Absolutely amazing experience at Blush. They are always so helpful and kind. They truly listen to you when they are trying to help you find your dress for your special day. Everything I originally said I didn’t want was almost what I got. Alana listened to my comments about each dress and found me THE dress!

Blush bridal was an amazing experience, highly recommend! I took my bridesmaids, mom, and future mother in law here to get their dresses for our upcoming wedding. Tricia and Alanna were friendly and amazing. They made everyone shopping for a dress feel comfortable and beautiful. They made sure everyone had one on one time to have their moment when trying on dresses which I found to be really special. Everyone was super friendly and the shop was clean. They carried a variety of sizes and styles so everyone had something to try one and even took time to clip girls into the dresses so they knew exactly how it should fit on their bodies. If you need a dress look no further, Blush is a must for your wedding needs.

Everyone was very warm and welcoming. They don’t push you into buying a dress. All of their dresses are beautiful. I loved how they let the customer pick out which dress you want to try on. It made the experience so much more pleasant.

When my daughter and I went to Blush Bridal to look for her dream dress we had a nice experience, everyone was friendly.No worries at all, my daughter found her dream dress however at that time she wasn’t sure about wearing a veil so she didn’t purchase one during her first visit..As time went on she decided she does want a veil,so she called Blush to see if she could come in to pick one out, since they were busy, she had to make an appointment, during that phone call they asked if she tried any veils on the first visit she explained to them no,So the woman on the phone said no problem and scheduled her for a fitting room during her appointment. No problem, when we arrive for the appointment the shop was empty not a customer in sight, from what we could see there was three employees in the shop all together. As soon as we got there it was awkward, we felt like it was a burden on the lady who was taking care of us, not sure of her name but she’s an older woman with dark hair and glasses, she was one of the original employees my daughter dealt with when she purchased her gown.Not sure if she was having a bad day when we arrived but her whole demeanor was far from friendly. I asked if she would be able to try her gown on to pick out the the right veil and she said NO because her appointment wasn’t for a try on. In my mind I thought there is no one in the shop, it was a Tuesday evening, and there was two other employees in the back to me it didn’t look busy,I didn’t think it was a big deal to have her put on her dress in order for her pick out the perfect veil after all that’s why she made an appointment. That’s whatever we got over that , however by just the way the woman was talking to us was rude,we didn’t feel appreciated as a customer, one example was when I asked if the veil takes as long to come in as the dress,she said oh yes “I don’t mean to burst your bubble but it would need to be ordered today” No need for a response like that, to me that was rude, we felt like a burden.For the amount of money we’re spending I would expect a more courteous response. Im not sure if she was having a bad day and we happened to come at a bad time, or she was irritated that my daughter decided later on to purchase a veil, I’m not sure what the deal was, for the reason of how we were treated. But I do know we weren’t treated that way on our first visit there. I appreciate them making time for the veil appointment, and look forward to my daughter receiving her beautiful gown when it comes in. However by the way we felt during our last visit, the amount of money we spent and how we were treated. Im not sure I would purchase from here again. There are to many other shops to visit. The feeling we felt walking out of Blush bridal is an experience we won’t forget, not the best experience.

I said yes to the dress at Blush Bridal and Im so glad I did! I had a great experience shopping here. I appreciated Trishas expertise and the time that she took with me to help decide on a wedding dress I loved. It was absolutely beautiful and I was so happy with it!! The store was beautiful and the sales people were friendly but there was not a huge selection for me to try on, I ended up trying a plus size boutique only curvaceous couture in MD and that was where my go to was. It is hard for my size to find dresses although they tried and were super helpful. This was a few months ago. All married up now!!!!! MRS. G

After figuring out what my style was, Cienna picked out some truly beautiful dresses that I wouldn’t have considered trying on before the appointment. Although I did not ‘say yes to the dress’, I learned a lot about what I wanted in my wedding dress. Very helpful!!

Went to try on dresses yesterday. What a wonderful experience. They let you browse yourself and offer suggestions. Sydney was the one helping me and she was awesome! Very easy to talk to and they are so helpful. Overall, great experience and I look forward to returning closer to my wedding date to buy a dress. The shop was so clean and I felt safe amidst the pandemic.

Great service and experience today with Blush Bridal. I needed assistance finding a bridesmaid dress size, and Jackie was extremely helpful. I was also impressed with the measures the store was taking to be Covid-safe.

I never even got to have my appointment because when I scheduled my appointment I was allowed to bring up to 5 guests with me. (It was in the website that I was allowed) Then the day before my appointment I get a call that they CHANGED the policy to only 2 guest allowed. I never got information about this policy before hand. I had my family take off of work to come with me for this very special day and the whole thing got ruined less than 24 hours before my scheduled appointment. If I could give zero stars I would. This was extremely unprofessional. 👎🏻

The staff were so kind, so helpful and energetic. They were also so mindful of COVID and keeping their patrons safe. I didn’t buy a dress from blush but I wish I did because how great they were and how affordable their dresses were!

