly home for a family event, then return on Tuesday morning when they opened to continue my trip.The service was completed, bike was cleaned, and the bike was secure for the weekend. All of my gear was also safe and I had none of the worries of airport parking. The staff was all very friendly. As an out of towner, and from a much, much smaller town, I was very happy with the service and personnel.

I rode into town yesterday and realized I need to get new tires and made a call to them in the morning when they opened. It was a pleasant call and I got prompt service and actually talk to a live person and was told to bring in the bike, which I did. They promptly brought the bike in and replaced my tires. They did a super test ride and sent me on my way. The only issue I have is, I wanted one of their social distancing T-shirts in size large and they did not have one.

After talking to Noel on a 2022 unit for almost 1500.00 less then the OTD Price of competition for a 2021. Model I chose the Carter powersports unit. I came to them to request help purchasing a Polaris RZR for a third party and Noah helped me with advice for a model, safety accessories, budget and anything else I asked for. He was great at being available over the phone whenever I needed anything. When it came time to have the RZR delivered, we had some complications arise on our side with scheduling a delivery and the whole team were so patient and accommodating for whatever we needed. I brought my 2012 ZX6R in for service due to the battery not charging. Long story short, they had to call Kawasaki to find out what was wrong. Kawasaki said the rotor was no longer magnetized and they would pay for a new rotor, stator, and regulator/rectifier at no cost to me. (I had no warranty what so ever)Carter could have easily not have told me that Kawasaki was paying for everything, and they could have made a few extra hundred bucks. But they informed me of the issue, and I only paid for the diagnostic fee. And for that reason, Carter will always have my business. I will gladly make the 30 minute ride to them for all my motorcycle needs
