We came here as a family, rented 2 lanes and 2 guns plus brought in one of our own. We had a blast! Brooklyn (Charles) is very knowledgeable and thoroughly informed us of the rules and was there the whole time to be sure everything went well. At one point one of our rented guns was having trouble ejecting the casings, he pulled the gun, oiled it and tried a higher quality ammo that worked great. One of the guns we rented was a S&W 500, only our 15yo daughter didnt get to fire any of those rounds off because we felt she was too small to handle it, but the rest of us each took turns with it. We had so much fun!They had protective eyewear and earmuffs that we could borrow which was great because we didnt have those things with on our trip.

I called looking for help with my jammed .380. I spoke to Charles and he was extremely nice and said I could bring down and he would look at it. I took it in and talked with him and he immediately took it in the booth. Two minutes later he came out and handed it to me cleared!!! No change and I thought I would have to go to a gun smith and pay 💰!!! Thank you so very much Charles for going above and beyond!!! What a GREAT Gun Shop. I have visited several times and the customer service is AWESOME. I purchased two handguns from them recently and the went back for some range time in their super cool indoor range. Everyone on the staff is amazing especially Jesse, Charles, Jordan and Brent. I have also exchanged several emails with the owner who is extremely responsive and you can tell he truly cares about his customers and his team. Id give this place a 10 start rating if google would let me.

Took the CCW renewal class instructed by Charles. He is a wealth of information and an amazing shot. Definitely looking to take more classes from him. Also, the store has a great selection and prices these days. The range was clean and very nice to shoot in.

Precision Armory is a fabulous place to shop. I am relatively new to owning a firearm and the staff, everyone, is so helpful, kind, thoughtful, and especially knowledge. They take their time with you and even when they are busy they also take a moment to acknowledge every customer that enters the store. They don’t pressure you to make a purchase but they are willingly to take their time to help you and answer your questions regardless of how busy they are. I go there almost everyday and they know my name and all the staff working says hello. If they’re busy they say hello and offer free soda for their customers while you wait. The range always has a person in there to help newcomers and give you directions or help you make corrections to help you be a be shooter. Anyone that complains about Precision Armory either works for a competitor or is one of those needy hand holding people that think they are above waiting their turn...if they wait they will get the same excellent service they give everyone. The entire staff is welcoming, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. This place is an awesome place to shop and practice. Their prices are very competitive and often less than other places and I’ve done my research..their much cheaper than most online places also. Highly recommend Precision Armory for your firearm needs and the range for practicing.

I live in the area and the previous owner of this location sold nothing but overpriced guns and they were horrible with customer service and more geared towards tourists. Precision opened in its place and has great pricing and very knowledgeable staff. Purchased a shotgun and went Sunday to purchase another gun but they didnt have the Canik I wanted in stock. They have a great selection and will definitely be purchasing from them again.

This is exactly what a gun store should be. My friend and I walked in and Jesse immediately came over to talk with us and spent a ton of time showing different gun options, as well as sharing with us a lot of good information on things like proper grip, proper aim, proper stance. Jessie seemed interested in not just making a sale, but truly helping a customer. Being from California, its so refreshing to see what a true gun store looks like in a state that respects gun rights.

Went in to shoot at Precision Armory for the first time today and had help from one of the employees named Joe he was very helpful and knowledgeable on assisting me with sighting in my green dot sight. Went in looking for a specific firearm and lo and behold they had 2 new and 1 used one. Very well stocked shop especially right now with everything going on. Prices were reasonable and service was great. Didnt use the range and have no need to as I live out of town. Will definitely do business with them again!

Polymer 80 does make AR-15 platform, not just P80 pistol lowers. Before legislation passed I attempted to purchase a legal Polymer 80 lower from this shop and was informed that I need a license to own a 80% lower. This was BEFORE any law had been passed and you could buy AR-15 80% lowers. Treated with disrespect. P80 makes AR-15 lowers and Glock lowers that are 80%

Worst customer service at a gun store. Probably due to covid but....still no reason to be hung up on when you call with a question.

First time gun buyer so I asked a friend where to go so he took me to precision armory didn’t know what to expect so when we went in the store we were greeted right away when it was my turn to be waited on the salesman was very informative and listened to what I wanted so I picked out what I wanted filled out a background check paid for the gun the salesman said he would call me ASAP well I got home at 420 pm and shut my phone off I don’t live for my phone the next morning I turned my phone on and to my surprise a fella named tony called at425 pm all was fine I could pick up my gun talking about service top notch picked up my gun good service good friendly and informative salesman you guys have a customer for life thank you

Shawn and the whole crew at precision make you feel like family. On top of the no pressure sales atmosphere the selection for some of the most popular and unique guns is great. Best of all wait times are almost non existent for background checks. Shawn has someone whose only job is calling them in and it shows in the next and even in some cases same day turn around unlike some of the other shops in town that run them once a day or even worse once every couple days which leads to 3+ day waits just to get your gun. Best shop in vegas hands down 🤘

I am disabled due to the war. I no longer talk the same because of my injuries. I called, asked about prices and the guy on the phone MOCKS my speech and voice. I was appalled by his unprofessionalism and childish behavior.The owner will automatically deny this with his typical tripe. He will say this is a fake account because it only has one review. Does he complain about the accounts with one review that give him 5 stars? Of course not! Are all the one review accounts fake because they give all 5 stars?? Hmm...Judge this place by the way the owner responds to criticism. He will berate people who dont give him perfect reviews.Whoever was mocking me should be ashamed! Its bad enough I have to deal with being disabled ,but now I have to deal with it from this horrible employee.

This was, hands down, THE best gun store weve gone to in Vegas so far. The staff is very friendly and very well-informed in all the guns they sell. Theyre very helpful and they take their time in helping you. My dad bought a gun from here and the process was quick, and they had an amazing sale for a 1000 rounds of 9mm, SIG brand. I will definitely stick with these guys when I want to buy another gun.

I visited the range twice but we were told to wait outside on 105 degree weather. They should have a waitlist or allow people to sit inside or at least in shaded areas. Also the owner was quite short on multiple occasions.