Although I did not end up getting my dress at Blush Bridal, I had a very nice bridal shopping experience!I was able to browse the dresses and pick out the styles that I wanted to try! Blush had many inclusive size dresses and the dresses were organized by size, I found this to be very helpful! Our consultant allowed us to take photos and let us take our time with trying on dresses.At the end of our appointment, I did feel a little pressure to order quickly due to timing (11 months ahead). I’m glad I took the time to think about it prior to committing, as it is such a big decision.Overall I had a nice shopping experience and Blush!

I felt like I was one of those super picky girls when it came to my wedding dress as Blush Bridal was not the first salon I visited, however, I really enjoyed each of the dresses I tried on there the most of any of the other places I went. They have a wide variety of fits and styles to suit anyones vision! Each of member of the team there is very knowledgeable and all were very warm and inviting.Jackie made my experience of trying on and finding the perfect dress so easy! She completely understood the style I was going for and ultimately helped me pick out the perfect gown. She even let me walk around with a cute little flower crown and some fake flowers from a vase they had in the store - it was such a fun experience!I would also like to note that prices at Blush Bridal are really reasonable compared to other bridal salons and boutiques in the Lancaster area. We visited several salons, but should have started here. The selection was great, but the owners Alissa and her Mom made the difference. They were knowledgeable, flexible and patient. They made great suggestions about how to get that one missing detail if it was missing from a dress. Highly recommend working with these lovely ladies!

I thought the place was bigger and would have more bridal dresses.

I did not buy my dress here since I live out of state, but when we hit a literal snag with my dress (the beading on my dress started to rip after transporting it via plane to PA) a few days before my wedding in Lancaster, Blush Bridal saved me with a quick and very reasonable repair. All of the people at the shop were super friendly, even after dealing with stressed out brides-to-be. I would highly recommend them!

I went to Blush Bridal for my first time trying on wedding dresses. Alyssa was absolutely amazing to work with and the shop had a great vibe. Alyssa really helped put me at ease and made me comfortable, plus she was great at listening to what I was really looking for! I had a great time and truly enjoyed my experience.While the dress I fell in love with ended up being at a different boutique, I loved the service at Blush Bridal so much I wanted to give them the five stars they deserve. I definitely recommend going to them for your bridal needs!

My experience at Blush Bridal was absolutely amazing! They are professional while also being kind and down to earth, and they are genuinely excited for you. I didnt feel rushed at all and they let me take my time and were really helpful in narrowing down what kind of style I liked and looked good on me. They treated us so well (even offered us water and champagne when we came in) and were so helpful throughout the entire process from getting the dress to picking it up months later. I would recommend Blush Bridal to anyone in a heartbeat! My wedding was a couple months ago and I loved being able to finally wear my dress. I love it!!

I recently purchased my wedding dress here. The selection, quality, and variety of dresses is wonderful! Equally wonderful was the help from the bridal consultants! They were fantastic in listening to what I liked and were very helpful in finding what I was looking for without being pushy. Definitely recommend!

This place is awesome! They are patient, kind, and organized! It was my first time wedding dress shopping. They email you before your appointment and ask how many people will be coming with you, and they assign your dressing room based on the number of people that need to be seated in front of you. At the end of the appointment, I wasnt sure yet and there was absolutely no pressure. Allie was incredible! Allie indicated that they track which dresses were the brides favorite and if I go back, theyll easily be able to pull up the information. She also gave me a card with my favorites. Then, a couple days later, I get a thank you card in the mail from them! (I didnt buy a dress from them yet, but wanted to share my review of the initial appointment.)

The staff is SO welcoming and sweet! Allie made me feel beautiful and right at home! They also dont try to sell you on a dress out of your price range, and give you the best buying options! I highly recommend checking them out!

Went to many shops looking for rhe perfect wedding dress. This was the only place that treated us with respect. Plus a beautiful selection in dresses.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at The Bridal Emporium. We found the perfect dress for her wedding day. Alissa was amazing. Very attentive and helpful. The selection was great. We felt no pressure at anytime and I was able to get pictures of each dress. I wasnt able to do that in some other bridal shops. I would recommend checking them out 1st when comes to wedding shopping. They also have a great selection of mothers dresses and bridsmaids dresses.

This bridal shop is amazing! The owners and staff were so attentive and we were treated like family. My daughter found her perfect dress and the staff was wonderful! From the purchase of her dress to the scheduled pick-up we had friendly, professional service. They are very knowledgeable and have a large selection of dresses at great prices. We would definitely use this shop again!

