Philips recalled the device that Apria provided me but Apria is more than willing to keep charging me for it for months. Unwilling to provide an alternate device they just simply refer me to Philips. Havent been able to use the machine for 3-4 months now and getting charged monthly for it the whole time.

Rude , and unwilling to provide accurate assistance without yelling or talking over me. Been hung up on multiple times , my father is clinging to life and Im having to talk to people who could care less .

Trying to get info from the 611 number as well as the fact that after multiple phone calls they still could not get the insurance information correct was maddening. It was all I could do not to smack my cell phone against the table to get them to understand. The walker we ordered for my husband was supposed to come before a trip. We ordered it a month earlier but because they couldnt get anything right it actually is being picked up a day AFTER we were supposed to leave. UGH

I have called apria healthcare to pick up the hospital bed since December 22, 2019. Today is January 3, 2020 and Everytime I call they say they will pick it up the following day before noon. Ive spoken with Heidi and a supervisor by the name of Martin and he said the same thing tomorrow before noon well Heidi tells me oh they went and u werent home , yet I was home all day I tell her that is impossible and then she reads me back a previous address and tell me thats what they have on file. Well thats funny because they delivered it to the address Im at. And when speaking to the supervisor Martin who assured me pick up by noon at 1:30 he told me they were here at 2:45 which is still after the before noon pick up time that nobody was home I said bull. Then he said that he would call his driver and let him know Im here and to go get it. Well I just called him at 6:15 p.m and he told me oh they came and told him that I was busy and that they couldnt pick it up. To me they are milking every dollar possible from my insurance which is paying for the bed rental. Smells like insurance fraud as long as it here they can bill for it. So not picking up they are still getting paid. Worst customer service person was the supervisor Martin at least Heidi was polite Martin was rude and smug . I will be calling my insurance company to inform them 0

Absolutely horrible customer service from the 661 customer service number. However the actual office in Lancaster and the 888/800 number were very polite and helpful. The 661 number on the otherhand, you cannot understand the representatives. The supervisors cannot manage to be bothered with customers. If I could give no stars I would.

I am a care giver and help a disabled man with all of his business, doctor appointments etc. He filed for medical assistance and when he got it, his bills stopped from Apria. We assumed it was because he got the aid. Months went by no bills were. Still thinking everything is fine. All of a sudden he got a $156 bill. I called To find out what this big bill was for and they stated it was for all subsequent $12 .13 sent payments that he did not pay. I told them no bills had been sent and they had 3 different addresses on him and some of the address is he hadnt lived in and years in years. Then He wasnt getting his oxygen picked up/drop off and I was concerned. So I called to find out what was happening. They mentioned that he was put into collections. I had taken over the $156 payments, so I knew that had been paid. I finally was sent to a specialist and he told me that that there was a $22 payment from a year ago that hadnt been paid. I told him we never received a bill, there was never a letter saying youre gonna go into collections if you dont pay, nothing. Then I ask the specialist, since Im taking over the payments could you please change the address to mine, have the bill said to me and I can take care of the 22.00 on the Feb bill. He said yes, it hasnt gone into collections yet so I will send you the bill February 1st and you can pay it then. Well the bill didnt come and it didnt come and the bottles still sat out in front, so I called back. After being on the phone with them for over an hour and being put on hold multiple times for long periods at a time, I was told that it had already gone into collections I had been given wrong information by their people and there is nothing I could do about it. When I inquired why was I given the wrong information and asking questions about why was everything such a mess, I was told to wait my turn, are you finished yet every time I spoke, and theres nothing I can do for you, were sorry. THE only thing thats sorry is this company and the rude impolite woman telling you one thing and doing another. No thats not all! I was also told in this same conversation that we didnt owe anything because Kaiser was going to be picking up the bill and thats why we didnt get a bill February when I was supposed to pay the $22 . I call Kaiser and Kaiser said no thats not correct. He pays 20% and thats $12.13. So theyre basically setting me up to fail and go into collections because theyre telling me we dont owe when we do. GET ANOTHER COMPANY.

