Im doing this review in part from my wife point of view. She does enjoy her Pandora items/charms/jewelry. Staff seems friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a big hello and one staff member quickly began to assist and help.Now Ill give my own review. I believe Pandora is overrated and a bit overpriced. Its all about the name from what I believe. Hey thats just my opinion.

The service sucked!!! Getting eyes rolled at when picking up my bracelet and they could barely show me clips for my bracelet and she said she was a manager

I ordered online and put this was a gift and picked my order up at the store and was not offered or given a gift box, very upsetting and disappointed.

My go to store for any late gift buying.The staff is always professional and polite.

They didnt have anything. I waited in a long line only for them to tell me everything was out of stock. Only good thing I can say is they had 2 locations so the line went sorta fast

We were at park city mall and my wife wanted to go into the store. My wife stood on the first blue line waiting to enter the store. She was standing there for 15 min. A family of three came up to the door and the guy let them in my wife told the guy she is standing on the line and was next they were not in front of her. The guy just shrugs his shoulders and says I don’t know. DONT PUT LINES ON THE FLOOR IF YOU ARE NOT GONNA GO BY IT. My wife spends a lot of money in your store but she will not be coming back. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Called Thursday night before looking for a certain charm, I explained we will be traveling for it and asked what time they opened on Friday (next day) they said 9am, we get there at 9:10 to find out they dont open till 10 am. How do they not know their own stores hours?

Purchased myself a gift to boost my spirits. Im a first time mom 7 months pregnant alone during Covid. My item was the wrong size, I have reached out 5 times going on 2 months now and I have yet to get this resolved. All I was looking for was a return label , still havent received. It deeply makes me sad to see no concern for your customers and ensuring they are taken care of .Hope someone will reach out eventually to get this resolved

My wife loves the charm bracelets in this particular place has a lot of selection and their quality seems to be a lot better than most of the jewelry stores in the surrounding area. So I always go here for the events in our lives to be able to keep updating her charm bracelets to be able to remember what we do with our lives. Staff always seem nice, however, the prices are a little bit higher but the quality is there and you are getting what you pay for.

Very nice and well organized store with a helpful and friendly staff. I had a problem with a piece I bought from this location (Manufacturer defect) and the staff were quick to help out and got the problem solved very quickly even on a busy holiday shopping day.

I have always gotten rings here. I recently got two rings for Christmas. One is just a simple silver rings with a little design and I love it. The other is a double ring with rose gold stones and the other band says I love you. I wore it 2 days and it turned my finger green/black and also the ring itself started to turn black. I called them three times left a voicemail and did not receive an answer. I also contacted them via their website and have not heard anything back. Very disappointed, all I want to do is exchange it for a different one because no other ring has ever done this to my finger.

Visited last week , asked if the take e gifts,was told No,initially , until i gave a confused look and then the rep asked someone else and was told Yes... It was my first time at PandoraI picked out a simple charm and bracelet, would have possibly spent more if the reps did there jobs correctly..like for instance possibly showing the customers the tray of charms instead of telling them whats behind the counter...Terrible Service.

Well took ring back after stone fell out. Tbey replaced it; then it turned green, they replaced it again. Sales person was very rude. Horrible customer service. Dont waste your time going there.

Came in looking for a nice cute ring with my girlfriend, the employee did not want to help us and said they would not even size her finger. Unbelievably bad customer service.

My boyfriend and I went to this Pandora to exchange my bracelet size for a smaller one. Dani helped us. She was very rude and not helpful at all. My boyfriend wanted to purchase another charm for me that I had liked. I couldnt get my wish list to load on my phone. So I had asked her if I could see a tray of charms. She got smart with me and said what kind we have like 900 charms so I said what about under this tray and she said its the same tray with an attitude. At this point We kept smiling and trying to strike up Convo with Dani and she just wasnt having it. I told my boyfriend for future buying charms to go to kitchen kettle village or jarads because obviously this experience was not a good one.

They didnt have 2 of the common charms in stock. Needed to wait 45 mins just to get in the store. When they didnt have my items they didnt offer to order them, I had to push them to order it so i could get the 35%off.

Me and my boyfriend came in, we were in there for 25 minutes and not one employee even looked at us, and when we asked for help the one girl ignored us and walked away.

So I️ went to pandora today asking for a second opinion about my Pandora earring and Brooke was very rude! I️ have gotten my earring there cleaned before and for some reason today she said they don’t clean eating only rings and charm! Rushed the whole conversation very inpatient and nasty tone. I️ been told before as long as u have there item u can go in the store and they will clean it for you!!!