This was the first bridal shop Ive gone to in my search for the perfect wedding dress. I started dress shopping super early so I wasnt planning on buying anything right away. Danielle knew from the beginning of the appointment that I wouldnt be purchasing a dress that day but that did not change how she treated me at all. She was very nice and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was very attentive the entire time. I found the perfect dress but wasnt mentally or monetarily prepared for that. I will definitely be back in a couple months to put that gown on again and more than likely will be dealing with them a lot in the following few months. Im definitely looking forward to it. :)

I had a terrible experience with this shop and their seamstress. I wish I had read the other reviews first. My wedding is on Sunday and the dress was taken in entirely too much. In fact, I cant even zip it. I had her let it out once and its still not enough. She assured me that the fabric would relax after I had it on for a while. This was after she zipped it and I could barely breath. Keep in mind that Im already a size 2! At this point, Im having to see if someone else can fix it. If your dress needs taken in, go somewhere else. I spent more on her alterations than the dress itself. Based on the other reviews, the shop should consider recommending someone else as this is entirely too much stress for brides to deal with at the last minute.

Our attendant was helpful, courteous and devoted 100% of her attention to my niece during fittings...the selection was not super large, but when you see the right dress, you just know...her bridesmaids also tried on dresses, and we found several items that were very nice and reasonably priced.

Ive been to a few bridal boutiques over the last few weeks and I can say, without a doubt, the ladies at Blush have by far been the most hospitable, helpful, and genuine. I was barely a foot in the door and they welcomed me by name. They went above and beyond to help me narrow down my increasingly growing list of requests, requirements and wedding gown goals. Jackie worked to come up with new ideas to match my (constantly evolving) idea and was thinking outside of the box. All the girls were gathering dresses, giving ideas, and even pulling gowns from the back for me to try. If youre looking for something beautiful from some truly wonderful women, Blush is your place to go. You all are great!

Best experience ever! Ladies, this is the place to find your wedding dress! Danielle was very helpful, very polite, ask about how the groom and I met and how he proposed etc. and showed me the dresses in my budget. Answered any questions I had. Since I have such a busy schedule, they even scheduled my apt before they opened. No one else was there so it wasnt crowed. I love my dress and it was hard to choose because they had a few that were my favorites. Beautiful dresses. Only down fall was the bridesmaids dress are not in our budget or I would have gotten all our dresses there. Love this place! I will recommend it to everyone I know!

Mary Ann and Alissa were so sweet and wonderful. I had already been to several bridal stores and had an idea of what I wanted. Mary Ann was more than patient with me, and even let my sister help me in and out of my dress selections. I found the dress of my dreams and even went back unscheduled a few hours later, where Alissa multitasked with another party and had me retry the dress, to ensure it was THE ONE. It was a great experience, and I was able to have my mother, sisters (dual maids of honor) and mother-in-law to be there. We all shed some tears and some laughter, and I cant wait to wear this beautiful sparkly gown on my special day with my fiance! ALSO, they are more than willing to work with your budget. They were able to give me a designer discount (the one isnt always cheap), and I couldnt be happier! Thank you!

My experience with Blush started out wonderfully. I had an appointment in July of 2017. The consultant I worked with was fantastic and made me feel right at home when trying on dresses. I went in thinking I wanted one style of dress and quickly learned that style looked terrible on me! She helped me find a gorgeous dress that suited me much better. In under an hour I had the dress of my dreams picked out, a 50% down payment made and a promise of the dress arriving between March-May of 2018. March of 2018 came and went, April came went and May finally arrived. When I hadnt heard anything I decided to call them to check in. The woman I spoke with told me she had actually just been looking into my dress order and thought my dress had shipped a few days prior and gave me a tentative timeline of approximately 10-15 days to arrival. Great news! But just in case she would have the owner call me back in an hour or so. An hour or so turned into the next day, no big deal. The owner then told me not only had my dress not shipped yet, it wasnt even done in production...imagine my disappointment. Its now the end of May and my wedding is in September. Further, she told me the production facility in China was backed up, which isnt unusual and she showed a tentative ship date of late June which put the dress at their shop early July. She told me not to worry though because their seamstress only needed a minimum of 10 weeks to do alterations. In my head, I was quickly trying to do some math. By this timeline, if everything went absolutely perfectly and I was able to get into the shop basically the day the dress arrived for a fitting (I live 3 hours away), that would mean the dress would be ready the week before my wedding. I could barely come up with anything to say on the phone at this point. I was frustrated and trying not to freak out. All I could say was, But you told me my dress would arrive sometime between March and May and its the end of May... Her response was that this timeframe is an estimate. The designer I had picked never takes less than 9 months to produce and they would have received a more accurate ship date once they placed the order. First, how would I know this? No one told me that. Im not in the wedding business. Why wasnt I then called when the order was place, and updated on the ship date? Why wasnt I called when the production facility was delayed? Why was I told that my dress had shipped when it hadnt even been finished? My mom called the next day, or the day after, and spoke with the owner herself who then told me mom a different story. The production facility was behind because of Chinese New Year. Chinese New Year is in February. Both my mom and I work with many Chinese vendors and this is never an issue. Also being in the wedding dress industry, I feel like they should be accustomed to this and prepared. This was a poor excuse. Five minutes later in the call, she tells my mom that the dress has now shipped and would arrive within the week. At this point I had already bought a new dress based on the information I was told earlier. They refused to give me a refund or accept responsibility for their complete and utter lack of communication. This poor review is solely because of the lack of communication. The people I have met were again, fabulous, but this boutique has lost my trust and recommendation due to the lack of communication. Being in the wedding business, they should know better.

