I got a card from them, the card was the exact card described and was in the condition described as well. Also bought a slab it was real. Dude had a gnarly gold chain. Overall experience was quite fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone between the ages of 18-69.

This business is using the whatnot app . One day had a issue contacted them and they came and told me They were not going to help me . I Contacted whatnot as they know I spend and don’t play these games and they said refuse package and we will issue you a one time refund. Tell me these people are so horrible they also refused the package and now I will have to refuse again but I did make sure to inform whatnot support to let them know they have to accept package. So please avoid yourself the head ache whatnot has better sellers that have great customer service. This seller is not good and only good when you do not have an issue.

Everyone from shipping to the front are wonderful people. Iv bought every slab from them plus more. Travis works tirelessly to bring customers products they want. While behind the scenes every employee is working to bring the best to the front, either in front of the camera or in the store. Wonderful store, wonderful people.

Horrible customer service. Bought slabs that came damaged and they told me they could not do nothing for me . Thank god whatnot issued me a refund. If it was for the likes of this company I would of been out of 500 dollars. I recommend writing the better business bureaus or consumer affairs . These institutions would help you as a seller and ultimately remove their auctioneer license from them for bad business.

I have now participated in three of their online auctions and each experience has gone exceedingly well. Any time Ive called or emailed with questions theyve been more than welcoming at answering them which I wouldnt expect from a place that does that much volume. Whenever I go there they have product in-stock so they are reliable for when you want to pick up the latest set. They even carry Japanese Pokemon which is awesome too. If you can talk to Travis he is the Poke-Pro! He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to turn in my extra Pokemon stuff for good money so they are fair with trade-ins too.

Trustworthy and honest business. Ive bought and sold multiple products from them including high dollar cards. They ship fast and secure. Everything is in a box, no bubble mailers. Owners are responsive and very customer focused. They my run very exciting auctions with very high dollar prizes as well. Sometimes people chase these prizes and become salty when they dont win big resulting buyers remorse and negative reviews when they dont get a refund for their own actions but thats all bs.If you want authentic and graded cards with a little excitement with your purchase, this is the place to go. Great place to buy are sell Pokémon and sports cards

This seller is either hit or miss with comics. Poor packing of your items. Customer service, whats that? Over 3 weeks to get them. I do not expect them to grade the comics, but they could give some indication of condition in the description since the pictures are always poor. They will have comics mixed in that are low grade, damaged, and/or loose from the staples. If you see some tics or creases that is just the tip of the iceberg. Look close and buyer beware!Going Twice prohibited my participation in bidding when I complained about damaged items stemming from their poor packing methods. I have not received a refund on some of my damaged items even though the website they sell on, Proxibid, has it in their user agreement.

I had Going Twice sell my Pokemon cards about 5 months ago. My initial interactions with them were fairly positive, to start, and they even picked up my cards from me, making it easy (I originally stopped by during business hours after about an hour drive from where I live and they were closed randomly). The auction was split into two parts and was completed in roughly a months time. Things start to go down from there.First, the communication was not the best. Any time we called and talked to an employee we rarely got a call back. Only way we got a call back was talking/leaving a message with one of the owners directly, and then he would return calls fairly quickly. Second, they auctioned duplicates of high value ($200+) cards at the same time, clearly hurting both of our profits a bit. Third, while we received our initial check within the first month, it took nearly 5 months to get the rest of the money. There were dozens of phone calls made before we were given the money we were owed.Summary, we did get our money in the end, communication was terrible from employees (always talk with an owner), and if they didnt auction duplicates of high value cards on the same day, we both could have made a bit more money.Many, many empty promises of when they would get back to us or even review what they owed us by specific dates.

Going Twice is the best online auction company for many reasons. 1)Their inventory is exactly as described. 2) The rates they charge for shipping are the most reasonable Ive found 3) Customer service is top notch 4) The prices Ive ended up paying for beautiful Sterling Silver jewelry were true bargains 5) They have some wonderfully unique items you dont see elsewhere. Do you really need more....? I thought not! Youre missing out if you dont check out Going Twice.

Okay Im with a business making money but they do not do any inventory list when they take your items I was smart enough to do my own but the results in what was returned not so good. To be continued... Im emailing the business now to find out where my stuff is.I did my own inventory and when I picked up items not everything was there . While some are Itemssaid to be up for auction the communication is absolutely terrible vague distorted contradicting and amounting to Total confusion Im starting to wonder if this was intentional. I brought these guys quality items that they made good money on and I have no problem with that but I do have a problem with the details in the business practices which now. Leave me short and items of value lets hope this goes well guys if not the Attorney General will be notified.

So, after some major confusion and misunderstandings I have picked up my winning bid from Going Twice. The product is in great shape and the gentlemen were very apologetic for the confusion. I was very impressed with their setup and even ended up buying quite a few comic collections while I was there. I will also be bringing some of my older baseball cards in for sale or consignment.

Id rate them lower if i could. I bought a couple items from there online auctions and never received them and i even paid for shipping. Ive sent numerous emails asking about the items. When i first won the auction i was going to go up and pick the items up from there store in Tacoma. They initially charged me for shipping without asking me and i only live 45 miles away. So when the one and only time they would actually talk to me. I then told Travis just to please ship them and Id even repay the shipping charges an havent heard from them sense. If i could rate there customer service any lower i would with out any hesitation. Great job Travus

I havent bought or sold anything here yet, but I have been in twice to look and ask questions. I wish I could remember the young mans name that helped me, he really new his stuff. We talked coins, card collections, musical instruments, even sports equipment and memorabilia, all of which was enlightening. While the location seemed a bit unfinished, it was still professional, and had an air of transparency about it. I have definite plans to visit in the future.

Sold a large lot of sterling silver rings on the auction and was very happy with the results. WIll be selling with them again.