I am surprised at the bad reviews. I have ordered my supplies from Apria ever since my last place dropped my insurance carrier. I have not had any problems. They work with my Covered California PPO and supplies come quickly by mail at no shipping cost. They are easy to order from, online or on the phone.

If you can avoid using these people....And on and on I went. Well unlike some other companies that one will write a 1-2 star review, I was called the next day by one of their Customer Service representatives. She has taken steps in resolving my situation, which is really all you can ask any company to do. Something went wrong, and they work to fix it, The Next Day. The woman was very nice, apologized for any inconvenience, and will follow up with me after the delivery of a replacement of my standing oxygen unit. She also has taken steps to resolve my issue with my portable oxygen which I wear when I go out.Im giving them 4 stars, as they deserve them. As I said, when you have a complaint, and a company, instead of ignoring you, apologizes and takes steps to rectify the situation, that means allot.

I changed a review from 2 stars to 4 because they resolved a problem of mine, though it caused me allot of inconvenience. I am on oxygen due to a massive heart attack. They were supposed to get me a portable oxygen unit on December 18th. When I called on the 18th, they told me they couldnt see me then, but worked it out for the next day.Their deliveries are on time, with friendly drivers. Theyre customer service has Really improved!

If I could give these people 0 rating I would.I got a call from their customer service to schedule an appointment to pick up a c pap.The girl ask me if I wanted to pay my co pay now. I told her I dont have a co pay , she said she would schedule the appt. And for me to call my insurance company. I just decided to pay it and would when I picked up the equipment. So I called back and the very rude female that answered said I have to pay it before my appt. What kind of bull---- is that.Pay now and come in their office in 2 weeks to pick up. (Why cant I pay the day I pick up) what if something happens and I cant get there. Now they are going to owe me money with will take months to get back.What a f--king joke

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. No communication is possible unless they want money. Dont ever buy CPAP supplies from them they are twice as expensive. Just buy your own CPAP and save tons of money. I will NEVER use this company again.

These people, both at their central office and this branch, are making what should be a standard process incredibly impossible !! Their central offices notes say they contacted us informing us they needed additional information. They never did. Uncaring, indifferent, lazy !!! Maybe, stupid - couldnt tell for their lack of concern. Try to get your referring physician to use another company. There ARE other vendors and hopefully well be doing business with them next time !!!!

That star is just to get attention!! They dont deserve anything at all. Please dont deal with them. There the true definition of a badly ran company. The customer service is horrible all they they is give you the runaround. After they told us they had an order for us they canceled cause they driver didnt feel like delivering late. We called to reschedule and they said there was as no order they made another one and still no show finally after the third time we received our tanks. But only two had oxygen in them the delivery driver told us to call to get them filled if we needed more. They also forgot to ad a cánula to our order. What kind of morons do that. I guess only them. It has been a week and we still didnt receive one. SO PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. IS THE WORST!!!

Worse sevice ever. They keep rescheduling the maintenance my fathers oxygen machine. On the 3rd time the keep changing the time when they were coming until it was almost 9pm at night. And then told me to call the main office the next morning to reschedule sgain. This place is the worse medical supply company there is.

They short change my prescription and get it wrong EVERY order. Its the same order every time, how is it wrong? The regional manager of DME for my insurance orders on my behalf now. Still wrong!!!

I Ordered cpap supplies over the phone not only did they give me the wrong size they gave me things I didnt order . I told them to bill me instead they decided to charge my credit card without my authorization .

They made me an appt on Saturday to pick up my machine except when I get there, the place isnt even open on Saturday. They are morons. The hours suck, I work until 5 so its impossible to go pick up my machine. They called me a month after that and said they would do a home visit to bring it to me, that day came and went, I still dont have my machine.