Finding the Bridal Emporium was a dream come true. It was the first place I looked for a dress and went elsewhere just to make sure I didn’t miss anything. I DIDN’T. I had impeccable service from Alissa, one of the owners, the whole time I was there and she and her staff were very welcoming to my sisters, mother, and future mother-in-law. We had a whole room to ourselves to ooh and ahh at all of the gorgeous gowns they carry. I literally could have bought five perfect dresses on the first day.The quality of the gowns far exceeded that of other shops and the prices were so reasonable! There is a range of tastefully classic, modernly elegant, and funky unique to fit everyone’s taste. What set the bridal emporium apart from the other five shops I went to was the customer service. Some places I visited were very snooty and as a pretty typical middle class girl, I felt pressure to buy something that was nowhere in my price range. At the bridal emporium they asked me my budget upfront and encouraged me to have one so I wouldn’t end up falling in love with something I couldn’t afford. They pulled dresses that they thought would complement my figure but also allowed me and my family to pull anything that interested me.Mary Ann, the other owner, was so patient as I literally tried on about 35+ dresses on my second trip there. She was so accommodating to my schedule since I live out of state and stayed open later just so I could find my dress. I knew I would find my wedding dress there just because I felt so at ease and they really encouraged me to look for a dress that wasn’t just gorgeous, but one that really matched my personality. The gown I found gave everyone goose bumps and I knew it was the one.I cannot recommend The Bridal Emporium any more than to say that you will not regret it and to say that by the time I left I felt like family. This is the place to go for any down-to-Earth bride that wants to be treated like a princess, but not made to feel like you’re not fancy enough to be one. Thanks so much Alissa and Mary Ann!

Update: These women at this shop are closer to angels on earth. I have been very difficult, they have helped me every step of the way. I finally go on Saturday to attempt to make my final decision. I have been there 7 times, ladies not once have they been pushy or put pressure on me to buy. Danni, a consultant there, as calmed me, answered all calls and emails. She told me something that I repeat you can not pick the wrong dress, your picks all look beautiful. Your man will love it because you shine. Please give this shop a chance. I would tell everyone go and be amazed!I went there afraid and nervous. I had an idea in my head. Thank goodness for Dani. She suggested a completely different style dress for my body type. My mother cryed. I love the shop and the ppl there are so helpful and friendly.

I deeply regret going to the Bridal Emporium. I purchased a dress there and subsequently had alterations done by their seamstress, Summer. The alterations were terrible. It took 5 weeks to get my dress back (4 weeks until I was contacted and about 1 week to get schedules lined up). When I got it back it did not fit (2 weeks before my wedding)!Summer had to literally squeeze me into the dress. I complained of difficulty breathing. Summer’s solution was to make a minor adjustment (moving the small top clasp). My rib cage was sore for hours after having the dress on.Long story short, I went to the bridal shop nearly every day for a week – working with the owners and the seamstress to try to obtain a reasonable fit.After 3 rounds of alterations, the dress was still not right. The owner had to have another employee assist her to even get the dress zippered. I had my fiancé come with me later the same day and he could barely get the dress closed (he commented that he was worried he was hurting me by even zippering the dress). Both the co-owner Mary Ann and the seamstress Summer told me there was nothing more they could do. It was obvious that this was not true, the dress could have been let out more. But I could not force them to do the work (and I had already paid everything in full).It was so bad that my fiancé and I immediately went to another bridal shop in Lancaster and purchased a new dress (this was about 1 week before the wedding!). They did an excellent job, and I wish I would have only worked with them.I cannot put into words the amount of stress that was caused by the Bridal Emporium (right before my wedding). The dress was not wearable and they refused to give me a refund. It was an absolutely terrible experience. I wish I had heeded a prior review that implicated Summer and the shop for poor work on alterations.
