Absolutely horrid!!! If a business can’t afford to keep their premises clean, then they shouldn’t be open. The hot tub cover was torn and filthy. The bottom of the walls were starting to show rot and mold. The pictures say it all. I wish I would have gotten one of the rooms from other posts that looked clean. However the man at the front desk was extremely nice and professional.

Clean, private, healing. We had an outdoor tub and it was raining just a little. Perfect combination! Cools you down and heats you up...like the cold plunges at outdoor spas. Ive also been here when it was snowing and thats surreal.

Currently one of the only places still available to chill in a hot tub (due to covid). We had an outdoor jacuzzi, which was gated for privacy. It was very relaxing, though it would be nice to have a pleasant smell rather than the chlorine smell, not sure if thats possible though.

When I went there with my friend, an employee named Jeremy kept staring at me inappropriately and it made me uncomfortable. I didnt feel relaxed like I should have been when going to a hot tub. Place looked run down and creepy. If you are looking for a nice relaxing experience, search elsewhere.

My fiance and I have been going for over 8 years and have never had a problem we usually go in the winter when the snow is falling. Its so relaxing its a great way to spend time away from the kids. Im so glad my fiance took me there 8 years ago. Its clean inside inside have never smelt cigarette smoke in the lobby or weed smoke and Ive never in my life seen a cover on them either theyve always been open. Weve never had to take the cover off. The staff that we always meet have always been nice to us and weve never had to give our credit card information but that might have changed do to the covid and the water is so hot that you cant get any sick or infection from the water plus the rooms are always clean so I just go and enjoy my self

Im here prolly atleast 1 time a week maybe more . Just take a hr here & there to rejuvenate & relax !!

To be completely honest, I never ever write reviews but I have to share my horrible experience because the only reason we took a chance on this place was because there were so many good reviews.When we got there we sat in our car and debated if it was worth the possible risk of being murdered based on the condition of the outside of the building. It screamed you may leave here with a disease. We still decided to give it a try since we drove 45 minutes, and it was even worse on the inside. The entire lobby smelled of smoke, the customer service was awful and the actual hot tub room was repulsive. The hot tub room was soaking wet and moldy, there was a moldy hot tub cover on the ground, and the water was brown. I am so glad that we instantly decided to leave, alive, and disease free.

Great employees! Even better prices! Literally spent less than $30 to spend an hour away from the kids! We didnt reserve ahead of time and theyre open past midnight as well! Great spot for an intimate date. Needs some updates but other than that it was exceptional.

Decent place to go relax, staff is friendly.Had to update my review, Ive been coming here 2-4 times a month and never had a problem making a reservation but today they insisted I give my credit card information over the phone to reserve a room which I refused to do. Looks like you lost a customer and the tips I give everytime I come in.

Still love this romantic get away

I made a reservation for me & my bf to have a relaxing couple of hours without the kids. It was wonderful. I forget his name, but the man working was very friendly & accomodating. I had booked a tub inside, not knowing there were outside tubs! He let me change to an outside tub with no problems. The room was clean, shower was clean, tub & outside area clean. Could use updating in the next few years but thats kind of irrelevent- not necessary. The price was way lower than I expected- 2 hours in an outside tub, 2 towels & 3 scent packs for $66!!! Very inexpensive, much needed, quick getaway from the kids after all the craziness the past year with Covid.

They are doing a great job keeping it clean and sanitary. The individual rooms could use an update but otherwise a great experience.

Been here many times in recent year and the staff was friendly before. Now, they are nothing short of disrespectful to say the least. Had such a terrible experience with the staff attitude that I would never recommend anyone step foot in this establishment. Price is decent, but room quality certainly lacking. Rather pay more to get a good atmosphere. Smelled funny and have to pay for towels still. Water temperature is never correct. The place isnt bad for being older, not knocking it there but based on the staff, you couldnt pay me to give them my business these days.

Al knows how to treat his customers. Such a friendly atmosphere with great customer service.

This place was wonderful. We got the outdoor tub, and the room was clean the tub looked great. My favorite part is the total seclusion, not having to share with a million strangers at the same time and really being able to relax was just amazing!! This place is wonderful and if you get the chance, GO!

Little dated, wish the water was hotter, they were out of scent oils for the water...

