Amazing quality coffee and wonderfully flavored! They have milk alternatives, which are a must for those with a lactose intolerance. The smallest size is 16oz for an iced drink and getting two iced vanilla lattes it came to be about $10 before tip. Definitely worth the price! Quick and fast! I got the Tahitian coconut crunch very tasty and crunchy! Very happy with my medium sized drink. Parking very tight, lots of other cars from neighbouring stores. Recommend parking away from store.

Our son took us there after a hike.The blended coffee was very good. I asked for no whip and the still put it on. It was ok though I just whipped it off into the garbage. I would for sure go back there again

Ive been going to this place for years now. Was there today and theres a woman mask pulled down from her face placing her order. Than walking around spreading her germs all over. I mentioned and the woman goes off on me. I told the clerk she shouldnt even serve her if she doesnt want to be responsible about wearing her mask. Which she had nothing to say. You dont want to get sick dont go here. Im done with it. Guess Ill spend my $10 a day someplace else.

Quick and THE BEST COFFEE i have ever had. Im a coffee connoisseur. Its my fav thing and heals my pain i dont take medication . Flavanoid in the coffee bean is the trick!! But yummy

We love Its A Grind. The staff is great. They actually know us, well enough, to start ringing us up, when we walk in the door. Lol. Luckily, we dont change our order. I think its a better atmosphere, than Starbucks. It certainly has much better prices. We went in one day, just dragging, and we asked for something that would give us a boost. They recommend a Java Rush. It was just what we needed.

Ordered a cold brew asked can you put cream. Got a confused look no. You know cream? Cold cream. NoAs my drink was bey made she asked do you want cream in it? 😕 Yes. Maybe she was new to being a barista .

They don’t seem to care about the customers they mix up drinks and they don’t care to double check to make sure it’s the right coffees for the right people. Brittney is very rude and they aren’t using clean blenders. It’s a waste of money would not recommend to anyone

Always receive excellent service every time I come here. They have a great selection with various changing seasonal beverages. My drink always tastes amazing, and the pastries are really good as well. The place is always clean when I go, its a great place to just sit and chill with coffee and a friend for a bit.

I wish there was one closer to me! GREAT coffee and lightening fast service! I got the nutty cow latte, but I’m dying to try a blended drink cause they look so good. It was just way too cold when I was there last to get one. Cozy atmosphere too! Next time I’m out in Lancaster I will for sure be back!

Low budget bare feeling wannabe Starbucks with dirty crumb filled cloth chairs to sit in. Under staffed probably due to lack of business in east Lancaster so if they do get more then 5 customers at a time everybody suffers waiting forever for their orders. Coffee is good though and I ordered a medium and got a large the 1 time I tried here. so theres is a plus I guess.

I love this place.The staff is always super friendly.My drink choice is a Mocha, caramel frappuccino with whipped cream. Size Lancaster (large)Mondays are Monday madness deal $5 for a large on caramel drinks only. The have punch card by so many get one free (Ive filled mine up a few times).Great place, delicious drinks, wonderful staff.

1. Temp: hot outside when I came in it was kinda warm no biggie I didnt want it to hot or cold lol2. They were welcoming not in a hurry to order so I stepped aside she was patient with me3. Music was not too loud, I liked it I had my own so it was not overpowering at all.4. Fast service but then again I was the only one to order that time5. Not to many options for pastries, I think they were trying to finish the current batch?6. Cozy chairs not to rowdy for the set up7. I was able to study read my book have a full conversation without yelling lol8. price point: not that pricey compared to Starbucks, dunking donuts is cheaper-so in the middle- but I only paid attention to teas not coffees really9. I would certainly go back to this place :)

This is just a guess but I believe this is a refitted Caribou Coffee. The girls were very nice and its got a cool atmosphere. The coffee was absolutely fantastic, I usually dont go to independent coffee houses because I know what I can get at McDonalds or Starbucks, but I have to say whenever Im in Lancaster I will get my coffee here. Service was extremely fast, had my drink in about 60 seconds. I will say it was a little pricey, hence the 4 stars.... it was $5.75 for a large iced latte, but it was quite tasty and huge.

So much better than Starbucks. Love their seasonal coffees, and they are so well priced. Their apple fritters are the best Ive ever had.

Best place to unwind and enjoy delicious coffee. Cheaper and better then other coffee houses. Free WIFI. No drive through but worth the little extra effort. Super nice staff:)

The place is never as crowded as other, more popular chains, however the things they serve are similar, yet go for a considerably lower price. I highly recommend coming to this place.

If you like strong coffee with a balance of taste, this is a place for you. It probably has the same prices as other coffee shops but bigger potions and better quality.

This place was really good, about a year ago. Its really gone down the drain. The staff was at first very fast, efficient, and polite. The new staff is *VERY* bad. I had a very bad experience where the workers forgot to bring me my coffee, as I waited for about 20min until I went up and complained did they even remember I had ordered something. The worker was too busy flirting with a customer after me (which had gotten their order before me no less).At first I believed it to be an honest mistake, as girls will be girls, until it happened again while I was with friends. I used to come to this place all the time ever since about early 07, going about once a month, taking friends there, and in short bringing them business. Considering both experiences were in 2 different months, one in January and one in February, Ill find a new place to go to. **** BAD SERVICE - AVOID ***

Employees seem unwilling to help. I watched them use old espresso shots to make my coffee and when I questioned them they lied. I think this place would be better if it were located in a better part of town. It has a lot of unused potential. Also, the smores cold brew is disgusting in my opinion.

Havent noticed anything special about this place, but the coffees Ive had are at worst good. Would choose this place over Starbucks, if that helps anyone decide. The service is a little more local feeling as opposed to the wham, bam, thank you, maam, One might feel from most chains.

Received horrible verbal abuse and lack of good customer service that I received from staff at Its a Grind, coffee house 44421 #D 20th Street East in East Lancaster CA, 93535. After many weeks of ordering many tasty custom cold coffee drinks and using the coffee shops WiFi & tables to relax, on Tuesday 11/22/2016 my internet work at a table was forcibly interrupted and I was yelled at by an apparent unknown angry male shop staff member. He told me that I MUST stop using the Wifi and leave the shop. I asked him respectfully why. He then yelled back that the shops tables and Wifi was ONLY for paying coffee drink customers. I asked his name and he very hotly said he was Marteen. I never had any dealing with him before this incident. I also respectfully asked him with what authority was he speaking for the coffee shop staff officially. He loudly responded back to me that he was the shops owner. I had NO WAY of knowing or believing of this male had coffee shop staff authority in this unusual and delicate & volatile situation of his own construction. I left the Grind store to think about what had just happened with my meeting Marteen and his demands. I decided to visit the Its a Grnid internet site. BEWARE of this coffee shop....

Its a grind is usually a favorite when I am in Lancaster but it is a shame that the last couple of times the service has been very disappointing. On Thursday my mother and aunty went in for a hit coffee and they wanted to make sure it was fresh after trying a sample and tasting how bitter and old the coffee tasted they asked the lady if she could brew fresh because it tasted old. The lady informed them it was still fresh since they had made it in the morning but it was already after 1:30 in the afternoon she then informed them that either way she could not give them that coffee because that type of coffee is meant to drink cold and not hot. My mother and aunty ended up leaving and going to Starbucks. Its a shame that they were not well treated. I have bragged about its a grind customer service and great coffee since they were in Palmdale and its a shame that they had to walk out empty handed.
