A good place to get the sports gear you want... even though it’s the outlet, that doesn’t mean they always have good deals going on and it can definitely get pricey but the quality is good and comfortable

The staff at this store is amazing!!! My husband and I were there on July, 9th 2021. I truly cant say enough about how helpful the staff was. We needed alot of stuff from the back our sizes were not out bc they were so busy that day and they were on it . Very friendly great team!!!

Today (4/13/21) I went into the outlet (Lancaster, pa) store for sneakers for work there are anywhere from 5-8 sales associates out on the sales floor and not one of them greeted my family as we walked in nor as they passed by us not to mention neither one of the 4 associates that passed us asked if we needed help with anything I looked like I could use a little help because I did I went up and down every aisle at least twice because I was looking for a specific type of shoe I was in the store for at least 15/20 minutes before I left because I really wanted to get shoes from them although the customer service was bad there quality of shoes are awesome for someone who stands on there feet all day as were leaving an associate says goodbye to us and that was it for me I told her that we were never greeted nor helped and businesses are wondering why online sales are booming this is the reason and as a person that works in retail I understand the need for great customer service also with covid going on people are in need of a little normal social interaction I say all this to say do better its ok to talk to your co-workers but please remember without the customers you have no job

This store is always cleaned and well organized. The staff are always extremely friendly and willing to help with anything and everything they can. I was extremely surprised when they were openly offering a discount to first responders instead of you having to ask for it this is unlike many other retailers that I have been in.

This under armour factory house store has a lot of great deals. It also has an equal amount of irregular and oddly sized clothing. Make sure you try everything on before you leave the store, a medium for one type of shirt wont be the same size medium for a different type.

I had never been into this store. With limited time, I was picking up something for my step son to replace a 2 year old item with a hole. I was immediately welcomed by a sales person. She was able to answer all of my questions to purchase an item that I did not have knowledge about.

Packed with items at pretty good prices, tons of socks and such. Lots of shoes but most of them are so very similar its redundant. Pretty full, and the staff didnt address me at all, which is not the worst of youre into just looking around and not dealing with a sales person. Generally it is a pretty good store. Would go again.

Just another corporate factory outlet filled with last years clothes and shoes. Why people pay this kind of money to advertise for these companies is beyond me. The quality of the items, the shoes especially, is very poor. For the price they charge, quality needs to be a lot better. If your a sheep that thinks the logo is the most important factor, this is the store for you. If you have more than two brain cells to rub together, skip it and shop elsewhere.

Very polite and helpful staff, we were asked no less than 4 times in 15 minutes if we need help and everyone was smiling and friendly! Greeted us the moment we walked in and the cashier even thanked us for our business and said to drive safely! Excellent employees, great atmosphere will be back!!

I had no idea this merchandise was so EXPENSIVE!!! 😮 I was genuinely shocked. I love their stuff but goodness! I did see a few things I SOOOO wanted to get for hubby but those price tags wouldnt allow me to at the time. The store itself was very clean & organized. The staff was kinda scarce & I kinda had a hard time telling who was staff & who wasnt! Overall, a great store & a great variety.

Excellent outlet for Under Armor. Great selection of heat and cold gear. Both work great for rash guards. Excellent discounts on all types of Under Armor gear throughout the store. Worth a visit for smart shopper in need of well made athletic gear.

Okay store. They trick people in because they call it an outlet store. There can be some good buys, but your still paying for the brand name. I did not see a huge difference between the outlet and a regualar under armour store. Under armour has some quality items, they can get pricey. The staff was not too helpful. Place was clean and organized. Overall, it was okay. Do not let the outlet fool you, you are not getting better deals.

The manager is very discriminating. I went in with my friends to buy shoes. I bought 5 pairs. Friends cant buy it again. At that time, I talked to the manager. She still doesnt buy it. The next day. My husband and I. Go. I go in. She asked me to buy the ID. My husband. After 10 minutes, she didnt ask for his ID. I was seriously discriminated against. I hope the official website will solve it. Her name is heather. Address Yes: 1300 Capitol Trail, Newark, DE 19711. I dont think she is suitable for management. It is not suitable for work here. Because she does not have a perfect apology. And her attitude. Serious discrimination race. I will continue my complaint. Until I receive an apology letter.

Great selection of clothing and a sizable section of shoes. Divided between mens and womens. Good technology in the clothing and its great to try it on. They stuff always has good style.

I Was very Disappointed about there shoes already not comfortable.... Had a problem with my ankles getting sore from them and bought another pair same thing... Bad Review on the shoes... But otherwise clothing is good...

They have some good sales, large selection, are willing to combine some coupons with discounts such as Military. The clearance section in the back is pretty expansive. My son who is very picky about shoes and has foot issues was able to find a pair that he like asthetically, were supportive, and comfortable. They were clearanced and rang up around $25 but after a coupon and discount we got them for $15. I told the guy behind the counter you couldnt get a pair of shoes at Payless for this cheap and he gave me a funny look. My wife told me later that Payless has been out of business for years... I feel a little old. HA!

Good stuff, but other cheaper brands Are made of exactly the same stuff at the same or better quality.

Their shoe selection is pretty big. They have really good sales going on all the time so prices are reasonable for UA. They also accept military discount so Ill be back at this outlet frequently.

Catch the sales and youll come out winning. Holiday sales often include an instant discount coupon or a percentage off for a later date. I always inquire about the additional coupons just in case a small purchase will land us a coupon for another same day purchase.