The look on the outside of this place makes me want to avoid it... My girl convinced me to go. The place is in dire need of a remodel. I used the VIP suite. It was ok, but again in dire need of a remodel. Vandalism all over in the sauna, the hot tub was coming apart, there was a lot of hair caught in the filter intake... I liked it but Im not ever going back unless its remodeled and would honestly recommend anyone avoid it until then.

The ceiling has paint chips falling off of it and looks like its about to fall in. The bathroom smells of mold. The hot tub in the VIP room looks like its 30 years old dingy and cracked!

As a patron who has visited here a few times over the last couple years, I feel they definitely need to do some upgrades and remodeling, especially room number 12. The outdoor part had stones uplifting from the ground and there were stones in the bottom of the hot tub because of it. There was also a smell, unlike I have ever noticed before, leading me to feel like it was unclean. If I ever return, I will not tub in that particular room again.

We had a great time in an outdoor tub. Not the newest or most aesthetically pleasing, but the tub was clean. Rates are 50% less than competitors. Nice atmosphere. Private. We paid for an hour and recieved a little extra time. No rush to get out. We will return.

I havent searched reviews, possibly a standing issue. The Sauna controls were faulty at best. Would not heat up. Room appeared visually clean.

We got the V.I.P. room about a month ago, but we couldnt sit anywhere because their chairs were broken. We havent been back since so I dont know if they have been fixed or replaced yet.

We got the suite. The sauna didnt heat up in time. The hot tub was nice, but the place was a little dingy. It didnt feel romantic or homey at all really. The prices were decent though.

The Hot House has really gone down hill. Rented the VIP room today and was very distraught at how bad the place has gotten. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and walls. The ceiling is peeling/cracking. The sauna room is all vandalized and lots of spider webs and hair in the corners. The hot tub needs some major cleaning. Cracks in the tub, seats are way to slippery, and its all yellow. Hair in filters, and corners of tub outside . Lets just say the hot house needs a major remodel. Its not worth $40 for one hour. It was but not so much anymore. Going in there just made me feel yucky inside. I will not be going back unless they remodel or do some deep cleaning.

The staff was okay, so Ill give two stars instead of one. Hubby and I were in town and decided to come here for a date night. We visit another hot tub venue in Grand Rapids that we enjoy and thought this would be a similar experience. It wasnt. We arrived early so staff was kind enough to offer us an available room. Yuck. These rooms need to be updated and they need better cleaning and overall maintenance. Unfortunately for them, we have experienced much better quality so our standards were pretty high. We left early. They dont offer refunds, which is fine, but that policy is just as outdated as their rooms.

I went on a date with my girlfriend and she was pleasantly surprised. I had called ahead and they made us feel like VIP upon arrival. We didnt have to wait at all even though there were a few people waiting. Overall the service was very nice and the place definitely looked a lot better in person than their website. The place was clean from what we saw. Awesome date place! We will be back soon.

Unclean ..but friendly staff

King Stevian and Queen Faye visited for the first time and was greeted with kindness. The water wasnt hot enough but later found out it could been raised. The VIP rooms were nice and the overall experience gets a 5 Star rating.

Went for my anniversary. Got bit by ants. Called and talked to owner since we left after 15 minutes. He said he will give a $7 discount! I wasted all my money that night and he offers $7 and dont even say if the ants are taken care of!

Went with my girl, it was cool till the chlorine made me feel like I had a hangover. We had an outdoor one which was cool but not much vocal privacy could hear all the other guests clearly without trying or wanting to.

The room was really outdated. There were cigarette butts on the patio outside of the room and cobwebs covered everything in the lobby area. The place needs a deep clean and some updates. The hot tub was nice and hot!

After a long day out and about we came across this place. For the price you cant go wrong. Yes its a little dated but that didnt turn us off in any way. The staff was friendly and we are actually going back this weekend. Its our treat to ourselves on a kid free weekend. The one thing I would to request to give it 5 stars is to make the water hotter.

Well it was relaxing. Very kind clerk. They should clean between customers visiting. Next time Id take the VIP room. Its in regular shape. I was in the same room the last people were in. He told them 15 mins warning, and then they left ,as they were walking down the hall...he said our tub was ready? In the same room?? No one cleaned it. There were cigarette butts next to our tub. The tub was wearing away pieces coming off and rust on doors. Shower pressure low. Deffinately would not pay more than $26 normally Id leave a tip. But ...not unless water is clear and room was cleaned.

Very good experience i payed for 2 hours and called in to work and they wrote my name and said i could come back to do my last hour it was good coustmer service very friendly and the hot tubs looked clean
