Great service and communication. I needed to fix a part on my hot tub, Mike knew exactly what part I meant and what I needed to do. He gave me great instructions and easy enough to follow through. The job went well because of his explanations. Another time a power pack was fixed up, great job! Chemicals and how to use them are explained in common language. I will use them again and again. Just purchased a Hot Tub, and this family run business is top notch. I enjoy supporting local family operations, because I operate one myself. I researched several places, and I really enjoyed meeting these people. We are now waiting for delivery, and looking forward to enjoying our new hot tub! Cheers!

Very good experience in buying my first tub.Family-owned business with years of experience, and they are personable and friendly. One visit with them helped me go from being a person who had no prior technical knowledge of hot tubs to someone who had a good handle on everything it takes to own and maintain one. Delivery time of my tub was supposed to be 4 to 6 weeks, however it arrived in just 3 weeks because the manufacturer was about to send out a shipment of other tubs, so they called and requested that mine be expedited so it could be on the same shipment. Maintenance and upkeep of a tub can seem daunting for a first-time buyer, however they provided me with all of the important information I needed to keep my tub in excellent condition. I look forward to being their customer for my needs in the future.

Unfortunately I did not buy my first tub from Affordable Spas, but when I started having issues with it years ago, they were extremely helpful and reasonable in price. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and they were not shy about teaching me a thing or two in order to save me time and money down the road. When it came time to replace my antique, I was sure to go to the experts I knew would give me consistent service. I recently was able to trade in my old used Hot Tub for a brand new, top of the line- first in its industry G-2. With its lifetime Warranty on the body and cabinet and the overall durability and quality of the Spa, I am confident I will continue to have a good experience, but if anything ever comes up...I know where to turn to. I also appreciated them spending the time teaching me how to maintain my chemicals to avoid having to replace things sooner than necessary. Overall, very happy with my experience!

Ive been going to Affordable Spas & Hot Tubs for 5 years. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I have. Their prices are very competitive on parts and supplies. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Worst service ever. Service tech Bronson took 2 1/2 months to fix nothing. Last time he came out said it was running great and good to get in, over 100volts of electricity was in the water and my husband got the **** shocked out of him. Unsafe and put my family and kids in danger. Not to mention it was still leaking.

Not even worth a star. They cheated us out of a hot tub warranty that we paid for. Completely screwing my family over. And then have refused to even help with us buying a whole new tub and installing. They are a horrible business and could be scamming people. Honestly beware.

Expensive marked up spa chemicals. I bought a 2.2lb bottle of spa pure shocker that normally costs me 13$ at other retailers nearby, affordable spas charged 24$ for the exact same product.
